Was not helpful and didn't want to be accommodating whatsoever was confused about all requests overall the rooms were nice but real dusty and mouse pop behind the beds and dusty dusty fans.won't stay again.

The hidden gem of a motel is the best kept secret in Penticton. We stayed while travelling through but wish we could have stayed some extra nights.
The fully renovated rooms are quaint, clean and have full cable and USB plugs. Upgrade to the suite if possible as it is a perfect home away from home.
The staff are friendly, welcoming and informative.
If you are here for a few days, take advantage of the beach across the road and don’t miss the grass picnic area in the back of the property.
We will definitely be back and enjoyed this great motel.

We stayed on a Travelzoo promotion so it was good value this time, but without the promotion, this place is not worth it. It is right on Hwy 97 so the traffic noise is very intrusive. I asked for a different room but was assured the traffic noise isn't a problem, especially if we used the air conditioner. Well that's because the air conditioner is old and noisy. (It's also located near the ceiling, so if you're short, you're in trouble). The motel has been 'updated', but it's mostly cosmetic. (There are very few electrical plugs which is problematic with all the devices). In the end, it's still an old motor inn from the 70's with few upgrades. However, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The 'exclusive' beach is as close as advertised but it's shared with large parties using the yurts and the crossfit place facing the lake loves 80's rock. It's not groomed, so while the ducks and geese are lovely, their large droppings are not, and they're everywhere. Skaha public beach down the road is far nicer and quieter.
As for the service, it was non-existent. We were there for 5 days and they didn't check on us once. They didn't clean the room or empty the trash or supply new linens. I had to ask for new dish cloths. If I had paid full summer rate, I would have been very disappointed.

Loved our stay at this quaint little spot. Julie & Brent are fantastic, very welcoming hosts. We arrived a little early and were welcomed. We appreciated the nice coffee and loved the private beach so closeby. The little court yard is great for a BBQ. Thank you, we will be back!

I had the most lovely stay. The woman who greeted me on check-in was friendly and helpful. She pointed out how to access the private beach and the KVR trail which was just across the street and a gorgeous spot to run. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Very spacious, and recently renovated. I loved the little touches like the coffee nook and the bathroom amenities. The property had lots of places to hang out and enjoy the outdoors. This is a gem and I will definitely be coming back!

Am stunned at the lack of accuracy presented by the hotel in its descriptions. This facility is old and any renovations that must have been done must have been done with sub-grade materials and workmanship. There are no attracting qualities to it. It is not 'on the beach' as it implies nor is it attractive in any way. It could not be considered a 'fun' opportunity. I felt 'ripped off' when I arrived but put up with things as we had family reasons for being there.

Brandon is amazing and understands hospitality. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. We loved the accessibility to the beach and the quaint shops down the road. Highly recommended!

Good value in penticton! The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The room was big and had a fully stocked kitchen. Location was great. 10 minutes to get anywhere in the city and very close to skaha beach! Would definitely stay here again.

Brandon was super kind and helpful! The suit was very clean and came with all the pans and plates we needed. Loved the private beach just 1 minute walk beside it. Would totally recommend!

Just returned from our stay at Lakeside Villa and had to write a review. We absolutely LOVED this accommodation…perfect for families wanting a relaxing beach vacation. We had a family suite with a kitchenette, queen bedroom, and pull-out sofa bed in the living room. This unit was perfect for our family of 4 (kids aged 12 and 16). The room was renovated, comfortable and very clean! The courtyard area had barbecues and beautiful areas to sit and enjoy the evening. We brought our bikes which were securely locked in a shed for us. Brandon, the owner, is fantastic and offers top notch customer service with a smile— he is quick to respond to any requests or questions. We love the private beach across the street…it’s a beautiful beach with clean washrooms. Skaha Lake has clear, refreshing waters to swim in and cool off from the hot sun. Second Scoop Ice Cream shop serves delicious ice creams, sorbets and dairy free items and the owners are so warm and friendly. We are already planning our next visit! Thank you, Brandon for making our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful cozy and felt like home. The room was clean well kept and Brandon was really approachable and made sure we felt comfortable. The location is good and private access to the beach was a good option offered at the property. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect. Clean, cozy, convenient. Sweet little backyard for your morning coffee, perfect motorcycle parking, would absolutely stay again.

Such a fantastic place to spend a couple of nights! Brandon was so helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. The best part of this accommodation? The cleanliness! My one bedroom suite was absolutely spotless. The fridge, oven and microwave were immaculate! The dish sponge was brand new, and you could tell that the cleaning staff took great pride in their work. It is right beside a busy road, and my suite was directly on the road, but you could barely hear the traffic once the door was closed. Highly recommend!
