Lakeside Market

Store was clean and lot’s of options. Very convenient location. I was a bit put off by the $12 price tag of the wood but you do pay for convenience I suppose…

They sold me propane in a bottle that did not work, took it back with the receipt, would not refund, and argued with me, not a nice guy, I will never go back.

Picked up some fire wood here before getting to the Clear Creek campsite. $12 a bundle. Parking available in front of the store. Cashier was approachable and store was clean and well-kept.

New owners are great, very clean and tidy store with the little bit of every thing that you may need with good and reasonable prices

Have had a great shopping experience there, staff were friendly and store was clean with a vast variety of goods including, groceries, foods, and any necessity for camping!

I love this place. Such a nice improvement from what is was previously. They have a very good selection of items and their prices are very reasonable.

Since the new ownership took over this place has gotten even better. Whether your looking for camping supplies, a quick snack or a U Haul Lakeside Market has you covered!

New owners have put alot of work into fixing up and cleaning up this store. I am so impressed with the cleanliness! For years it has always such a dumpy place, I hope people will give it a chance because it's obvious the new owners are really trying.
They have fresh food, fresh veggies, sandwiches, deli meats and pretty much anything a camper might need or have forgotten to buy before coming up the hill; at a not bad price!
Even a few swimsuits, water toys etc.
They are always smiling and friendly whenever I have gone in.
Stop in there and check it out. Sure beats fighting the traffic going back down the hill for something you forgot.
*Edit after reading the other reviews. The review saying to go to the superette is done by the owner of the superette. He's been the only store up there for years and taken advantage of the fact people had no where else to go. He obviously doesn't like the competition. Maybe he'll have to step up his game. Good.

A very clean, updated store that you can find in this area. The owners are very clean, friendly and welcoming. You can also find persian rose water, Sangak bread, pomegranate paste, persian rice cooker, some persian herbs, to name a few in this store. I highly recommend it.

This store is newly reopened as of March 2019 - and has been closed for renovations since September 2018. So any old reviews would be about the old store and the old owner. Also noted that the two recent negative reviews - one was made by the old owner who clearly seems bitter and sadly the others negative review is from Howard-the owner of the Superette in Cultus Lake! That’s reason for me not to go back to the Superette.

Re: NEW store. The store looks great, renovated and clean. The guy that runs it is awesome! Really friendly and happy to order things that the customers may need.

They have invested a lot of money in making this a clean welcoming place with lower prices than any store in the area.
They want to cater to the locals, I strongly suggest you come in and see for yourself.
This is not the same store and same owners as before!

Worst store ever in the community, they sell expired and over priced products. Highly recommend getting food before going in the cultus area.
