Landmark Cinemas Grand 10 Kelowna

Only place in Kelowna where you can watch Hindi movies. Also they have unlimited butter refill for the popcorns would have been nicer if they had recliners.

Decent theater. Seats are ok, but nothing special. Prices for popcorn and so on are of course outrageous, but that should come as no surprise to anyone who heads to a theater.

The place is a bit dirty but what do we expect, its all kids working there which is good. Its nice to see young kids having jobs.

Good theatre with relatively quick service. Seats are older though and don't compare to the newer renovated theatres in the area.

Always have a great experience in landmark
I only wish if they have subscription that’s as good as cineplex

Unresponsive (and therefore cancelled order) a few times now on the Skip the Dishes.
Get off the app if you’re not going to monitor requests.

I’m 6’6 and had ample room. The head rest I could actually lean back on and the seats were overall comfy! We even arrived 10 minutes prior to the show and the huge lineup went quick enough we could get our snacks and drinks on time. I would advise to arrive 20-40 minutes early and book your seats online if you want to have a non rushed experience. We saw Top Gun Maverick and it brought my love back for going to the movies!

Movie seating and sound were great do not get the high food prices. Makes people want to sneak in their own snacks

Nine people went, we paid online best way to go, enjoyed the movie, good temperature in theatre, always a bit on the loud side but had a fabulous time, Thank you!

Popcorn definitely lacking butter, where it used to be hot and slimy with butter. Now, didn't even need to wipe my hands until after the movie.
Place is relatively clean. But experience wise, I think Cinneplex has got them beat now, where I used to be a DIEHARD Landmark fan.

Awesome theater experience. Its been ages due to covid. Friendly staff and great picture and sound. We saw Dr. Strange in the Metaverse of Madness. LOVED IT.

It's 5 to 8mins walk from our place. They play great movies and other languages (hindi, punjabi, Chinese and more), witch is great. Come and c it u r self and I bet u won't b disappointed.

Honestly, I hate giving a movie theatre a 1 star review. Going to the movies will always give you that lil magical feeling, but I am dissapointed. Yes, of course, the costumer service is great and the food is good, but they have to do something about their damn audio. I mean this with little disrespect. Is it possible that something so magestically important in the movie experience had been overlooked in the process of building this place? All im trying to do is reach the movie fanatics who would even bother to look through the reviews. You! Bro! Beware! If you want good sound quality especially with movies like venom 2 and no way home coming soon, go to vancouver. Spend the night at a hotel with your girl. Watch it in cinema there. Do like me.

They just keep on reducing seat selection online but when I went inside the auditorium no one is following rules. Instead of reducing seat selection online, please maintain strict rules tell your staff to work on it and just let people at least select some seats together!

Very disappointed with how uncomfortable the chairs were. Small theater capacity. Meh not really that great of a theater but at least was clean

I prefer going here as the bowling centre is next to landmark. Makes it easier to plan the night out.

If you want to see an old movie make a return to the big screen. Covid has shut down movie making for the most part. So they are having lots of older movies being brought back.
This location is super clean. Great staff. Now they just have to lower the price of popcorn.

Great experience as usual. They are doing social distancing at the moment, so you won't be sitting next to other parties.

Not impressed that I had to leave our show twice to find staff because the sound from the theatre next to us was so loud it was intruding on our show. It got quiet after the first request and ramped up again. It should not happen

Really good experience here much nicer than the theatre in Kamloops, seats more comfortable as well.

I always think movies cost too much, but I love the popcorn at theaters. This one is clean, well staffed, great 'choose your own flavor pop/soda', comfortable seats, good screens, good sound.

It's ok the movie theater has nice leather chairs however I wish they were recliners like the other landmark cinemas. But I understand it's expensive to do the renovations & no other movie theaters in Kelowna have them either so I guess it's no competition.

Very nice theatre, it’s big for the city and lots of variety in movies of course. The large choice of drinks that you can pick for yourself is a big plus over the Cineplex. But I find it to be dirtier sometimes. On multiple occasions, I could tell the staff didn’t even clean the rooms at all. But other than that, I go there a lot and don’t find any other problems.

Good Layout, Comfotable Seats, Good Service. It has some of the classic features that a cinema should have and makes for a great movie experience.
Lost 1 star because they painted the exterior and interior modern grey and installed plain LED lights in the lobby which makes it the experience less cinematic. It's kind of like walking into a department store now.

Best Theatre in town, seats are comfy, popcorn is tasty, tons of drink options and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

The screens and speakers are good. Concession and lobby area are quite nice, but the seats are pretty bad. It seems like they’re not even attempting to compete with Cineplex’s Orchard Park cinema. If it weren’t for cinema exclusivity, I would literally never come here.

Clean cinemas. Nice setup outside the theatres. Popcorn is good. Love cinema popcorn, and this place doesn't disappoint. Plenty of parking. Free parking with handicapped parking. Handicapped entrance and facilities. Concession stand has many choices. Seats in theatres are comfy. Surround sound is great. One of my favorite theatres. Several movies playing here, so you can pick what you wanna watch. You can also buy gift cards here for landmark cinema theaters. Well maintained.

Decently large rooms and screens, usually not crowded and the popcorn is great. Online purchasing of tickets along with their quick printing on-site makes the movie-going experience quite simple and enjoyable.

I always appreciate how clean this theatre is, and how polite the staff members are. It doesn't hurt that there's a huge parking lot outside, as well as a Triple O's and a Quiznos and a pub in the same outdoor mall.

Great cinema with large variety of shows, but as usual concession prices are way too high.even charging for butter now.

Clean. Good service. Popcorn was fresh. They have the drink dispensers out so you can fill/refill, and there are more drink choices. The butter topping dispenser is also out on a counter so you can add as much butter as you want. You choose your seat. So if the theatre is full and you don't like the choices that remain you don't have to buy a ticket. Also you can purchase tickets online and guarantee your seat. The negatives. No food court items, eg, No pizza. No coffee or tea. No chicken strips. No Chinese food. Mainly, really expensive popcorn, candies and drinks.

Fast & clean front staff people. In theater was also clean and the temperature was perfect I wasnt to cold to watch the show. As well as the bathrooms were clean! Great job people.

Love Atom! Makes movie watching so efficient by skipping the queue and having your popcorn, etc.ready to go. Comfortable seats, they don't recline but you have a good amount of room.

Great movie theater especially since the grand 10 reapolstered the seating theaters.just saw downtonabbey very good movie. To expensive thoe if u want snacks multiple $$$ no sticky floors, since ive been there last yeah!

Time for some new seating in Theatre 1. Half way through the movie the uncomfortable seat was getting close to unbearable.

They forgot to make 3D work the first 15mins of movie, ruined the premier experience. Exterior and interior got a nice update since last time I went though.

The other theaters near here have way better seats. The staff was friendly and the movie started on time.

To Loud bothered my ears. I had to wear ear plugs. I shouldnt have to wear earplugs to go to a movie.

The movie wasnt great but the theatre was! It's always clean and comfy and they dont make me feel like a dead bear for refusing to buy my kids anything at a 3 dollar matinee.

Lower the concessions and I'll reconsider, otherwise a great theatre I've gone to more times than I could keep track

The line for tickets and concessions is the same line and it is always really long. You can pre-buy tickets and concessions online but only one window. I like the drink machines as have never seen so many choices

Prefer cineplex more than landmark because of the seats in landmark do not lean back 100% like the ones in cineplex. However, a plus for Landmark is they have more showings compared to Cineplex. Sometimes you would search for a movie and it’s only showing in Landmark. Other than that, it’s a standard movie experience.

Good Theatre, pleasant staff, clean and generally good crowds, except for animated movies. Could use some changes, like recliner seats or D-Box, to make it more compelling.

New chairs make seating comfortable.
Suggestion: stagger seats so you look between seats in front of you instead of at the back of someone's head.

The movie was great (Widows)! Overall, this theatre is really well-maintained, very clean and organized. The space I was in was quite cold, though, so by the end of the movie my feet were freezing.

Leather seats were comfortable and made watching the moving enjoyable. Not much leg room though between seats. Popcorn was good. Prices were in line with other theaters.
