This is the second time I've been here. I'm shocked again at the front desk women. I have an infection and couldn't get in for four days so I called to ask if they call in case of cancelations. She was SO nice and helped me get a call that day from the doctor so I could get started on antibiotics and gave me some good advice on what to do. This office is just always so pleasant. Thank YOU!

Very professional when you are in need they are always there to help I know they saved my life

They have a no shoe policy during winter, which is a first for any clinic/medical office I've been to in BC. Be sure to wear adequate socks and easy to remove shoes. They do not provide booties or covers for shoes.

Bring an extra pair of socks for after your appointment, as the floor is wet.

Debit/Credit machine is often down, bring cash for notes or they will make you cross the parkade to the nearest ATM.

Doctors are professional and the booking process is straightforward.

The Doctor didn't order any tests or really seem to care. Told me to find a family doctor even though I told him I have been unsuccessful in finding one here. I have a dr in vernon who is ignoring my symptoms and I told him this but he still didn't think it was important. I was looking for help and instead got nothing.

This is the clinic I always go to when I need to walk in. I always make a phone call first and the staff will tell me when to come in to avoid the wait in the clinic. Extremely efficient and very friendly. Doctor is very patient, knowledgeable and responsible.

I'm a new patient of Dr. Makhdoom at Lake Point Medical Clinic and right from the first phone conference, I was impressed at the level of consideration and genuine attention to my health issues. He calls me right away when he gets tests results and to ask how I'm doing. Even more surprising, will make referrals to specialists in record time. Very good doctor and excellent staff at the clinic, everyone there is so pleasant and makes you feel welcome!

We go to a clinic because of a medical problem of course and lots of stress usually. Our experience today was far from stressful. Staff and doctor very professional. Thank you for all the care and attention you gave my husband. The drive across the bridge coming home was almost pleasant.

Went to this clinic as I had a blocked ear from a wake surfing accident and hadn't been able to hear for the last 3 days. The staff at the clinic are hands down the best staff I've ever experienced in my life at a clinic. Extremely friendly and effecient. I booked an appointment and was taken in immediately upon arriving. The doctor was very nice and flushed out my ear with zero problems. I highly recommend this clinic!

Absolutely the best medical clinics you can go to. Easy online booking system means you don’t have to wait in an endless queue for walk-ins. The front desk staff has always been efficient, helpful, and just plain nice. After seeing Dr. McNern, you’ll want to make him your family doctor because you won’t find a better doctor who takes the time to listen to you and thoughtfully lay out the facts and information to you. He’s a trustworthy physician and I highly recommend him and the team at Lakepoint.
The option for virtual appointments during covid has also been very helpful.

We recently moved to Kelowna, and needed a doctor. The front desk girls were amazing when we phoned to get an appointment. We got to see DR. Makhdoom, and he has been amazing ever since we 1st got in to see him in September. And so have the front desk girls. We are so grateful for all their kindness, help and support! My daughters health issues have been stressful. But they have been so supportive and willing to do whatever they can for my daughter and I! Thanks Lakepoint Medical Team!

I want here to get my hip flexor checkout because I was in a lot of pain, I booked and appointment so I wouldn't need to wait which they recommended doing. I waiting 1.5 hours in the room before anyone came in to even let me know the doctor was going to be in soon. All the doctor said was well in china they call it the 100 day tendon and there's nothing you can really do about it other than physio. That's all he said, not ice, heat or rest it. Worst clinic I've ever been to. Do not recommend at all!

It is hard to find a Dr who is knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate, and I found one. Dr. Warren now has been my families Dr.for over a year now. I asked my previous Dr.who he recommended before he retired and he raved about Dr. Warren. So me and my family made the change! It is so clean in there too that even my son took his shoes off at the door haha! Thank you Dr. Warren!
