I just have to start with WOW, was I ever impressed. From the very beginning of our communication, John always responded promptly. I had a safe that was locked open. John came out to look at it and I was advised that it was not really worth repairing. My husband and I had already talked about that very idea. John informed me of other types of safes, what he thought might work best for us, and the bonus... He did not charge us for the call out! You certainly do not see that type of service these days. The commercial door lock was not pickable but John quickly drilled it out and replaced the cylinder - just like new! Very prompt, personable service and he vacuumed up all the metal shavings

I actually managed to lock my key fob inside my car. Johnathan, was quick to reply to my email request (cell phone in purse.locked in car) and helped right away. So grateful to him! Prompt, professional service.

John installed three locks at our home, two of which were smart locks connected to the internet. John was very professional, taking time to level each lock and set up the smart-lock app on each of our cell phones. Lakeside Lock and Safe's service fee was also very reasonable.

John was very professional, speedy and provided great service. We were locked out of our condo in the evening and John offered to guide us through the steps to save us from paying the after-hour fee. We didn't have the tools so we opted to have him just came right now. John was at our place within 15 minutes and had us in and the lock replaced in less than 30. If we ever got stuck again (hopefully we don't) he'd be the first and only person we'd call. John we appreciate you coming out so late and doing the job with a smile on the entire time.

John arrived on time and fixed the locking mechanism on my gun safe door, which was totally stuck, but fortunately open. He showed me why it was stuck, lubricated everything and informed me about a lot of gun related services in the Kelowna area. Bought a condo in K-Town for my daughter to use while living/working in town. John took good care of us rekeying locks and offering some security tips. Absolutely would refer him!
