Lines were moving quickly at the concession the lady greeted us and we proceeded to get all our snacks.even went back for refill.

Cinema 7 some recliner not working G 19,18,17,16,15 and more. We pay for this but we are really disappointed.

During our movie yesterday, all screens went black, but audio was still running. There was a huge line up for people getting vouchers, as expected. I was really impressed how fast the line up went, and how quickly they offered this up. Always impressed when I go to this theatre.

Surprisingly nice. The recliner seats and popcorn. Maybe because I’m use to Cineplex but Landmark is pretty good. This one here is quite spacious

First time at this theatre. We were shocked at how dirty this place was! Lobby had popcorn all over the place, garbage bins were overflowing & most of the pop machines were out of order. The hot dogs we ordered appeared to be under cooked. The washrooms were filthy! Even the sharps container was overflowing; I had to take a picture. So gross! The staff were very friendly & nice but seemed overwhelmed & inexperienced. I hope the manager reads this and gets some cleaning staff. May the Force be with you!

Nice facilities overall. Some seats in our theater were not operating, but we weren't informed. Also the food items are way too overpriced. I could buy 5 of what they sell 1 for. But have had some fun times with friends and daily here before

Wow has this place changed! Great place to catch a movie. Loved the reclining seats, so comfortable! The whole family loved it and we will be back for sure. Highly HIGHLY recommend checking it out. Great for movie with the kids or a date with wife/girlfriend.

We have been going to this theater for many years due to the comfort and cleanliness. But this year I am extremely disappointed with the upkeep of this theater. We visited the theater this month to watch a movie and was really shocked to see the condition of the auditorium. The leather on the seats are all peeling off and some are broken. Theater is not very clean and also the bathrooms were in very bad condition. There were no toilet paper in most stalls, had to go to a bunch of stalls to just get some toilet paper after finding a fairly clean stall to use. The comparison from the first year we visited this theater vs now it is a disappointment to say the least. Would really appreciate a little more effort put into the upkeep and cleanliness of this place.

This place looked very nice walking into it, but went downhill very quick. They had a bunch of mice in theatre 10 and it was disgusting as I had to watch them walk up on the stairs right beside me.bathroom was also very nasty.

Gone way downhill. Everything is always broken. 80% of their pop machines are always broken and the ones that are working have almost no flavors in the machines. They want to charge you a fee to pay online but then they have no one working at the box office and their self checkout machines are broken. Most of their seats are torn. The lines for food are crazy and have very few concession tills open and because they have no one working at the boxoffice people are forced to buy tickets at the concession, which slows the already crazy long lines even more.

It was family Christmas movie day. The facility was very clean and well maintained. I will come back here to see other movie for sure. I prefer this location over cineplex in coquitlam.

Stinky and dirty bathrooms, sticky floors near the pop machine, and terrible selection of Freestyle drinks. This theatre has gone downhill. Corporate needs to step in ASAP.

I have never been to a landmark cinema before and Wow- first of all the kid that sold us our movie tickets didn’t tell us we needed 3d glasses or even tell us where to find said glasses for the movie- so when the movie came on and the screen telling people to put on their 3-D glasses came up. A bunch of people had to leave the theatre to go find them.
Secondly, at the concession, I noticed there was a thing full of hotdogs behind the counter, so I asked the girl at the till if they had hotdogs, she said nothing to me turned around, went and fiddle with the hotdogs told me that two were bad and she was going to throw them out and that none of the other ones were ready so I gave up on that.
To be fair, the reclining seats were nice.
When my partner and I both went to the bathroom after the movie we came back, and both of us were appalled at the disgusting state of the washrooms. I was surprised that the ladies room smelled like urine, and he said there was piss all over the floor in the men’s room. We have never seen such disgusting conditions or poor customer service at a movie theatre in our lives, we will never come back.

Great theater. Nice friendly staff. Clean washrooms and theater. Yummy food and oh so yummy buttered popcorn

The recliner seats are nice but this theatre is absolutely disgusting. Urine all over bathroom floor, no toilet paper, half the pop machines don’t work or didn’t have any ice, no cream sugar for coffee, no attendant at front when entering theatre so anybody could just walk in, card machine for games was out of order, my seat smelt like somebody peed their pants in it recently and finally they didn’t turn on the lights after the movie ended. This theatre used to be good, what happened?

Why are you now charging for online bookings? This is ridiculous! There hasn't been any additional service for this fee. If I have already paid for the ticket, there's now a charge for just booking? Landmark, do better! No wonder going to the movies is not something the general public wants to do anymore when you're finding every way to upcharge customers.

Lots of movies to choose from. Staff ate very friendly. Theaters are clean and have very comfy seats. Doesn't matter the size of the person in front of you you will be able to see the full screen with no one in your way
