One Star is exactly like the middle-aged lady who checks out the cashier. She doesn’t know how to press it when checking out. She presses the POS machine directly to the last step, skipping the step of choosing a tip. I still feel strange. After I finished the payment, she asked me fiercely. Why didn't you give a tip? She kept insisting that she didn't even touch it. You can see for yourself that the tip was not included in the order. After I explained, I said I could tip again, but she still looked at me with a sima face and told me to tip again for 15. %, instantly in a very bad mood. The other waiters have very good attitudes and the service is excellent.

Is the aunt at the checkout going through menopause or something? The attitude is extremely bad. You made a mistake when checking out the md. You didn’t add a tip. After you finished paying, you were told to add the tip. Please swipe the card again. Look at that b-face of you who is afraid of not giving you a tip. Wear a mask. Where are your eyes? Shortage of money or what? Sb stuff.

A I've been coming to this place for hot pot every time I visited Vancouver! Seafood was fresh, good portion and best part was you can do half order!

The dessert (steamed egg with milk) was a bit runny tho, not as good as last time we had.

There are many different pot bases in Spring and Autumn Hot Pot, and the more special one is the porridge-based hot pot. However, this time we ordered a relatively stable pork bone soup. The soup base is simmered until it is white and thick, but it is not greasy when you drink it. It should be the red dates that helped a lot. The fat of the premium beef is very beautiful. The gold-medal four-style meatballs are the most amazing this time. The meatballs are put directly into the hot pot from raw, making them juicy and crispy. The final dessert is pumpkin sago or ice cream. If it is winter, it is recommended to choose pumpkin sago, which is the best dessert.
[Service] Spring and Autumn Hot Pot made me experience the service of Cantonese hot pot. The service staff is quite direct and fast.

Forcing high tip. Don’t go there if you not ready to pay for like $20 for low quality service

The food are rotten. It's super hard to find a parking spot. Bad service and rude reception.

Worst restaurant in the world. The food are extremely expensive, you will only get a boiled cabbage for $35 as the base soup. The reception lady is super rude while assisting us on parking. She yelled at us just because the parking lot is full and we couldn't park at her willings. (Even though we had been waiting outside for almost 10 mins to have someone help us.) The amenities are obsolete and one of the soup spoon is full of oil stains. Hotpot ingredients are expired and service is awful. Do not go there if you don't wanna ruin your day.

I went here first time. Everything was good. The most delicious was soup base. It was so yummy.super fresh sea food. Spot prawn and beef was excellent. However, sauce was not impressive, tasteless. Staff are good and pay attention to details.
You should park your car right behind the restaurant or left hand with about 2$.

So overpriced and expensive. Not worth the money especially for such poor quality ingredients and slow service. You can buy all the same ingredients at the supermarket for 60% less than what they charge. For example, we ordered boiled chive dumplings, which came from the same store that sold them for 10$ in China town, for a whopping 25$ (the waiter also claimed their dumplings were “handmade”, but any person who had tried both could tell they were from that specific store. Do not waste your time and money here. It is a big rip off.

Super bad experience. We went there for birthday dinner and ordered a geoduck. The staff bought out a fresh one saying it weighted 3 lbs. It looks a bit small but anyways we accepted. Later on, the sashimi came out with a regular size place with about 12 pieces on top. We asked the staff whether it was the one we picked (orders were mess up with another table), the staff said yes then we were like this is definitely not 3lbs geoduck, it is more like half size with the portion. We request the air fry the thicker body part with additional cost and that turns out to be disppointed as well. It came out like left overs with only roughly 8 tiny pieces. We complained the portion and doubting some thicker body parts are missing because the portion is too small but the staff insisted that it was a full part. This is not our first time eating geoduck and we feel like being scammed. We paid almost $270 ($90 per lbs) for a 12 pieces sashimi and 8 tiny pieces of air fry thicker body which is unacceptable. Do not recommend this place and we will never go again.

Two managers in black suits, the older one was very friendly and the other younger one with glasses made me feel discriminated against. When he came over to say hello at the beginning, the questions I might ask made him feel unhappy, because I asked if the air conditioner was a bit cold, can I adjust it or if there are blankets, he said no, no, so I didn't ask any more. I asked for hot water, and he asked me to drink the tea on the table. When I said I didn’t drink tea, he loudly asked his colleague to pour hot water for me. I made him unhappy, so he didn’t want to pour the water himself, and then He turned away and never came back and was unwilling to serve us again. My friend went up to him and asked for an ice bucket, because we brought white wine, and he even said that the care lady wanted ice cubes? Probably my fault, I didn't make him happy so he refused to serve us. Everyone else is very good. Although the dishes are expensive, some dishes are not bad. The boiled beef is quite tender, and the salt and pepper osmanthus mussels are too salty.

Love the hotpot here, pretty expensive but good quality, only the restroom is ridiculously dirty, need an upgrade for sure.

The lotus is my favorite, and it is the first time I could taste sweet in this veggie. I order lotus every time I have hotpot, I would say 春秋 is the only one providing fresh lotus.
The uncle waiter is very nice and considerate. He knew that the meal was only for two person, so just in case we ordered too much food, he proactively let us know the size of dishes

This is the OG of hot pot in town. Food and service is the best, there is parking in the back. Nothing beats fresh food and honest soup base. Nice place to have party and family friendly for kids.

Best hot pot I have ever eaten in the North America. Fresh hand cut wagyu beef is amazing. Feels like I’m back to Hong Kong. Amazing broth too. I have not been that satisfied from a hotpot meal for a while.
The seafood is very fresh too. This is my Togo in Vancouver for sure.

I strongly believe this spot would be on the Michelin guide as soon as they launch one for Vancouver!

Bokchoi's quality was a shock, proteins, broth, and the sauces seem to be under a strict and professional management.
This restaurant is a healthy, well structured, oriental and exotic special place that you can give your trust to have a great time with friends and families.

I did not book the seat. When i ask the waiter, he told me if we are all in, he will give me seat. When I paid the parking fees, he said I must finish the dinner in 40 minutes.r u kidding me? It's impossible to eat a hot pot in 40 minutes. But he didn't tell me when I paid the parking fee. I could only leave.

My favorite hot pot restaurant in vancouver, very friendly staff and consistent good quality food. They also offer cooked food like friends rice, chicken wings ect. They also have 2 private room that are greats for family events.

Amazing hotpot and even their regular food is delicious. Service is unmatched! Been coming here for almost half my life. Staff doesn’t change. It’s welcoming.

I love landmark hotpot. This probably is the best Cantonese style hotpot in Richmond.

However, there was this one experience that disappointed us deeply - the other day the server manager tried to recommend some shrimps to us, we fully trusted him and ordered. But turned out to be some less fresh shrimps. The moment we ate that shrimps we got that the reason why he recommended. He was just trying to clear up these dying shrimps.

I couldn’t believe they (as a high end hotpot restaurant) tried to trick their customers in such indecent way. We still love Landmark as its food is so good, but just not as we did before.

My husband and me love this hotpot. We went to have dinner often. But now we are Not. We feel so disappointment cause we orded one kind of fish which is a Big whole fish but only comes few pieces. That's not the Big Whole Fish which is showed to us！！！I feel sorry for my husband and friend because we always go there for a joyful dating but let we so embarrassed. We see these few pieces and we speechless. Landmark hotpot house is Not A Good Restaurant cause not only food but alse sevices.

Very traditional Hong Kong style hot pot restaurant. The main feature of Hong Kong-style hot pot is that the fresh foods/materials are rinsed in a relatively light soup base, and the diners mainly taste the flavors/textures of the foods themselves. If you are a diners who want to taste oily and spicy hot pot, then I do not recommend this restaurant, because this restaurant is not good at "flavored" food. For those diners who want to taste the texture and taste of the food itself, Landmark Hot Pot is definitely worth trying. In addition, the stir-fried rice noodles with beef in this shop is also very good, you can actually taste the “Huo Qi” from the foods (HuoQi means when chefs use an iron pans and intense heat to process food, the food will be cooked in a short period of time while retaining the taste and character of the food itself).

Absolutely top class hot pot restaurant. Top quality ingredient and services. A must visit place in Vancouver.

Freezer burned mussels, no shrimp available, and tried to charge 15 dollars on top of normal price for crispy tofu? Save your money and go to haidilao or anywhere else.

High quality food and careful service. The waiters replace dirty dishes very often. Everything is quick and dessert is complimentary!

Slightly higher price for better quality ingredients for a la carte, compared to all-you-can-eat menus other places have.

Food is decent but expensive. The parking lot in the back is literally a fight club. The restaurant seems to be fine letting their drunk patrons yell and wake up the neighbourhood and get into fistfights.

Very good customer service. I really appreciated how the male servers explained each dish. It never felt like a rushed experience. Totally new to me Chinese dishes.

This is Authentic classic old school Hong Kong style Hotpot. This restaurant has variety of soup and meat that you can select them from the menu. The soup was good and tasty. The meat were marinated perfectly made them very soft texture. This restaurant has three sauce not variety. The price was reasonable.

Rude service. Staff does not help you or direct you on how to proceed if it is your first time visiting. Menu also wasn't very clear. Food was ok but for the price and poor service, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

Best HK style hot pot in Vancouver! Wide range of soup base for you to choose! Per person around $100 but worth it!

Been coming here for the last almost 30 yrs, still good as always. Gets expensive if you start ordering seafood.

Unless you are one of the affluence chinese dont bother going. The manager will belittle you and is so errogant. The parking control staff is just like a thug on the street. Price is ridiculasly outrages.

Frequent customer there after social dancing @ Robson Square on Friday night. The place is huge but even at 11 pm, it is at least half full. They have two menu at that hour. Small dish with congee 消夜; and their regular hotpot stuff. I always have 消夜 and I love their deep fried white fish, also their various flavor of beef is good too. I had been there during dinner time for their hotpot and I also like it. Their price is less than what is in high end places in Richmond. Maybe not as fancy but certainly more economical and the service is excellent.

If you like hotpot then this is the prime restaurant in Vancouver over 20 years. Always good quality fresh seafood. They made their stock from scratch which contribute the great taste for food simmer in the hotpot. If you don't know this style of cooking then you should try it. Open for business in the late afternoon till 2am. Reservation is strongly advised as they are always full. Price is not cheap but you get very decent quality foods. One of the recommenced restaurants in town, should try it.

I come here many times this restaurant. Very delicious the chicken herb soup. Every dishes I tried was very good but the price is quite expensive.

Ingredients excellent, fresh and delicious, much better than other hot pot places. But service is bad, waitress arrogant and not polite.

Best hotpot in Vancouver. Fresh and excellent ingredients. There soup is made without MSG and will not dry your mouth. The price is higher than other hotpot restaurants, but it is definitely reasonable. Only opens for dinner and reservations are recommended.
