This theater is very good. Good picture and sound. The seats are in good condition, and the place is pretty clean.

They put the popcorn away and clean far to early so you can't get your refill.already you have to pay again for your butter on your refill, but that's if you can even get it, because they don't pop after the film starts.

Went to the movies on Tuesday March 14, amazing staff, the two young ladies working the concession were friendly and helpful, the usher was very helpful and friendly. My girlfriend and our daughter had an amazing movie experience, thank you Landmark Cinemas Penticton:)

Love this place …. Nothing better than watching on the big screen with a big bag of buttery popcorn

It's a fairly new theater in pentaton and the screens are good sound is good the picture quality is sharp. Snack bars expensive but that's everything theater cuz that's how they make their money all in all it's a pretty nice theater for a small city

Everything you would expect at the theater including extra butter. Great place, never to full and always a friendly environment.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The theater is very clean in the bathrooms, cinema and lobby. The captions for the deaf are easy to use, and in good condition.
My only complaint is that the space between each row of seats is much too narrow. Last night I had a big guy sit behind me that was kicking my seat every 5 minutes. I moved to a different row that was empty but in front of my 11 year old daughter. Even as small as she is - she would accidentally kick my seat every so often. If I'm going to pay $100 after tickets and concessions for my family to go to a show - I shouldn't have to deal with this. Unless I can't wait to see it on Blu Ray or on Demand - I'm not likely to go to the theatre for this kind of experience.
