New to the area and have used the store many times while doing renovations. Great service, especially from the lumber yard. Prices close to the Big box places in the larger, nearby cities but much cheaper delivery fees. Helpful, friendly staff throughout the store. I'm glad to have them close at hand.

Received extremely poor service and incorrect information that resulted in having to return everything I purchased. When I voiced my concerns I was further insulted by a very rude man at the paint counter. Save the hassle and drive to Home Depot or Rona.

The owners need to wake up and see what is going on in the store. You have a lazy yard manager that takes 3 hours to do a half hour delivery (theft of time) all the time. A cashier that vapes pot all day then goes home and smokes pot and comes back to work high. A store manager that bullies, humiliates and intimidates employees. No wonder they can't find staff or retain them. Not a place to work. A kind word makes employees feel valued. Wake up owners.

Way overpriced, poor selection. Entrance door very heavy for old people and one must push release button to open door automatically increasing germ spread, all in the name of saving them money! I'll shop home depot where customer safety is more important than savings!

The older employees are very rude and literally start insulting you if you ask for something you can't find its ridiculous

What % of the store contents should be what the store advertises in its name? For a place called home "hardware" I'd say less than 1/4 of the store has hardware items and the rest is home related. It should be called Home and a little hardware!

As we live near Ladysmith Township, the Ladysmith Home Hardware is our “go to” place for many things. We can not say enough about the service here at this store and the people who work there. Any time I’ve been here and asked for help they have been knowledgable, courteous and helpful and believe me I’ve needed their advice and help more than once. I would recommend this store and their staff to anyone needing help with home and garden projects.

Average hardware store. Limited stock but surprising with some items e.g. Big stock of brass and copper hose barb fittings. Too much household goods & not enough hardware.

Very well stocked local Canadian hardware store! Close to home, friendly service by your neighbours. Good selection of stuff for the home from plumbing to gardening.

Friendly and helpful staff. Store had everything I needed for building a canopy over my garden bed.

Clean, frendly staff, different sections than big box store, parking is close to the door don't have to walk for miles

Went in for some wasp stuff, I wasn't sure exactly what to get and the woman, didn't catch her name unfortunately really helped me out a lot. Lots of good info.

I had keys cut there by a worker then went back there to get them recut the owner was there he was like i well give you a refund i was with my dad we both looked at each other thinking like WHAT we need these key cut so they work if had a some other places that was local to support them i would.the way i saw the owner cut the key's is like he didn't give need @#$@& what he was doing he quickly cut the key's and guess what two out of the three work barely.what i would like to see is more care in to cutting key's because gas is not free runing back and forward is not cool
