I would like to share my experience working with Dave in the Burnaby location. I am a travel agent from West Virginia USA. I have a client who is sailing on an Alaskan cruise from Vancouver. She has a medical need and a critical piece of equipment was inadvertently left at home. It was discovered after they were already at the airport with no time to drive the 90 minutes home to get it. I was desperately trying to help her find this equipment to rent so she didn’t have to cancel her cruise due to missing the flight.
