What a great experience!
So I went to my regular major financial institution to refinance my mortgage with some debt into a new term, I was told that everything looked great and should be good to go, about a week later I was told my debt to income was a little off and that the underwriter would not be sending it in, I had a ton of back and forth with my bank and they refused to offer anything that would work and simply stated there was nothing more to do, the mortgage advisor that works for the bank was blown away by theor response and said the bank was being short sighted and was disappointed, so after 30 years with my bank my loyalty wasn't considered in the slightest.

This is where Jason comes in, I have heard his hits on a local podcast I listen to and was always intrigued by the advice he gives, so I figured why not at least reach out.
I reached out on his website and he got back to me in less than 10 minutes, from there he was diligent on reaching out and got the process going quickly as time was of the essence because my mortgage had expired and I was on an open rate of 9%.
In about 3 weeks he secured me a product that would fit my needs and made the process as seamless as possible and communicated with every step along the way.
This helped alleviate a ton of stress that I was going through!
