Excellent cost-benefit!
Unbeatable cost for procedures. Had my female dog spay surgery done here. I have had called so many places and this one was the most affordable. It is very busy they only had availability for 3 months ahead, so I waited. The spay surgery went well and I was happy with the follow up and all the treatments instructions received by their qualified vet team. I also had the regular vaccination done there 2 weeks after the surgery. Overall I am really satisfied with their service. Although I live a bit far way, I will always bring my dog there for medical care.

Extremely unprofessional. Waited on hold for 40 mins to book an appointment. Got picked up by 3 different receptionists who didn’t know why I was on hold after I told everyone I was trying to book an appointment. One of the receptionist laughed at me for waiting on hold for them. Why would you want to book an appointment to take care of your beloved animal when this is how the staff is treating you. If I could give less stars I would, terrible customer service.

I unfortunately had to euthanize our family dog due to health issues and they were so amazing with our whole family and my pup.

I've been trying to get ahold of a person over the phone for the last 2 weeks and the reception never picks up. Came to clinic on a Sunday basing visit on their online info (open til 9 pm) but actually their hours are slightly different (closed at 8). I wish their customer service could be improved.

I recently took my Koko here to get spayed, and might I say this is the best animal clinic I’ve ever been too! I’ve been to countless ones where the service was terrible, and the staff were rude. Not Arianne! She was incredibly insightful and really helpful, made sure Koko was taken care of properly and was extremely hospitable. Would recommend this clinic to ANYONE who is in need of anything for their cats, to go here. I’d give a 6/5 if I could.

I am very grateful to Dr. Esther Cahill and the staff at langley animal clinic for taking such good care of my cats Alice and Nala. They both had different health issues that required urgent attention and Dr. Cahill was quick to diagnose and treat them. She handled them with care and expertise and kept me informed throughout the process. She also worked with me to find a payment plan that suited my situation. She went above and beyond to make sure my cats recovered well and I could not ask for a better vet. The clinic itself is clean, modern and well-equipped. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality veterinary care.

Dr Esther Cahill refused to provide a refill on my cats seizure meds for my cat with a seizure disorder for whom I was out of meds. She refused to write an outside prescription for the same medication that I had a reffillable prescription on file with them. This refusal to provide previously prescribed medication for my cat left me no option except to go to the emergency vet for an expensive and unnecessary extra vet visit, just to get a renewal on her meds.

Been a client here for a long time and won't be coming back while this vet works here. I don't want to risk having her as the only vet available to make decisions about my cat again.

Super impressed with my first experience there, it came highly recommended by a friend and a very large dog Facebook group so I decided to make a appointment in November to get our puppy spay this February. From the second I walked in the door I found the staff very efficient and when they actually have the anesthesiologist meet with you and your pet beforehand it really helped with any nervousness I had. They called me when my puppy was out of surgery to let me know how it went and did not rush her out afterwards, they really take hours after to monitor, at pick up I met with another staff member who went over in detail about home care, pain medication, what to do and not to do and what to watch for, at any time I could email a picture if I was unsure of how it was healing, such a relief! They went over paperwork for microchip also. I live on a Gulf Island but it was so worth the cost of travel and time.

Took my sweet but rather large cat in for a look at a wound and the vet was really rough with him. He kept telling us our cat was aggressive and instead of asking us to roll him on his side made a big production out of 3 of us doing it. He grabbed his scruff rather aggressively when all the cat needed was a gentle flip. Cat was scared, not aggressive. He's going to be upset and growl when you grab him and pull him around by the scruff. The vet kept telling me the cat was going to bite me and really upset my daughter. The vet also looked to be second guessing himself. That doesn't instill confidence what so ever. Won't be going back to Dr Brar ever.

On a positive note, we went back and I asked for a female vet. We got Dr. Semadeni the next visit. Wow! That girl is incredible. She actually cares about your animal. She checked our cat with no trouble. No growling. She gets 5 stars and we will definitely be going to her from now on! My cat didn't make a peep with her. He was just happy. Thank you Dr Semadeni! You are a true gem.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. THEY ENDANGER PETS. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Vet gave vaccines between shoulder blades which you are NEVER suppose to do. Our pet now has a TUMOR developing between her shoulder blades due to the vaccines & their incompetence. Vaccinations are suppose to always be given on left or right leg so if these complications occur, it is treatable. This mistake could kill our pet: (they only care about selling vaccines and collecting $$$ they do not care if they KILL your pet. DO NOT GO HERE!

Took my dog in to get his 2nd year shots and a de-worming. The vet that helped me was nice and took him to the back to get his to do an exam. A different lady brought him to the front and was very stand off-ish and aggressive with my dog. My dog was obviously scared with a mussel on that he was trying to scratch off so she decided to grab his neck hard and take the mussel off while saying things under her breath. Wasn’t impressed.

We used to take our pets to Langley Animal Clinic but the lack of patient care we've repetitively recieved for our fur babies is appalling and we will not bring them here anymore. It's very rare that anyone picks up the phone and they don't respond to emails. Most of the receptionists are rude and seem to hate their jobs. LAC almost killed my friend's diabetic cat due to their errors and also sold her the wrong insulin needles! Our frenchie almost lost her eye when we took her here, they sent us home with useless meds and a very expensive bill. Her eye got worse and we tried phoning to book another appointment, we were on hold for 25 minutes, so we emailed them and no one has emailed us back to this day! We took her to another vet, where she had surgery done for her eye ulcer and luckily her eye was saved! This place is one of the cheaper vets in Langley, but you get what you pay for! Just like the other reviews say, this place keeps going downhill, I would give 0 stars if I could!

A turn for the worst here. Untrained staff, lost lab results, misdiagnosis, and the wrong food for my cat. Costed hundreds of dollars at new vet just to get the correct baseline results and I find out her kidneys are fine, blood pressure is fine, there is no arrhythmia and she can have regular seniors food. When I complained, a staff member asked me to send an email to management. No answer back at all so had to find new vet.

Total scam artists. I asked many times is there was ANY possibility of other charges due to 7yr age. Even the day prior to surgery again was told $60 more is mature fee but ONLY if it takes longer. Morning of was asked to sign for approx $200 more for mature fee. Unethical. Beware.

I had very bad experience there, my dog was in so much pain and her pelvis was fractured and they put her on so hard table and she was crying but no body cared, doctor so cold. And then they recommend to put her down even tho there’s was great chances that she can heal by herself. They’re expensive and there service is not good

This happened almost two years ago and I’ll never forget it. Now after a friend had a terrible experience here I had to post mine.

Doctor told me I should put my dog down because she was lethargic and growled at my toddler. I took her in because she was peeing around the house and was avoiding us and for a 6 year old dog it was very out of character. Went home after the vet clinic and my dog had a seizure, turns out she had a UTI so bad it was in her liver. Just needed antibiotics and was great after a few days.

I will never go here again! They almost killed my dog. Didn’t do a urine exam or anything! Doc just stood across the room telling us how we should choose between our child or the dog.

I've had mostly a good experience with this veterinarian but they are a little on the costly side plus if you phone them they will put you on hold for 10 to 20 minutes which if you had one question feels like a waste of time.

This clinic has fallen in level of service. Not only do they fail to answer the phone, the cleanliness of the clinic is awful. I will not be returning. Oh, and I also used to do the marketing for them when they used to be good. Now, they're liars and just plain awful.

I’ve been a customer here for over 20 years. I absolutely cannot fathom how poor the customer service has gotten in the past 6 months. I’ve spent hours on hold only for no one to answer the phone. I’ve waited days for them to call me back, no call came. I asked to speak to a manager, no luck! I left a Facebook message in June it’s been ignored.

I’ve been dealing with reception Regarding a product/service I paid for in April that still hasn’t arrived and it’s August. I was told at time of purchase it would be ready in 2 months. Now I’m being told it will get here when it gets here and today the lady on the phone told me she took my call because she was being “gracious”not because it was her job.

Everytime I think I’ve gotten to the bottom of the problem more time passes and I’m told the information I was given was wrong.

I truly feel I was taken advantage of in the heartbreaking moments my dog was dying and sold products that they lied about regarding turn around time

At one time this is the only clinic I would trust my pets to… Now I wouldn’t trust them with a house fly!

Spent over three hours over two days trying to get through to office. Their phone message system very inadequate and does not put you through to anyone unless you use the emergency #1. Leaving emails, phone messages or using their call back system does not work and trying to book on line does not work either. They are booking neuter/spay surgeries into November - but who can wait 3+ months for an appointment. Very disappointed in their service/system. I shouldn't have to spend 3 hours to find out I cant get an appointment anyhow. I just spent a few minutes reading other clients reviews and 18 out of 20 are very unhappy with service.big down hill slide over the past two years.

Gave them a 2 because the neuter itself went good.but my kitten got fleas from here and I've had a really difficult time getting rid of them. I also called the office a few days after to inquiry about the way the area looked and had to leave a message and no one ever called me back.definitely won't be going back here.

I am absolutely shocked at the service my friend has received from this animal clinic. Thankfully my sister is a vet technician at an animal hospital in west Vancouver so she was able to get the results.
Langley animal clinic had not called my friend yet said they tried to call her multiple times. We checked and they had the right phone number and the right email address (because of course they were able to send her the bill).
Her dog needs an emergency spay and had I not contacted my sister to help with this situation who knows what would happen to the poor dog.
Absolutely heartbreaking.
If you are low staff please reduce the volume of clients you take at your clinic as it has devastating results.

Today I had to take my sons dog in for her shots because he was away on business. I was 14 minutes late because of an accident on the way there. I stood in front of the receptionist for almost 5 minutes before she acknowledged me. I let her know I was there to get shots for my sons dog she then informed me because I was more then 10 minutes late they could not give her the shots. I let her know about the accident but that did not matter read the sign.if you are more then 10 minutes late you have to rebook. Beside that sign was one that said do not disrespect our staff. I read some of the reviews about the great service they give and how easy it is to get in and how friendly the staff was well I would have to differ from that. Even though she was professional enough she was very cold and did not care about that I was late because of unforeseen traffic problems. She told me I would have to book another appointment. The first appointment that my son booked took 2 months. At this point I asked for a printout of what shots she needed which she provided and called my vet and had an appointment for her in 5 days. I will say this my experience was not a very good one you would think they would try and be a little flexible and a little nicer. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you do not have the same experience I had.

Very poor experience today at the Langley Animal Clinic. Disappointing especially after having received great treatment for my previous dog. Started with non-existent customer servicel. 2 staff right at the door when I walked in.no one said hello. 2 staff at the desk. One on the phone, the other just sitting there. I stood there for 5 minutes Could have at least acknowledged me. Dr. Arminder Brar was the vet and he was awful! I put a muzzle on the dog as I had only been fostering him for 3 days and just wanted to be cautious. I explained this to the vet. He wanted ME to lift the dog onto the table. A 31kg dog! Maverick was getting a bit stressed out by the whole experience. To be expected.most dogs get stressed at the vet. Dr Brar went to get an assistant to help, them came back alone. He didn't make any effort to look at the area of concern. He called Maverick aggressive! Maverick DID NOT demonstrate ANY signs of aggression. He was sitting by my feet and at one point laid down. Slightly stressed yes, but aggressive no! (Compared to the stress level my previous dog used to experience, Mav was doing fine!) Brar spent most of the 20 min.appointment on his laptop writing up 2 prescriptions. He explained one Rx was an anti inflammatory and how to give it. The other Rx was for Maverick's aggressive behaviour to calm him for the next appointment. He explained 3 TIMES how to give the sedative before the next appointment. Breed discrimination! Mav is an American Staffordshire terrier and he's wearing a muzzle. So he automatically gets an Rx for a sedative after being called aggressive. I rejected the Rx for the sedative as there WON'T BE a next appointment at Langley Animal Clinic

I have been a client at this clinic for over 20 years. I had always been pleased with their service.but over the past 5 years I have seen a steep decline, recently I called for an appointment and was on hold for 1 HOUR, this is 100% unacceptable, I left a message and no one has returned my call. They will charge you if you are late for an appointment, yet, they are okay if you have to wait on the phone or at their office for up to 1 hour, my time is also very valuable. I used to really like this clinic and always recommended it, but they are just to unreliable to do so anymore. Customer service is so important, I hope they look into improving this, hiring more staff to answer the phone is most definately a starting point.

I went to the clinic for my puppy's vaccines last week, I was told that the rabies vaccine should be given separately. I told the vet that my friend's puppy just got his vaccines a few days ago, and their vet gave all the vaccines on the same day. My vet said that rabies might have some reaction, so I have to come to the clinic again in a week. I went to the clinic today, and they charged me $71.46 for the rabies vaccine. I was surprised because the vaccine was costly. My friend told me their rabies vaccine was about $25, and the clinic's website shows $26.07. The clerk said that an office visit fee was applied, which was $41.99 after a 30% discount. My puppy was not sick, and I didn't need to see a vet again in a week. I don't know the point of paying an extra office visit fee to get rabies separately since the rabies vaccine can be given together with other vaccines. I could get the rabies vaccine last week if they told me I had to pay an extra $42. I feel I paid extra money for nothing. I am not happy with their service.

I went to get my cat neutered, the vet told me my cat has heart murmur ask me if I want to have ECHO and blood work. I told him "no thanks". First of all, I want to save money, secondly I know for such small procedure, the risk is minimal even though he will be under general anaesthetic, thirdly, I do not trust this vet's words. I picked up my cat in the evening, he made the procedure. Second day, I called my doctor friend and nurse friend who works in ER came to listen. They listened over and over, there is no murmur of heart. For all of you out there, if you choose this clinic and want to save money, they have all kinds of games to make you pay double.

I've been bringing my pets here for almost 30 years but the front office staff have become terrible. They never answer the phone anymore. You have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes (usually much longer) on hold just to make an appointment. Their automated system prompts you to leave a message but they don't bother to call you back. They are so unprofessional.

I am here to final a complaint to this company. I brought my lamb for emergency last Wednesday night and after getting our baby lamb emergency treatment, we left and forgot one medical shot for our baby lamb for coming Friday morning treatment. The next day I went to this company and spent over almost 1 hour there, the staff could not find out where the medical shot was and then I got told the staff destroyed it and threw to garbage can. We found that was very unprofessional since most clinics/hospitals would just call the client to let them know they forgot to bring home and keep for clients to pick up. Then on friday, I tried to call them again and again no one picked up calls. I left message and eventually someone called me that the shot was ready for pickup. I was expecting to pickup right away and leave to bring for my baby lamb. Again, when I arrived, no one knew where the medical shot was and they had to call vet again to find out. I was there waiting for over 30 mins. This is ridiculous! And it delayed the time I brought medicine to my baby lamb and when I arrived, he passed away. So far, I havent got any calls for apology. This is very unprofessional. The staff never pickup calls and service is poor. I will not recommend any to bring animals to this place. VERY POOR TRAINED STAFF AND NOT ORGANIZED.

Easy in/out and priced well. We had our GSD spayed and they were better priced than other vets. Operation was quick and with no lasting effects and their communication on pricing and expectations was great. When called, their response was 15 minutes. Took time to explain and go over things. Would recommend.
Follow up our GSD came down with an infection that more than likely not by any fault of Langley animal clinic. The follow-up regarding this was professional and of highest quality. They cleaned up her incision put a couple of extra staples in and recommended some antibiotics. After a couple of weeks, took her back in and they took the staples out, again no charge. At no time did I feel that she was in danger or not being looked after. I highly recommend Langley Animal Clinic.

Made an appointment with Dr. Wood to get my new kittens first shots and checkup but some other vet showed up and not only had a rushed appt but claimed he had prerviously been given a flea medication applied to his neck which was in fact a dewormer and prescribed him more dewormer.also recorded the wrong weight. With my kitty's neutering appt, I specifically requested Dr. Wood to do the surgery but got the same vet as the first time.not only that but after waiting an hour to pickup up kitty, when I got home I kept him in my bedroom for a three days to recover when I discovered FLEAS which with the heat we had quickly blew out of proportion. I was covered in itchy flea bites! My kitty is an indoor cat and didnt have fleas prior to going to this vet. It ook me weeks to deal with and $$$ meds and sprays. Have spent thousands of dollars here over the last 25 years with our other cats with great service.things have definitely changed.

I used to Like this vet years ago. I of course got a pet during the pandemic. I can absolutely not get anyone on the phone to even book an appointment. I've sat on the phone for 40 minutes to speak with someone. I've even left a msg as for a call back which took over 4 days to get from them. When I tried to book spaying for my small dog I was given almost a two month wait time. I don't care if I have to pay a little more to a different vet, I'm done with them and changing so I can actually tlk to someone and be able to make an appointment.

Excellent veterinary clinic. I too came from the North Vancouver area and I'm so glad that I did. Pricing is so much more fair and then over here on the North Shore and the vets were so much more interactive and professional the receptionists were extremely knowledgeable and very very helpful and the communication was wonderful.

They are there for emergency! Our old vet didn't have time for an emergency in the early afternoon. LAC took an EM appointment imediately. Even though LAC is a 30-40 min drive we will be going here from the Tricities to recieve best care and great pricing without paying for unnecessary treatments.

Amazing staff friendly, very helpful which eased my nerves when leaving my kitten with them to be spayed. Process was easy enough; Drop off, pick up and recovery. My kitty got chipped, spayed, shots, nails clipped and ears cleaned for a price you can not beat.

I came from the North Shore to have my cat fixed because the price was 1/3 of what it was on the North Shore. The staff was incredibly friendly and the surgery went perfectly for my kitty she had such a small incision so much better than the surgery my previous cat had on the North Shore. Very professional Vets I would highly recommend this pet hospital

Great staff, and a great price! The vet was so good with my giant breed puppy, she even got down on the floor with him to make him more comfortable. I was so so impressed with the service there! Will definitely continue to go back

Dr. Hannah Weitzenfeld went absolutely above and beyond to help my epileptic cat. She listened to our needs and helped us out without making us come in for repeated visits. I would recommend this clinic (and especially Hannah) to anyone!

I went here today to get an ultrasound done on my dog, the receptionist that I dealt with was a real pain, she claimed to be a nice person when she wouldn't listen to what she was being asked and instead of trying to help she tried to push away and get me out. The question was how much it was going to cost and why the costs were different than what we were told, she then claimed that we were screaming and yelling at her when we were having a conversation at a normal volume. I don't think she should be allowed to work there anymore because she has no sense of customer service and clearly couldn't care less about what is thought of the company. I would highly recommend going elsewhere or at least avoiding her at all costs if you do decide to go there, she has medium length black hair and brown eyes

Pretty accounting service no mistakes or bad treatment worth mentioning besides a long wait period for a response. Probably from good customer service with other clients. They seem pretty accommodating and willing to listen even though I'm kind of overbearing dog owner. Lol

We have been loyal customers of this clinic since 1997 and have had three dogs and several cats - all of which received their care from the Langley Animal Clinic. We spent tens of thousands of dollars there during that time. Last Friday my fourteen year old dog, had a bad case of diarrhea and wasn't eating food. I took her to the vet and was given two medications for her to take with food. I was told to bring her back to see the vet in two days if her condition didn't improve. On Monday, she was in worse condition and I called at 8: 00 AM to get an appointment. The receptionist said they were booked solid and I would have to bring her on Tuesday. I explained that Holly had not eaten in four days and still had diarrhea! I also explained that we had been customers for over 20 years and had spent thousands of vet bills there. The receptionist put me on hold and spoke to the doctor but she advised that there was nothing they could do for her that day. I explained I just wanted to drop her off to be hospitalized but she said there was nothing they could do. She suggested that I take Holly to the Animal Hospital down the street!
I now go to the Peace Arch Clinic in White Rock, where she is receiving excellent care!

Dr Gibbins was very helpful. We took our goats there to get checked out and he took the time to answer all of our questions and didn't rush through the appointment. Would highly recommend

Dr. Omid is an Amazing doctor, so caring and compassionate. My Baby went in for dental surgery on Thursday I had a concern about what was happening when we got home he took me in as they were closing and made sure my dog was comfortable and I was comfortable before taking him home again.
He gave me a re check next afternoon to make sure everything was still going okay! Great Veterinarian:)
