Got gouged, invoiced me for over $600 to auger my sewer line but only stuck a camera in and did not even unclog my line. Then asked for another $1,200 to come back the next day to finish. I said no and went to Milani who got it done for $350.

We recently had 2 heat pumps installed in two separate townhouses. We had excellent service from the team at Lambert Plumbing. Jun & Nick were great. They were professional in all areas of this installation. Would highly recommend!

We have used the services provided by Lambert for our yearly maintenance of the A/C unit and the hot water heating system. Jun Requillo has been very thorough and professional each time he has been out to service the equipment.

Kevin helped us with a garburator clog and a water pressure issue in a shower and he was great! He was pleasant and kind, extremely helpful and fast as he was done in 1 hour an 15 min. I would highly recommend Kevin and this place!

Jun Requillo returned this morning to install, at our request, parts to our heating boiler. Although the previous items were still in good working order for another year, it was our decision to have them replaced should anything were to go awry.
Jun arrived on time, and did an excellent and professional job with the installation.

Mickael, our plumber, responded as first on scene when we had a leak 2 yr ago. Today he performed follow up scope and cleaning of outflows. Lambert Co seems roughly the same cost per job as others we’ve tried. All were nice and good, but Mickael is ‘real’, energetic, thorough and cleans up his job site carefully. When he assessed and reassures, I feel I can relax. However, when something has a hi chance of needing follow up, he describes what to watch for and a proffers a general estimate, not sugar coated but real, to consider budgeting.
Lambert was recommended to us by both an engineer, and an mba. Of note, Mickael has a proud-dad screen saver, which some might relate to.

They did a great job to fix the problem and to ensure the place was cleaned up properly after the job was completed. Very good workmanship and team work.

Their quote was more pricey than I expected and I had an initial issue with a high service charge for a 5 minute visit, but they were kind enough to refund after I submitted rough review, so would consider calling them again if the necessity arose.

March 22, I am very happy to have had Roger install a new faucet in my kitchen. He is helpful, knowledgeable and very skilled. I highly recommend this plumber and the company who employs him.

I have problem with the service but after a phone call to the office they explained it more clearly to me why they skipped the flushing process of my combi boiler. It makes sense to me and I am taking back my neagative review of the company. They would have got 5 stars if they explain it clearly to the client in the first place.

Mikael (sp?) did an excellent job with our drainage issues! After another plumber came by and couldn't figure it out, Mikael was very reassuring that he could get the job done and was great at explaining the process.

If Mikael is any indication of the quality of work coming from Lambert's employees, I would have no problem recommending this company for any of their plumbing needs.

Ryan went above and beyond when he came over to fix my shower tap. He was engaging, explained everything really well and was able to work really quickly since he knew what he had to do, even though we realized it was a little more than changing a cartridge. We've always used Lambert and will continue to do so. Definitely recommend!

We had a gas fireplace was not working. From the phone interaction to the repair, the service was excellent. They were fully booked but called back to get us in on a cancellation. Jun, the repair who came was extremely competent, courteous and efficient. He repaired and cleaned the fireplace. I will highly recommend your services to friends and neighbours.

We needed gas kitchen range removal and installation service. We received excellent, efficient and courteous service by the serviceman Brandon S, as well as Fiona on the phone. We were able to get the installation done in just a couple of days, which was great, and the rates seemed competitive. I would recommend the company.

Awesome service, quick and easy. I called to get a kitchen sink leak fixed and they had a guy here in a couple of hours. The man was very respectful and helpful, he explained everything he was doing to me also. Would use again and highly recommend!

Lambert responded quickly to our request, and Mikael was at our home the next day. He was wonderfully cordial, hard-working, respectful of our needs, and cared about the quality of his work. Furthermore, he is the only home repair person that we’ve ever had who cleaned up after the job was completed.

Had a ceiling dripping on a heavy rainy day, and they came on the same day, fixed the problem fast and efficient. I really appreciate their fast and reliable service! Ryan from Lambert Plumbing attended last week to investigate a bad odour coming from underneath the kitchen sink. He immediately saw that the pipes were installed incorrectly. He replaced the pipes & gave advice as to what to do next if the odour persisted, this being a condo. Ryan was on time, professional & personable. I recommend Ryan & Lambert Plumbing.

I am a long term customer of Lambert plumbing and heating, however, this is the first time I leave a comment. They always been good with their scheduling with quick respond time on their service call. They have saved us from the cold by providing us with emergency repairs on our furnace. Lately we had our hot water tank replaced by Lambert. Brandon, the service technician, called in advance to let us know he is on his way. He showed up at our door exactly on time. The company van was clean and well identified. He explained to us what he was going to do, answered all our questions prior to working on the hot water tank. His work was professional, clean and tidy, More importantly, he was courteous, polite and easy to talk to. Lambert has provided us with timely and reliable plumbing and heating services.

Lambert Plumbing and their plumbing technician Brandon Scoular got me out of a big mess today! (And I am grateful!) Yesterday, I discovered a leak in the main water supply to my house. It was leaking at a T junction where the irrigation system was tied into the main. We had a lake out in the front yard. I called this morning, they had Brandon here before noon. He got the work done efficiently and put my lawn back together neatly. (Bonus - He was really friendly, too.) I will definitely be calling on them again and will be recommending Lambert to friends.

A friend recommended me to Lambert Plumbing after she had a good experieince with them. I am sure glad I made the call. Ryan was the BEST! If only all tradespeople could be like him. He unplugged my bathroom sink, then removed the grease from my kitchen sink pipe. He was neither too rushed or too slow—he was very efficient. He communicated recommendations clearly, and was upfront on whether something was necessary or not, as well as whether it would require additional cost/time. I definitely felt he did not suggest things just to stretch out time or drum up business.

He arrived on time, took of his shoes without the need to be asked, he had a mask on. He is a super clean not sweaty person and he doesn’t go around touching things. If you are OCD/perfectionist/germaphobe you need to ask for Ryan. Best service ever and well worth the price.

We have used Lambert three times now and each time have been impressed with their well-organized scheduling and communication, the promptness of the person doing the 'fix' and the extra information given to help us maintain the item in future. Today's "fixer" was Brandon and he was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company.

We have a sump pump in our basement since it is below the level of the city sewer. The sump was not emptying and the overflow alarm had failed. I called Lambert and a plumber, Brandon, came on schedule. The problem was a faulty float switch for the pump and the alarm switch needed repositioning as it didn't have enough room to always sound the alarm if the pump switch failed. He said he'd have to order a new pump switch.

Later that day, Lambert Plumbing phoned to say the switch had arrived and Brandon could return tomorrow to install it. The next day Brandon arrived at the scheduled time, replaced the pump switch, repositioned the alarm switch and was on his way.

I was completely satisfied with the work. I have used Lambert Plumbing for many years and always found them to be efficient, punctual and polite.

Mickael was friendly and professional. He even came back after work hours to deal with a minor issue that I had. Installation took a bit longer than I would have liked, but that may be because I had a TOTO washlet installed rather than a standard toilet.

Excellent telephone person Kristine, friendly quick to know I needed help and called to confirm the time. William friendly capable and professional. Job well done I was informed what it would cost and that was correct.

William attended our home and replaced a leaking toilet shut off valve, as well as cleaned out a clogged shower drain. Very professional service.

Jack came by a couple times to help me out; the first for new shut off valves, a new toilet seal, install a new faucet, and unclog a drain. Very friendly and gave some pro tips too.

The drain ended up being so bad a follow up visit was required and I was called the next day to schedule something that same week.

Was very impressed with the service on the phone and with Jack's visit. Will be calling Lambert for all my future needs.

Lambert was quick to respond, set up an appointment right away when we needed our shower tap fixed. Jack arrived on time and was super pleasant and polite to deal with! He left to get a new handle and returned with a replacement very quickly - he then explained what to do if it was to happen again in the future! All in all a great experience, would definitely recommend them!
