People confuse the Office, with the Assisted living building, which is just one of the 5 building. It has a separate Review place.
And the person with the pictures in this Review, Tammy Mackie, that's not even here!
Don't know how it is for the Assisted living, but the other buildings have roaches, bedbugs, mice (probably more when Alder comes down). Difficult to get work done in the apartments. Old buildings.
Apartment empty for 4-5 months.
Elevator was not working a month.
Not enough parking.
Office open to tenants Mon-Thursday 1: 30 - 3: 30.for like 500 tenants? !
etc.just a few thing I know, wonder about the complete list!
Can't complain, just get treated worse or kicked out. (some did)
But it is better than being on the street!

When u call to complain about someone they do nothing about it and yet they will tell u who complained about u yet won’t do anything about the other person

This is where they dump all the losers rejected by other places. Many shouldn't be here as they just torment themselves and then others when they get bored.

ZERO STARS.
Be aware if your family member passes, within the first 24 hours they will ask you to come remove all belongings. THEY WONT EVEN GIVE YOU 24HOURS TO GRIEF. Inhumane act!
I feel that my grandmother did not get the proper care she and everyone else deserves. I am SO completely heart broken over my families experience with this place. If your considering having a loved one live here I would highly recommend you do a thorough search before making a decision.
Look at these reviews and really hear what people are saying. I can ensure you its all completely TRUE.
