Plenty of local color here if you're into people watching. Bottle depot is efficient with helpful staff.

The manager, a young man, refused to distance himself, no mask, wouldn’t give his name!
Uncooperative in compliance of publicly mandated Covid behaviour!

Staff didn’t tell a visitor—that was indoors halfway down the bottle side for a long time—to put on his mask that was under his chin even though they have a mask requirement policy as well as the public health order requiring masks. One staff member was rude because I put the styrofoam under the sign beside two other signs that had their corresponding collection bins under them. It was my first time, and the place lacks guidance on what to do. (In the summer, it was crowded, and I had no clue what to do, and the building is deep, so I didn’t even go in.) The guy driving the forklift was nice, but no one helped me at first when I was standing at the bay entrance. Express Return-It screen was dirty and all the way at the back of the bottle side even though its collection bin was on the bay side. Even though they did collect styrofoam, I am very hesitant to go back. I recommend just dropping off styrofoam here on the way to Willowbrook Recycling to recycle the rest.

Thieves! I dropped off 293 cans -all worth the same- I counted. I asked the ladies for instructions. None. No mention of a charge. Online it says one bag had 53, one 65, etc… liars! They lied and stole $11 from me! (two bags had 100, one had 93… I counted all). Most people spend $5 gas to drop off cans… only to be stolen from! Whoever worked Saturday, October 23rd, you are a thief!

Sometimes the floors get pretty sticky and dirty but the staff is very quick at counting the bottles for refund.

Today was the worst service and experience I've received in all my years of going there was told to get out of line after accepting all my item only because I didn't sort 10! Missmatched containers.one top of cutting my self open in line and being covered in blood no offers for help.very disappointed place has changed for the worse never going there again

I have been to the other bottle depot and i wont go back.i get way more help at this one and your never ignored.
Langley bottledepot is the place to be.when you recycle and.dont forget to bring your empties. The owner is always on site. And i found him to be really helpul and concerned.

Allan, Karim, Aazam and the Langley Bottle Depot team have been helping our Scout group with bottle drives for many years and we are allways very grateful for their help.

Awful, Rude, slow and hazardous, plus some times they r speaking in their native tongue not realizing some customers lknow exactly what they r saying! RUDE will not let me do my one star, one star ämore then they need. Its rigged try several times for one and it goes to 5 stars joke

I recently visited this bottle depot and felt it was a bit small and crowded. It was pretty busy when i did go. I found that the work stations were small as i always have a large number of bottles to sort every week. It could be a bit cleaner too. The one cart i used something was wrong with the wheel. But at least they did not rip me off with my refund money like most other bottle depots that i have tried out. I felt i could trust them without myself actually having to count my bottles before going up to the counter and that's half the battle. The parking was wierd and the pavement was rough and uneven.

It's the only place as far as bottle depots go that I am comfortable. The staff are all friendly.n nobody try's to RIP you off like most of the other depots. A defiant 5 star from me.

I've recently switched to Langley Bottle Depot to return my refundable containers and I will be using this location exclusively going forward. I only use the express kiosk and have never had any issues whatsoever. We always receive the full deposit on each container and have never been ripped off by even a single container. I encourage everyone in Langley to use this depot. Keep up the good work!

This is the only place in Langley that you should ever be taking your returnable recyclables. The facility is always clean, the line up could be five deep and it won't take more than a few minutes, but the best part are the people that work there.

They are friendly, fun and honest when it comes to your return. Other places in Langley will try to scam you by skimming from your total but definitely NOT this place. I will keep coming here for as long as it exists.

Trying to find out if your open.last one said open drove there they are closed.call the number & it’s an automated message with no option for real people.

Pretty dirty and parking isn’t the best. Aside from that please update your hours, packed up my vehicle full of a bunch of recycling to find you guys are already closed at 3: 40 when the website says 4: 15.
