Every time I get into my 2006 Mazda 3, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for Matt and his team of mechanics. As a woman who has had the responsibility of looking after her own vehicle for 20+ years, I cannot tell you how much it means to have a mechanic I can trust, who is incredibly reasonable, always goes above and beyond for me and who is one of the kindest people I've ever met! I also have 20+ years experience in the customer service industry so when I say Matt and his team are the best of the best, I know what I'm talking about! In customer service AND in their wide range of expert auto repair services. This is my go to auto shop in Kelowna. Matt is always incredibly helpful and friendly, along with all the technicians I have met. They are always honest and pricing is always very fair. Highly recommend.

Nothing but love for this shop. From the previous ownership to the current, every time I go here, I get taken care of promptly, professionally, and with great prices. From fuel pumps and brakes, to tailgate locks and vehicle appraisals, they’ve take care of me every time. Highly recommend.

Stopped in for an issue with my brakes. Matt got me in same day, looked over everything and had me on my way quickly. Will be back for any future maintenance!

It started by a quote on the phone to change my winter to summer tires on rims. $15/tires.

When I have arrived there, I asked if he repairs flat tires (1).

So they broke one of my studs and because they didn’t have any parts in stock he had to use Skip The Dishes to get parts from Napa Auto Parts.

So the final bill, instead of $60 was $286! Because he charged me for his delivery, tires change over, parts and 1 hr labor!

I have used Integra Tires for 16 years and I’m going to stick with it. They broke a stud in the pass and charged me for the part and 15 minutes for labor.

Great shop in the mission. There's really good team of people working here who can help you out for your maintenance needs.

I can not recommend this place enough! I was referred to Matt and he was amazing and professional to deal with and got me in sooner than I expected! It's a small owner run shop where customer care and quality still mean something! It's great to see honesty and integrity still exists!

I noticed something was very wrong with my car when I went to pick up my kids from school. I knew I couldn't drive it in its condition and noticed a large crack in a hose. I am on medical leave from work right now and I was so worried about the cost and where to take it. I am so happy I chose Lakeshore Automotive. They were so incredibly kind and they got me in right away! They went above and beyond and fixed another issue they noticed while replacing a hose that exploded coolant. The cost was so reasonable, the parts arrived very quickly and my car was done within an hour or so! I will be going to Lakeshore Automotive for all my future repairs. 100% 10/10! For once, a mechanic that cares and doesnt try to screw you over! Also, another person came in without an appointment with a tire issue and he helped them too!

Had to get my vehicle towed here when I had a breakdown the other night. They were quick, thorough and fair. Really great to communicate with and overall just a great shop to rely on.

When my VW suddenly began leaking coolant (on the day before New Year's no less!), and my usual mechanic couldn't squeeze me in, I decided to go on the recommendation of a few friends and call Lakeshore Auto. Matt picked up, told me he could find the time, and hopefully give me some peace of mind.
He was receptive, patient, and thorough in diagnosing the issue (a simple o-ring replacement on the sensor), and had me in and out within an hour and a half. I very much appreciated his last minute accommodation, his integrity, and love of VW's.
I highly recommend his services, and he will be my first call in future. Thanks Matt!

I had a slow leak in my tire, could not get in anywhere else before Friday, until i called these guys! Wow top notch service and authentically interested in helping clients! This is a great place to bring your vehicle. They quickly discovered the problem and patched my tire up within an hour, saving me money, time and no more worries!
