We were most impressed with the quality of the service received at La-Z-Boy. We were listened to and only directed to items that were of interest. We had ample opportunity to try various levels of the goods we were looking for and came away very happy with our choices.

Ryan was absolutely the best. He found the perfect chair for my petite mother in law and found me the best couch for an awesome price, I'm so happy.

I recently had to replace my Kincaid sofa through La-Z-Boy in Victoria. I am impressed with the attention to detail, and the good taste that the salesperson displayed. Wendy was never pushy and seemed happy to leave me lots of time to make my decisions. She was thoughtful. I really appreciated her help replacing my Kincaid sofa. My new sofa will be beautiful and although it took me a few choice changes to land on my final order I was made to feel all that mattered was that I chose the couch I will really love even if it did take me a little while to decide. Very easy going experience shopping at the LazBoy furniture store.
The salesperson named Dawn was very knowledgeable on each recliner chair I was interested in checking out. She was very patient and easy to talk to about the different recliners. I found the chair I was in need of and walked away a happy customer!

My experience was just fantastic. I have some back issues from a car accident from many years ago, and my sales associate, Ryan from Victoria store, was simply wonderful. He was able, immediately, to determine just what I needed. I am looking so forward to having my chair and pain relief! Thank you!

Terrible website! Lots of options to check off, but nothing changes on the viewing side. Images only come up when you click on the individual blank space. I'm trying to comparison shop - and the website's not even good for comparing items within the La-Z-Boy brand, much less for comparison with what's available elsewhere. Very disappointing!

We bought a number of items from La-Z-Boy in Victoria and had the good fortune to deal with Dawn. She is a fantastic sales person in every aspect - very helpful, knowledgable, patient and once of the most pleasant people one will meet. Dawn gave excellent advice and we are very happy with our choices. The delivery and set up was also excellent and overall this is an absolutely first class store to deal with. All our dealing with Dawn and the company were 5 stars. PS. We even received a very nice handwritten note from Dawn thanking us for our bussiness and that is a rarity in todays world.

Sales staff were excellent. Covid-19 has disrupted supply delivery schedules but they exerted themselves to accommodate our injury related special need. In the end, we found that all their efforts weren't needed as we managed to make due without an additional chair in the house. Reversing the charges was accomplished without fuss, muss or glitches. A+

We had been to many furniture stores the past couple of months looking for the perfect recliner and leather couch to update our old furniture. As soon as we saw the one in the Lazyboy showroom, we both loved it and new it was the one! My boyfriend was able to custom order a recliner as well. We were happy that both were on sale and no tax too! Lisbeth, the Design Consultant, was extremely helpful and patient answering all our questions or looking it up on the computer for us.

We are looking forward to our new furniture arriving in the next few months!

Large bright well spaced furnishings with many selections. Joanne was very helpful with my wish list and letting me know what my options were. Staff allows you to browse but there when help needed.

No pressure, excellent product, reasonable pricing, even better if you wait for a sale. Give your name to sales person, they will keep you informed.

Terrible quality. After only 5 years the padding is worn down to the wood frame and the company won't fix it unless I pay. They claim that they "don't know what goes on in my home". I've done nothing but sit in it as intended. Every other couch set I've bought, from a variety of companies (some much cheaper) has been superior in quality. Be aware.

I complained several months ago to the manager of the Saanich Lazboy about the noise caused by their landscaping company, Emcee Landscaping, and how they were using gas powered leaf blowers in the early hours of the morning adjacent to the building in which I live during my days off. Upon my first complaint, I was told by the store manager that the landscaper operating the gas powered equipment was using said equipment during hours dictated by the city bylaws, thereby, they were not at fault. However, I had made a request that they do not use said equipment on Tuesdays or Wednesdays during my days off so I would not be awoken by their landscapers doing their work. I was told that they would look into this. However, this morning, several months after I had made that request with both the management of the store and the landscaping company, I was awoken by a gas powered hedge trimmer tending to the property of Lazboy adjacent to my place of residence. Once the store opened, I made a complaint to the store manager, once again, about the noise being made by their landscaper, to which I was told that they are within their legal right, given the noise bylaws, to conduct such work.to which I replied that they are being inconsiderate to their neighbours. Upon citing such inconsideration, the manager then continued to state that I live in a commercial area, as to suggest that it should be expected that such noise should be expected in my day to day life. When further requesting that she move this landscaping work to days in which are not my days off work or at another time later in the day, she further stated that she herself hears such "yard work" at her personal residence on a daily basis, suggesting that I should just "deal with it. " I was also told that she "hadn't had time to look into the matter. " This is several months after the first complaint and made her aware of this fact upon her stating as such.
Upon asking who her supervisor was, she stated that she had none. Upon stating that I would take this to her corporate supervisor, she stated that she has none and that her store is a franchise. Upon stating that I would like the contact information of the owner of the franchise so I might complain to them, she declined to give me that information.

In summary, this retail store has been a nuisance to myself, and likely others who live within close proximity of their retail location, and they refuse to respect myself and potentially others who live within the neighbourhood.

They have neglected to respect my requests as a neighbour of their retail location and continue to be a nuisance in their practices and neglect of common decency.

Came in on Boxing Day in search for a new couch. The sales associate Ryan helped my mom and me for at least 90 minutes and we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as well as very kind and friendly. We found the couch and then when I went to purchase it, we found out that the stores area actually franchised, and I was needing my couch in Vancouver. I just assumed that I could buy it in Victoria (was visiting the parents for the holidays), and then have it shipped in Vancouver. However, not the case, and poor Ryan had then spent a solid 90 minutes with buyers who were not going to purchase from his store. We felt terrible, but he was very gracious and I wanted to commend his excellent service and good hearted nature. I highly recommend this Victoria store to anyone on the island, and of course the couch I bought is superb; Lazyboy products are amazing as always. Thanks Ryan and Lazyboy Victoria!

Had an excellent experience with la-z-boy for our couch and chair purchase. Both products are fantastic, the motorized recline is perfect for our smaller living room and we love the fabric and quality. The customer service was fantastic, the in house designer did a fabulous job helping us pick out our colours and design patterns. Delivery was fast and efficient, i loved the online booking service for delivery. Will definitely be using this as my go to for my living room furniture purchases and be recommending to my friends and family.

We were unable to get the sofa bed we purchases first (Leah) in our apartment, but Elizabeth, the manager, assisted me in choosing another style that would fit and allowed me to take a sample of the upholstery home to see how I liked the color. We made our selection, returned the sample and the sofa bed arrived ahead of schedule and looks fabulous in the room. The staff were wonderful and Willina worked tirelessly to see that we were well looked after.

Went in for a hide a bed and ended up with a new leather couch and a Murphy bed. They fit great in our new home. Great job Dawn. Delivery was great and very professional. They even whipped the wheels on their dolly's before coming in the house with them. Very considerate!

We recently purchased 2 rocker recliners from the La-Z-Boy store on Saanich Road in Victoria. We had the pleasure of dealing with a very pleasant, witty and helpful lady, Dawn Sapala. She was most helpful in choosing our colors and didn't rush us or pressure us in any way. A true professional. Then we received our chairs 4 weeks earlier than predicted. The delivery was punctual, the movers were early and very pleasant. We LOVE our chairs. It was a great experience all around and we will HIGHLY recommend Lay-Z-Boy to all our friends.

We received attentive service from the time we visited the store through to delivery. Our sales person was well versed in the products and tapped in to her knowledge to answer any queries. She not only knew the chairs but
could tell us about warrantees and deliveries, handled the book work component with ease.
Delivery was well organized. We could select a time that suited well in advance and once again very courteous personnel made it happen.

Our experience was really great. Carmel and the designer were so very professional and friendly.

The delivery men were extremely polite and their experience showed as they installed the furniture right down to the felt they put under the legs of the sofa.

Thanks to the dedicated team at La-Z-Boy we found two beautiful new couches that are comfier than any of the others we tested around town, and boy did we do our fair share of shopping around! Carmel was wonderful at listening to our needs and helping to guide us to the perfect choice for us. She wasn’t at all pushy, and felt like a friend rather than a salesperson. Our furniture was ordered and arrived earlier than was promised! Chardel at the La-Z-Boy warehouse was happy to hold our furniture until our new condo was ready to go, which was wonderful as our condo was delayed a couple of times! The delivery guys were so polite and friendly, and were so prompt! We were scheduled for delivery between 2-4pm and they were there at 1: 55pm! Doesn’t usually happen that way with delivery services, so we were very impressed! The couches arrived in perfect condition, and look stunning in our new home!
