He said he was going to file a report to the immigration about the accident so I was not illegally staying in the country while I was getting the medical treatment. He never did and I had a very difficult time returning to the country with my visa application being rejected 3 times. The immigration did not have any information about the time I was in the hospital and they rejected my application until I voluntarily submitted doctors report. He charges too much for the mediocre job he does.

I sent a request for help/info weeks ago and have as yet gotten any type of reply. Not sure how you can pose as the island's best when you can't even bother replying. Moving on.

This past August while visiting my family in Nanaimo I was driving my son's vehicle on the highway when I was rear-ended quite severely by a pickup truck. I was Biking on the Galloping Goose Trail heading home. When I got to the Ardersier Road cross walk, I saw a car stopped to my right. I thought the driver made eye contact with me to confirm I was okay to cross, so I proceeded (I did have the right of way). The car pulled out right in front of me and flipped me sideways. I hit the left driver door with my head and left a dent in the door. I tried dealing with ICBC myself and found of the process extremely frustrating. The adjuster decided how much treatment I needed regardless of the medical evidence. As a result, I looked around to hire a law firm and chose Lambert law. I hired Lambert Law to represent me in my ICBC claim on the recommendation of my chiropractor. I am very disappointing in RORY LAMBERT as a lawyer for my case. He has "LIED" from the moment i saw him to the day he fired me. When his staff were very nice to me less than an hour earlier.he has been reported to "the law society of BC" and i have a document awaiting my viewing from them within my email. RORY LAMBERT was not able to or just gave up without a little bit of a fight with ICBC he is just not worth having as legal council.he is not trustworthy.thank you

I was recommended to Lambert Law by my friend’s dad. I was involved in a motor vehicle collision in 2018 on the Malahat, when a driver heading the opposite direction fell asleep at the wheel and struck the vehicle beside me. When I saw this, I tried to brake, but ended up hitting the vehicle on the back right side and my vehicle was pushed into a ditch. I felt supported by Lambert Law throughout the whole process. My wife and I were rear ended on the Trans Canada highway in March of 2018. I had been in a previous collision on December 30,2017 that my wife reported to ICBC. I was injured as a passenger in my boyfriend’s truck in September 2017. We were driving southbound on Wallace drive when this idiot came around a curve in the road at such a high rate of speed that his whole truck went sideways. In December 2016, I was travelling southbound on the Trans-Canada highway with my 2-year-old son strapped in his car seat along with my 9-year-old son. As I approached Veterans Memorial Parkway, I took the exit and slowed down to yield for traffic. I was looking over my left shoulder at the traffic when the vehicle behind me collided into the rear of my car at a high speed.
