Very rude I called him to ask him where to I can remove and take a hot water tank for recycling he answered phone blurred something out said no no no no and hung up

Was a perfect experience, clean as a whistle depot, easy to use sticker entry-even got a “thumbs up” approval from the bag handler! Will be using more often TY

This Depot is spotless, you can almost eat off their tables. Very well run especially love the convenience of the express return it. Thank you so much.

Awful experience. Owner and some staff are so rude it makes you dread going here. Have noticed mistakes as well always in the business’ favour. HATE going here and the owner really needs a new job outside of customer service

Drove to this location with my 4 year old son to drop off a home theater amplifier for recycling. We arrived 10 mins after opening and the man came out to pick up items left at the door. As we were walking up with our 1 item he locked the door right in front of us. I placed the item at the door and the man unlocked the door and proceeded to berate me in front of my son for "illegally" leaving the items. This is not the first "run in" with this location and it is known to locals to be awful.

I dragged my daughter and 2 month old baby to the ladner bottle depo to drop off a couple empty paint cans. We got there by 5: 27, the doors were locked. I saw a man working, so i knocked. Figuring all i had to do was drop them off i thought he would allow me to do so, but all he did was yell "we're closed". So i brought the cans back to the car which was parked right out front. He then opened the door to the bottle depo, and instead of offering to take the paint cans he was just making sure i didnt leave them outside the door. Normally that wouldnt botherme. I would just go back the next day but it did because i went out of my way to make it there ontime with 2 kids and a busy day. He was so rude to me, where has that small town love gone.

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AT THE LADNER BOTTLE DEPOT. MY HUSBAND HAD BEEN THERE AND TOLD ME THAT THE ATTENDENT WAS NOT REALLY FRIENDLY. I SURE SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO HIM. TODAY WHEN I WENT HE WAS SO BLOODY STUPID, AND AN IDIOT! UNBELIEVABLE. I WAS SO ANGRY THAT, IF IT HAD NOT BEEN FOR HIM TO PROFIT FROM MY BOTTLES, I WOULD HAVE JUST LEFT THEM THERE. I JUST DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE HIM THE SATASFACTION OF PUTTING MY MONEY IN HIS POCKET. NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN. GURANTEED! THERE ARE NO STARS DESERVED HERE.

I have to tell you what happened today

i cut up the toilet boxes because they are super sized then took the cardboard to the bottle depot in ladner quite close car ride from home
while i was waiting for the business to open, i read internet reviews which were sooooo bad, people complaining about extremely rude and dishonest asian men running the business, stealing from bottle return and yelling at customers and being really horrible!
i was thinking that maybe they are korean because my culture cannot stand to do any kind of labour job even if they are making lots of money and own their own business, and as i guessed right, they are korean
i walked in to the recycle bin for cardboard, then some angry man came from nowhere telling me to take the cardboard to the back room, as if i should know this and why am i disobeying his commands
i bet if i went to return bottles some day he will cheat me and probably slam money down on the counter instead of putting it in my hand
korean people like that should just commit suicide rather than abusing innocent customers just because they hate their life of not being a professional or famous or classical artist person (doctor, lawyer, judge, professor, famous scientist, writer, classical musician, successful actor, famous minister, like that)
the korean people at broadway near fraser in vancouver have the same bottle depot business but they are so nice and love my doggies and even let them come in to look around and smell all the bottles lol
