Not happy with the basic customer service. Their website has no list of services or prices. The lady on the phone wasn’t very helpful in telling me about the services. I’m just going go somewhere else.

Langford Nails is the absolute best! Their manicures and pedicures are beautiful, and last way longer than anywhere else I’ve been. The staff is so friendly and sweet- I love booking in and going to see them! Would/ do recommend to anyone!

Went to see Mary for the first time, with a very specific idea in mind. And she nailed it! She made sure, that i was happy with each step and i really was! The hand rub, with warm cream and hot towel was pretty awesome! And their pricing is right and very competitive!
100% going back!

Only do gel tips, not full nail form. Gel lamps very high in intensity. Had to bring nails out just about all the time to stop the burning feel. Never in 15 years have I ever had to pull them that much, May three times and never ever that hot burning. Charge $5.more 2nd colour even though 1 colour on 8 and 2nd colour on two. Still only 10 fingers! Her even and mine were different. Design art a little pricey!

I came in on a whim, since my regular nail technician is on vacation. Upon coming in it seemed okay, but it was very rushed. The person doing my nails kept hurting my fingers when she filed them aggressively, I winced a lot. I’ve never experienced that anywhere else, i even asked for designs and she said “that’s too hard” so I settled for a plain solid. Even The Color I asked for wasn’t available and I wanted green because it’s my birthday month so I wanted to feel special but I got a murky blue. Upon looking at it it seemed okay, but I just wanted to leave because it was rushed and painful. The next day I called to ask if I could please change the Color as I was not satisfied and the person who answered did not show empathy or consideration of my feelings. She was short and didn’t resolve the situation. And expected me to pay another $30 when I had already paid almost $70 for a UV fill. Do not waste your time here, they’re only after your $$$.

Reply: with the tip/taxes it was $70. As well as you had never offered to paint on top of my nails at all. You literally just said it was $30 to change the Color at all… no effort to help but money grab. First you say you can’t do designs then out of the color and when your customer isn’t happy you have a bad attitude. Give your head a shake.

Went for Aryclic fill and got surprised by the price (45$with tax) for just a fill and polish plus a hand massage with hot lotion and then a hot towel. 5 Stars for services. Staff was friendly. They seemed very busy and that they knew a lot of their customers by name.

This place is amazing! Mary and Jacky are my favorite. So friendly and good cost. I have been going since they opened and always will go there. Amazing team.

Normally I am a big fan of this establishment I have always had great experiences, but a week ago I went for a pedicure and i have an infection on both of my feet. Immediately after leaving my toes were sore, as I now need antibiotics to make the infection go away. I would recommend not coming here

I always go to my girl Jolene. She is the sweetest human & does an incredible job! She has the most creative ideas for designs & my nails have never broken since I’ve gone to her. Highly recommend

Very disappointing experience. The owner is always about getting as many people in vs the quality of the appointment. I booked ahead, had an appointment and they were already over flowing. Another person had been told to come back at the time of my appointment so I wasn’t able to get the treatment. There was no apology just can I come back. Nope I will not be back.

Absolutely loved my manicure with gel polish! Best manicure I have ever had. Meticulous cuticle clean up and polish application. Great prices and was able to fit me in on short notice. Will be going back again soon!

I’ve been here before for pedicures and they did an excellent job! Even after having an issue on my last booking, the manager was very quick to apologize and try to make it right.

I booked a full set the same day and they fit me in no problem, even accommodated me earlier. Julie (I believe that was her name, masks are hard to hear with sometimes) was lovely, professional and took extreme pride in the manicure she gave me. I was offered a free hand massage afterwards which was such a treat. The staff there were all friendly and welcoming. The salon was very clean and following all provincial guidelines required during the pandemic. I will most certainly be back in the future! It was a wonderful experience.

I took my daughter and best friend there to all get pedicures and the ladies were so wonderful to us! They gave nice long foot massages and used hot rocks that made our feet melt with pleasure. Thank Ladies!

I went there with my gf, i was so disappointed about this salon. The pedicure tub wasn't clean, and their price is expensive.i am worry cause I might got fungus from this salon.don't waist your money here, go somewhere else.

For being a place that looks a little scuzzy they are very attentive to details. I do like that you can just drop in without an appt. Staff are are friendly and pleasant.

Friendly, fun place to go to get nails done. I got a chip in my nail after getting them done for a wedding and they redid it for no extra charge and fit me in quickly.

Love my nails & pedicure! Great service with kind staff that went the extra mile to fit me in (past opening hours!). Have had nails (acrylic with gel overlay) for a week now with no chipping or lifting.

Really friendly staff and I never have to wait to get my nails done. Mary does an amazing job and my nails always last a long time. If a nail breaks, she offers to fix it for free but I don't have this problem.

This salon has always been my go to, but they really went above and beyond for me in June. My sister and I decided to get our nails done before heading to MB for my daughter's christening. It was important for her grandparents. Being 4mo old she needed to be with me, plus I had no other care options. The staff there were extremely accommodating to us, letting me get my toes done with her on my lap and then doing 1 hand at a time so I could hold her and feed her if needed. Cannot speak highly enough about the experience.

I would give 10 stars if I could! I had an amazing experience with Paul- he was very nice and friendly, but also did a wonderful job on my nails. He got the shape just right, and everything from trimming my cuticles to applying the polish was perfect. I came during a busy time without an appointment, and only had to wait about 5 minutes. The price also could not be beat! I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this salon:) A+ experience, I can't wait to be back.

I am a great regular to target, but always treated second-class here. I keep coming back, never complain and always tip. Yet I am often passed-over or held at the door in contempt (even with an appointment).

These people are sooooo amazing! So satisfied! The pedicure was the best i ever had! So friendly and will listen to me. I have never been more impressed! I will always come back. This place should have a 5 star rating!

This place is super duper expensive for not so good service.

I went in and told my lady exactly what I wanted, and she said that'll be 65$ is that okay? I said yes. When she was almost done my manicure she informed me that since I wanted a gold top coat on two fingers it'd be an extra 5$, the thing that annoyed me about this was she had already put it on.

A few days have passed since my visit, and one of my toes is in a tremendous amount of pain. After looking closely I can see that she cut it was too short and I might now have an ingrown toe nail.

All around this place is expensive for a possible ingrown toe nail.

The customer service here is unbeatable! I've been going to this place for two years and have only had a problem with my nails once. I usually just get pedicures and they're always awesome!

The owner/manager is not very nice. My nails are crooked and sloppy. I've given them 2 chances and I'm not going back. I would not recommend them

I have been here a few times and the staff is very kind however, I will not return based on some unsanitary conditions found during my visit yesterday. While getting my pedi, staff used an old dirty nail file on my foot. When questioned about it and requesting a new one I was told, "we clean these". When I said it looked dirty, I was asked if I wanted a new one, which was pulled from a drawer. Nail files, according to provincial healthcare guidelines are a single use item as they can spread various "things" between customers. In hindsight, I wish I would have left then and there.

I am not sure of the employees name. Glad to hear this will be addressed.

It is my special place to be. Not rushed through. Wonderful pedicure and massage- warm lotion, firm hands and hot rocks.
