Our family has been going to Landmark Dental since 1993. We love all the staff there and have never had a negative experience. Everyone is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Landmark Dental!

My experience with Dr. Trevor Neal has been exceptional. The whole team, including the Dr. Neal, the hygienists, technicians and office staff, has been caring and compassionate. Issues have been explained thoroughly and handled professionally. The office has the most up- to-date equipment of any dentist office I have visited. I am truly grateful to be a patient in this clinic and I can recommend it without any hesitation.

Was told I needed all of my fillings replaced. Got 1 done and it was a nightmare- felt nerve pain while they did it but they blew it off. I went back twice because it painful and sensitive for weeks and was essentially just prescribed random things (antibiotics, painkillers and steroids) nothing worked. Went to a different dentist and was advised I'd need it redone. That same dentist also said the other fillings didn't need to be replaced yet.
When I cancelled my other replacements and said I didn't want to reschedule the person on the phone said
"oh you're good now, your cavities are fine now? "

First time at Landmark and I was very impressed with all aspects. Dr. Patterson came up with an affordable solution to my problem. Great visit and great staff. Thanks!

I have received outstanding dental care from Dr. Don Neal and his son, Dr. Trevor Neal, ever since I moved to Brentwood Bay, BC, twenty years ago. They anticipate problems, provide excellent explanations and options and do extremely professional work.

I had a dental emergency and they found a spot to fit me in quickly even though they are very busy. They work with dental insurance to direct bill if possible. Assistants, hygienists, admin, and of course the dentists themselves, are approachable and friendly as well as excellent in their work.

Landmark Dental Centre has always been very professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend Landmark for your dental needs.

If one has to have dental treatment (nothing that I would ever volunteer for)
then this is the best place to go.

Dr. Neal, as opposed to a previous dentist’s recommendation, saved all my teeth from complete extraction, and after some initial treatment I have needed only cleaning and minor touch ups. Super friendly staff, attentive, safety conscious, knowledgeable, fun and skilled. These professionals know their craft! In all my years seeing dentists and hygienists, I have never learned so much about mouth health as I did with my dental hygienist here. She also cleaned my teeth beautifully!

Every visit is an excellent experience, starting with the greeting, COVID precautions, waiting area and waiting time, hygienist, dentists and the AR personnel.

Dr. Don Neal is amazing, I couldn't even feel the needle in mouth for freezing. Dr. Trevor Neal is also very nice to deal with. Both very polite and proffesional. Highly recommended! Could almost tip these guys:)

I had years and years of dental fears.
But now I am so kindly treated I never get overheated.
The staff is professional and care, now sitting in the chair is like riding on air.
There was even a time when my vehcle would not go and Don's wife helped me on my way, when she boosted my battery to save the day. So yes, for sure, they are the best I've known in all my years.
