Great experience with the jet skis for two hours. Equipment was good, instructions were clear. The check in lady at the front metal center (not the deck team) could have been more friendly.

Terrible management of the boat lock. Staff is never at the boat lock and often do not answer the phone. Forced to wait 40 plus minutes just for someone to show up. Called at 10: 45pm, left multiple messages and was forced to leave my boat elsewhere.

What an amazing experience! The best part of spending time in the Okanagan is experiencing the incredible Lake Okanagan and there’s no better way to do than with a little water sports fun! My family and I had a great time in Kelowna riding jet skis and going wakeboarding and tubing on the boat we rented. We rented our jet skis and boat both from Lakefront Sports Centre. We were greeted with a very warm welcome from the time we booked and checked in for our scheduled rentals. The staff was great and made the experience fun and engaging for the whole family! Dock staff and front office staff were all very awesome to deal with. Will be booking again next summer when we come to town!

Rented 3 jet skis, a boat and a tube. One of the jet skis would stall every time I let go of the accelerator or was idling. Told the supervisor and my concern was simply dismissed, and I was told nobody else mentioned it today. Well… I’m mentioning it… it should be addressed. Also told them the tube they gave me had a leak and lost air. It was unusable after 30min. Nothing was done to compensate me. Was told isn’t it more fun with a deflated tube? Terrible customer service. Has gone down hill over the years. I rent from them every year I’m in Kelowna. Never again though. Equipment is old and run down.

What a time this was! We were able to tour the shoreline of Kelowna and get an entirely different perspective of the city. It was a great way to spend a couple hours on the lake to beat the heat!

Advertised price is 29$ per kayak for 1 hour on website. The car magically price is it for 39$
False advertising!

We went 2 days in a row, boating the first day and sea doing the second day. The women at the front desk were kind and provided great service. As well as the gentlemen that helped us with out getting the rentals on to the water, including Jose, provided exceptional service and were very personable.

I would have given the business 3 stars based on our initial experience. Inconsistent information from their website compared to in person was the start of the problem. This was followed up by a total lack of willingness to help find a solution to a problem created by their poor level of communication. This error was potentially caused by human error or a forgotten step in updating their website. This can be forgiven and is frankly understandable, humans make mistakes. I chose to give the business 1 star due to their childish and immature approach at responding to reviews. This business has such great potential but is clearly handled by someone who lacks proper management and people skills. Scroll through some of the poor reviews, the companies response, and you can see for yourself.

It's a great location and has great potential. Do not expect to receive an appropriate response or support if anything goes wrong. So if you do decide to book with this company, do it in person, read all the fine print, get clarification, and hope nothing goes wrong.

I have rented an E-Bike. The most wired thing is they have different prices as shown in the pictures. I asked to rent the bike for 6 or 4 hours but to the price the board shows in Front of the store. But management said no, I can only rent it to the price shown on the paper. This means they don't care about their customers and they only wanna make lots of money. The bike itself was ok and well maintained. A better customer service would also be give some instructions how the bike computer etc.work. But they did not.

The girl at the front desk did not give us the proper directions so we ended up being late to our orientation, even though I double checked the direction she was talking about. Furthermore the waivers were a nightmare so it took an extra 10 minutes to work on that for no reason. We were then 30 minutes late and then because of the papers they made us redo we only had 30 minutes left on our rental. They wouldn't give us any extra time even though we had proof we showed up exactly on time, and that she lead us down the wrong direction. We ended up only getting 45 minutes overall on the jetskis
The person giving the orientation was nice but was disorganized and the management at this place was incredibly disorganized and unhelpful. This place needs to redo their employee training.

Check in lady and manager were terrible. The initial check in lady typed into the kiosk to charge us $3000, and would have gone in noticed if my husband didn’t catch it. She had no idea how to check that we were already scheduled to ride the jet ski. Had us re-sign a waiver that we had already signed online. Because she was so incompetent it took her 15 minutes to get us checked in. Once we got the deck, the manager - Catalina I believe is her name - argued with us for another 10 minutes how we were late for the orientation, that apparently takes 45 minutes. Even though it says all over their website, emails, and phone call that it’s 30 minutes. She didn’t bother helping us with out life jackets. Once we got to the dock the guy there was studious, professional and had us on our jet ski within 5 minutes. I highly recommend that this company retrain or re hire their front of house staff. They were incredibly rude, disrespectful and incompetent.

This long weekend May 21st, 2023, I went out in my personal boat with my family and saw a live incident happened there. I was shocked to see all that there was couple almost sunk in the water as they rented a jet skie from lakefront sports centre, that was flipped over and no one from the lakefront sports centre staff member went into water to save them. I saw both of them screaming in the water as i was with my family on my boat. I got that couple into my boat and tried to flip the jet skie to normal, but had no luck.and we were in the boat with that couple waiting for staff member to comeover and help them out but no one came in next 15 mins. I called the lakefront phone number twice, no one responded the calls.luckily there was another family who helped us to take that jet skie and the couple safely at the rental’s deck. I personally will never ever refer this place. It is waste of money if lakefront sports rental have no safety guidelines to save human lives. No right to give false hope and risk people’s life. Looks like they only concerned about money but not human life.

We were in Kelowna for the long weekend and sought out a short term boat rental for 2 hours. They initially told us we would need to allot 45 minutes prior to our departure for a safety presentation and inspection but when we arrived as soon as they got our credit card pre authorization they sent us over the area to pick up the boat. Our drivers were given a quick 10 minute debrief on how to drive the boat and a quick overview of the exterior of the boat and we were on our way earlier than expected. The problems arose when the boat was returned.

They claimed that we had damaged one of the propellers however we were not given a propeller inspection at the beginning of the ride and they only reported the damage to their office once we had all vacated the boat and left it’s location, a little sketchy to say the least. An older blonde lady from the storefront claimed to go and look at the damage and said yes we had caused the damage even though we had not done a propeller inspection they claimed we had. Every person in our 10 person party can attest that we did not get that opportunity.

They were very rude about the additional charges and I can see now from the reviews that this is a common practice at this business. Even our hotel told us this is a common complaint, the owner is obviously just using this as a front to give unsuspecting tourists vehicles that have existing damage and blow through the inspections so he can have the costs recouped by someone else.

DO NOT USE!

If your employees are going to be driving company trucks, you might want to have a word with them about severely cutting people off downtown while pulling a trailer with several pedestrians close by. Probably not great for business. You might want to fix those trailer break lights too.

Best value in Kelowna for boat rentals. The staff is extremely well trained when it comes to boating safety. A very safe place for your family. You can trust these guys. Always. Ty.

We rented a jet ski for an hour 2 days in a row, they were professional, on time, and the machine worked perfectly. I would definitely rent from them again

I was staying at the grand over the weekend, and my personal boat wouldn't start coming back into the lagoon to park for the evening. Seeing I was in distress I would like to give praise to the owner, and the entire team, for without even asking, coming to the rescue to not only get me docked safely, but also running diagnostics to attempt to remedy the issue.

Owning a luxury car dealership myself, your graciousness is appreciated beyond words. I know words don't mean much, but if you take care of people who aren't even clients so personably, I know anyone who rents from this company is in great hands.

The friendly staff from cody to milosh, and all the girls at the shop were so wonderful, made my experience visiting kelowna amazing. They will be my go too next time im here forsure. 10 out 5 stars, would recommend to anyone looking to experience okanagan lake to the fullest.

Not professional, bikes not adjusted so gears shift all the time, employees struggling to inflate tires.

I’m not sure why the rating is 3.7.it’s too bad because we almost didn’t rent from here just because of that.

Everything worked well and was priced better than anywhere else. I know because I called everywhere in the Okanagan for this particular weekend all were either sold out or I felt the cost was not justified. Rent a boat is attached to the Delta Grand facing the yacht club. Very convenient location, and free parking on weekends in the library parkade which is a 3 min walk. Upon arrival we filled out the standard paperwork, then headed down to their own private dock. I liked that they had their own and you didn’t have to mess around at the public dock it is very busy there! I can’t remember his name the guy who was in the military in Croatia super nice and very chatty liked his mutual love for our country went over the boat with us. My husband has a licence so didn’t need much explaining. Mostly just going over the boat noting any damage so we aren’t held responsible when we come back. He encouraged us to take pictures or a video which I did. Normal type of wear and tear from use over the season was the only damage but best to make note so there are no surprises if he wasn’t there upon drop off, which he wasn’t so it was just peace of mind. Out on the water we all had a blast 7 of us. Bluetooth wasn’t working for music but we still had the radio. If your renting a tube I would recommend getting the 3 seat biscuit with back rest. We went with the 2 seater lie down and wished we hadn’t. They recommend it because of how many on board the 3 person wouldn’t perform as well. But it would have been better than all the face spray due to an attachment close to the 2 seater tube. I think we would have spent more time on it if there wasn’t so much water up the nose. I probably should have asked for a refund on the tube rental.
All in all a great time on the water! The rental was $509 then add in all the extras, tax, gas, insurance and tube total came to $700.

Worst experience! They do not care about there customers. Do not book from this company they will steal your money. Overpriced and terrible service. Owners are super nasty too, save your money and don’t get scammed from this company.literally book from any other company. Would rate negative stars if possible

Had a reservation but still had to wait 45 mins. Had to switch out jet ski within 10 mins out on the water because a part broke. Instead of preauthorization payment, they charged my credit card $3000.00.

Boat rental staff and service were fine. Major complaint was the “fuel charge. ” How does fuel cost $160 for a two our rental? Feels like customer gouging.

Myself and my family had a great experience and day out on the boat! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend using them.

We had a fantastic experience renting jet skis. Great location near the Delta Grand. Central to downtown, City Park, Yaht Club & great patio eateries.before or after a day on the water!
