Gloria, in particular, went above and beyond in providing exceptional service and education. It felt like I was speaking to a long-time friend, making me extremely comfortable and at ease. I cannot recommend them enough, their excellence is simply unparalleled.

Dr Bentley is amazing! She does excellent job for any treatment you need it's so worth the drive to come see her. Over the years we built personal relationship it always welcoming whenever I see her and staff is very nice and friendly as well

I had an excellent experience having a scerotheraphie procedure done. My RN nurses were impeccable & extremely efficient. I felt no pain at all & would return again. I strongly recommend this procedure as it has made my legs look so much better with literally no down time.

What a great first experience. Diane was warm and welcoming, Gloria guided me through the intake and determining what I wanted. She asked great questions, surveyed my thoughts on what I wanted and experiences I liked or didn't like in other clinics. She brought in Mackenzie (Nurse) to increase my understanding of the plan and to augment the recommendations with her knowledge and experience. Dr. Bentley was direct, open and thoughtful in her recommendations and treatments.
A fantastic experience all around. I will be back!

Can't say enough about Nurse Lisa and Dr. Bentley! They were able to treat me the same day as my consult so I didn't have to drive back in from the East Kootenays. Also, the results are amazing:) I'm very happy - Thank you!

I meant with the management about my disappointment with my overall results. I was given a reasonable explanation of the process (coolsculpting) and the affects on the body. They have presented some options. And I appreciate management for reaching out. But nothing ever became of it. Not worth the money, eat right and work out.

Very beautiful facility, the nurses are very kind and compassionate, and very good at answering all of my questions. I’m mostly happy with my procedure, and will return to use more services here in the future.
