Great place to stay. Lot's of stores and restaurants close by. Close to airport as well.

Prime location close to a lot of amenities. The staff is friendly. However, the hallways are very "old-fashioned", the elevator is slow & loud. But the rooms smell of mildew (Had to open the windows & leave for a while) & the toilet made a dripping sound all night long. And had to park on the street because the parking lot was packed full of non-guests.

Just stayed 1 night room # 213 and met most of our needs. The pillows were very thick and un comfortable along with the old, tired mattress. Clean room, thin walls great breakfast. Front desk very transactional with no real personality

Good inexpensive hotel near the Vancouver International Airport and central to Richmond's vast array of Asian restaurants and shopping venues. Rooms have been recently refurbished, are clean and have comfortable beds. There is a very small swimming pool, which I have never used. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. The included breakfast is one amenity that could be improved. It includes the usual toast, self-made waffles, cereal, pastries as well as a couple of hot options (hard boiled eggs and sausage), one type of fruit and yogurt.

Room smells really really weird. The wall smeels like it has really bad paint. I can't stay here even for one full night! TBH, smells like a little bit toxic or harmful to human. Very uncomfortable to stay here after a short period.

Getting a bit old and tired, but still pretty clean and neat. Big rooms.
No more shuttle bus, but around CAD18 for a taxi ride from/to the airport.

Great. Staff were so kind & helpful. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Quiet room, even facing the street. Very welcoming.

Had enough wyndham points to try this hotel for free so I had an open mind and for what the rate is and what they offer (minus the chicken nuggets and the wood utensils to cut food with ahaha) it’s a good value if you’re looking to see Vancouver on a budget!

- Simple, clean rooms which had what you needed
- ample parking
- close to mall/restaurants
- hot and cold breakfast options
- pool & hot tub to keep any kid happy

Great friendly service and large king bed room! Close to dining, shopping and sports bar. Nice walking score! We stayed here three years ago to overnight for a flight and was very appreciative of their shuttle service. We found out this time though that the shuttle service had been discontinued. Unfortunately our cab driver wasn’t too impressed that he drew the short straw with our trip, even though the fare was $20. Not the hotel’s fault at all, but maybe a consideration to bring back the shuttle service. We did have a fantastic Uber driver service the next day to the ferry terminal!

Clean comfortable room with good breakfast options. Free parking. Small pool and hot tub. Very slow elevator. Walking distance to a variety of eateries and shopping.

Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent free breakfast open till 9am and 10am on weekends. Pool is small but hottub is good size. Jets weren't working but not a big deal. Good location with shopping and restaurants within walking distance

I recently had a very unpleasant experience with the staff at this hotel. I called to make a reservation for May 10th, 2023, and spoke with a staff member named Jasmine. I specifically requested a room with two double beds and was quoted a rate of $189 plus tax, which would come out to $219.24. However, when I received my confirmation email, the rate quoted was $219 plus tax. I called Jasmine back to inquire about this discrepancy, and she informed me that the original rate she quoted was actually for April, not May. She then suddenly increased the rate to $277 plus tax.

I expressed my disappointment and frustration, but Jasmine was unhelpful and unsympathetic. She told me that if I didn't want to pay the new rate, I could cancel my reservation. I requested to speak with a manager and was transferred to someone named Sims, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. She showed no interest in resolving the situation and instead told me to cancel my reservation.

As a frequent guest of this hotel (I stayed here at least 5 times last year), I was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional and unsatisfactory customer service I received. I believe that mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. I have all the different rates that were sent to me, and I intend to bring this issue to the attention of the regulatory authorities. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Avoid. Rooms are old and lighting dinghy. Noise too loud from the planes flying overhead. Free breakfast and parking were the only good thing.

Friendly staff and beautiful hotel! The manager Nav at the La Quinta Inn was a pleasure to deal with.

Great hotel on a budget. Good luck finding a hotel with an included breakfast and a pool, all under 200 a night!
The rooftop patio is a cool spot to watch planes land at yvr. Stayed here the night before FanExpo 2023
