I’ve always been absolutely terrified of dentists for many reasons. Which is why I’ve been needing root canals. Dr. Conn and his team made the experience so amazing. They make sure you’re always comfortable throughout the whole procedure, and as soon as it was done the weight off the inside of my mouth was gone. Thank you Dr. Conn and your brilliant team!

This my second root canal with Dr. Conn. He is by far the best dentist I ever had to give a freezing. Nearly painless. He is very experienced and knowledgeable as well as his assistant and receptionists. Thank you for making an uncomfortable procedure as pleasant as possible.

Dr. Conn and his team were so nice and caring. I was very stressed and they made all the process so smooth and comfortable for me. I felt like the doctor’s assistants are the heart of the clinic. I hope I don’t have to get back for another procedure, but if I do I know everything will be alright

My first ever root canal went so well I am still in disbelief. Dr. Conn is a true pro and clearly takes great pride in his work. I am not the least bit concerned about getting another root canal so long as he performs it. Thank you, Dr. Conn!

I attended this clinic today. It is a well oiled machine unfortunately I felt like a cog in the machine.
1. Dr and assistant were so engrossed in their conversation about his wows with getting his water toys winterized I felt invisible or just a prop.
2. This was demonstrated by my chest being used as the “ drop zone” for the Drs tools which he did drop on to my chest frequently (albeit I was wearing an X-ray chest blanket.)
3. Secondly, my mouth was dammed and I had to ask on every occasion when I needed suction.
4. The Dr left on 3 different occasions to attend to other patients, the first time I was frozen and dammed and myself and the assistant we’re waiting for over 3 mins after we were ready to proceed. He left on two other occasions while the assistant performed procedures that my dentist had typically done.

5. The procedure went well no concerns there but they really need to pay more attention to patient care when they are charging $1100 for 40mins work.

Dr. Jason and crew are natural born healers. Earlier this week I needed an emergency root canal treatment after suffering a horrible and sleepless night that led me to the hospital for pain meds. After a brief conversation with the very helpful Jamie at reception I was booked in right away for a root canal procedure. Very professional and seamless operation, you can tell they are pros. Can't thank them enough.

Dr Bittner came highly recommended but it ended up being one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dentist. I'm regretting seeing a specialist (who was supposed to be amazing) instead of just having the procedure done at my regular dental office. Definitely won't be returning even though the assistant and reception staff were great.

I have had a DEEP fear of the dentist for 10 years after two horrible experiences in my past. Refusing to have treatment for so long had caused me to end up with a LOT of work needing to be done and excruciating pain. I was referred to Dr. Conn by my family dentist, Dr. Saidi. While sitting in the waiting room to meet him for the first time, I kept telling myself, there's no way I'm going through with anything with this guy. Fast forward to meeting him and leaving his office after my consult, I had booked my 1st root canal in YEARS because of his exceptional bedside manner and kind soul. I've always been someone to go off of how my gut feels and something just felt so right with the kind of person he is. I have now just completed my first, of many treatments with Dr. Conn and he went above and beyond my expectations. I had ZERO pain from start to finish. For the first time in more than 10 years, I had a procedure with NO anxiety because he just offers such a peace while he works. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone but especially those with a fear of the dentist. Thank you SO very much to Langley Endodontics! This is HUGE for me. * the girls that work with Dr. Conn are incredible too. It's just an all around wonderful office.

Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, soothing and helpful, making an uncomfortable and difficult time so much better. Dr Conn is amazingly gentle and considerate. I will choose Langley Endodontics if I need any further treatments and highly recommend them to anyone looking for endodontic treatment.

I had a root canal done here by Dr Bittner. It was a really good experience. Everyone was very pleasant. There were extras that really added to the experience and Dr Bittner called me the next day to see how I was doing! My tooth feels great. There was not a painful healing process. This is a great place to get your teeth worked on.

Went to see Dr. Bittner for a root canal. The entire process was smooth and I felt no pain during or after the process. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend going to this place for Dental Work!

I had a root canal done here on August 24th 2021. It was my first one and to say I was nervous is an understatement. Right off the start Denise made me feel calmer about it by explaining the procedure in detail, as well as assuring me the freezing they have is the best. She was wonderful during my whole appointment. Dr. Bittner was friendly, informative and efficient. The whole procedure was less than an hour. I was sent home with some instructions for handling pain and inflammation
for the day. The next morning I received a voice-mail from Dr. Bittner checking up on me. I felt compelled to call the office to let them know how happy I was with the whole experience. I would definitely request to go here if I ever need future work done.

If you need a root canal, not pleasant at the best of times, go here. The entire staff is amazing. Dr Conn is funny, very pleasant and instills trust right away. Caitlin explained everything in great deal and took the time to answer every one of my darn questions. These guys are a blessing thank you for being in Langley! You get a little care package too when you leave who doesn’t like swag. All they do is root canals and they’re darn great at it. Keep up the good work guys

Dr. Cronin is a perfectionist. He has great passion and always takes his time to make sure things are done right. The office atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Both my daughter and I got braces from this clinic. My two younger sons will definitely get braces here when the time comes. I will recommend Langley Endodontics to all my friends and family.

Can’t say enough how great our experience has been. Kind staff from the moment you walk in to the clinic. My daughter has anxiety and felt comfortable and was treated so well. Linda was wonderful and made the experience wonderful. Dr Cronin spoke to my child and myself with the utmost respect and was clear on what he saw and the future appointment. Highly recommend this place.

Suffering from a failed root canal which is never a good time. I had developed an abscess pustule on my gumline above the affected tooth. I had the Procedure on Thursday to redo the root canal. Saturday the pressure that was in my gums that I’ve been living with for at least six years had finally been feeling like there is a change! I’m looking forward to this issue being completely resolved! I have to go back in one years time for a quick check up, that is already included in the price I paid for the procedure! Great staff, fast and efficient!

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr Cronin and his team since beginning our daughters orrhodintic journey a year ago. We find them to be very professional, personable and not too pushy.

I had a root canal just before Christmas. I was sent to Langley Endodontics after a third attempt by three different dentists to resolve my painful situation. What a night and day difference! Not only did they know their stuff, they were customer service oriented, they engaged and spoke to you about what was going to happen. Then during the procedure they spoke to me about what was happening and why. And yes, once my freezing wore off I was pain free! I enthusiastically recommend Langley Endodontics for any dental services they provide.

My son 16 has been self conscious about his smile. I really appreciated Linda’s caring (mother-like) approach with him, very sensitive.and Dr. Cronin has been very clear and consistent with his recommendations over 2 visits in the last two years. If my son decides to get Ortho help, it will certainly be with this office. Thank you

Very impressed with how great they are with my daughter. She comes out of the office smiling and has zero anxiety about returning. They follow covid protocols so I wait in my car, which at first I was nervous about, but I know my daughter is in good hands and the communication has been wonderful. The first appointment gave us such detailed information that I know exactly what’s going on anyway.

Agree with all the other 5 star reviews on here! Amazing place. I get high anxiety at dentists as I'm sure most do and from the second of walking in to leaving I felt welcome, safe and most of all comfortable. They were super accomodating and made all the scary stories of root canals sound like myths. Hopefully I never have to come back but if I do I won't be nearly as nervous! Thanks again for dealing with me and finally taking away all the pain!

This practice is phenomenal in all aspects. You are treated with respect and common courtesy, which is extremely rare these days. My root canal procedure was the easiest dental appointment I've ever experienced and I was given a care package that included a bottle of water, snacks and, Tylenol and Advil. This business certainly goes above and beyond and deserves a standing ovation.

Great ortho office.staff is top notch, friendly, on time, thorough treatment, treatment options, very accommodating, competitive prices and great results! There is a reason they have been in business this long!

I was referred to Dr Jason by my Dentist a few days ago. I needed a more complicated root canal procedure than he was comfortable with. Thankfully, I was able to get an appointment right away. I felt compelled to write a review because my experience today was the best! All staff were thorough, professional an caring. And bonus - had a sense of humour!

Would highly recommend using this place & Dr Conn is amazing same with his assistant, I had a very relaxed visit considering how bad my lady root canal was done it was a breeze I will go back for any other extreme dental work I have!

We love the staff. They are super friendly and professional. Always feel like family going to the dentist. My kids feel safe, happy and cared for.

Always a pleasure however my appointment was at 12: 05pm I don't think I got in to be seen until 12: 20pm or so.

Dr. Cronin is very friendly and have a lot of experiences, some staff can sometimes forget to relay your messages though.

Highly recommend! Hopefully I never need another root canal but if I do I will definitely return to this office. Easier than a cavity at my regular dentist. Thanks so much to Dr. Conn for everything.

I saw originally Dr. Bittner last year for a tooth that needed a re-root canal.
I was leaving the country for 2 months that December and called just a 5 days before Christmas deciding I should do this before leaving the country.
Even though it was a busy time of year and in 5 days closing down for the holiday they squeezed me in with Dr. Conn. The procedure went well. I was really amazed at how friendly, caring the entire staff are as well as Dr. Conn and Dr. Bittner. Now just 9 months later I needed to check on this same tooth as another dentist thought it could have infection. I found out that the work they do is guaranteed for 2 yrs! They did not charge me at all for that visit that included xrays. And no there was no infection just signs of healing. So yes if you do decided to have a root canal I would recommend Dr Conn and Dr. Bittner as they and their staff have always been very kind, caring, and excellent in their work. It matters a lot when one is low income, no insurance to find an office like this.

FANTASTIC! AMAZING! I don't know any other words that could better describe Dr. BIttner and his skills and service. I had one root canal done a few years ago, and, recently, an old root canal redone both by Dr. Bittner and both experiences were probably the best that it could be for a root canal. After the recent root canal, I was eating solid foods that night. The next day, Dr. Bittner gave me a follow up call (on a SATURDAY!) to see how I was doing. My mouth felt completely normal.

Dr. Bittner's demeanour made me feel relaxed. He was calm, informative, and very professional. Lastly, this man should be the one teaching people how to administer anesthetic!

If you need a root canal done, this is definitely the place to go. Staff is super helpful and friendly as well. I'd like to say that I hope to not have to go back, but if I do need to, I know that I'm in good hands.

Very professional practice. Last month was my second visit for a root canal performed by Dr. Bittner. From his assistant to Dr. Bittner's follow-up call the next day after the operation this practice displayed a level of competence, care and thoroughness that are an example to many professions. Their equipment is cutting edge technology, the premises are spotless. I would not hesitate, and already have in fact recommended Langley Endodontics to my relatives and several friends.

Wow. The people here are fantastic. All the staff helps to make the visit pleasurable as possible, considering it's tooth aches. Emily was so great in taking all the information and x-rays and Dr. Jason was absolutely clear on my treatment needed. I even got my procedure today since it's needed asap. Highly recommend this endodontics.

Although I didn't end up getting work done here, Dr. Conn found my issue (cracked molar). Now only days after seeing him, I'm on the road to recovery with no molar. That may sound like a bad thing, but the pain I was in was excruciating (for years!) so it's actually good!

Not to mention, what a beautiful office!

Staff quoted me approx $220 and after the work was completed charged me nearly 6x the amount. The admin circled an amount during an estimate meet stating this would be the cost. They didn't provide me with any documentation of said quote and after the work was done they immediately pulled out the chair for me to sit down and pay.

I paid the full amount under the impression that my benefit company would cover almost all the cost. I got stuck with a bill for nearly $1300 for procedure that a regular dentist charges almost half the amount.

I then spoke to the admin at Langley Endodontics. They denied they quoted me the lower cost and didn't follow up with my request to speak to the specialist Dr. Conn and get back to me.

No accountability!
Beware of being over charged at this office.

Highly recommend. They all very friendly. This was the second time I had to go to them. He is the only person I have ever had, that is able to put the feezing in painlessly. It like a Spa Day for your teeth!
