Me and my family have been going here for boot repair since I was a kid 15 years ago. Always the same guy behind the counter. He’s been there 20 years. If it can be fixed, they can fix it. Excellent service.

Had my boots repaired. Not only was it inexpensive. They look as good if not better than they did when new. And to beat all, they were finished ahead of the time I requested. Couldn’t be more happy to recommend them to anyone who asks and will definitely use them again.

Excellent service, uses genuine quality leather. Needed my Louis Vuitton purses' straps fixed because they were torn, he fixed it so great you couldn't ever tell that the purse was damaged at one point. Hugely recommended!

I went to the shoe repair at Willowbrook Mall and asked the cobbler to repair my Birkenstocks. He yelled at me, threw my shoes back at me and said It was impossible. I then took them to Renew. Immediately the cobbler there said he would do it, explained how it would be done and how it would look. He charged me an extremely modest amount. The shoes ended up perfect. The repair is undetectable and the cobbler himself was so soft spoken and kind. I highly recommend Renew and will take all of my future business there.

Went to the mall first to inquire. That Chinese guy was unhelpful and rude so I backed out. Then went to this place and what a difference! The Philippino guy showed me couple of options and explained how and why. He was friendly and helpful! They did the great job on time, and I was surprised to see that not only did they repair my shoes but also restored the leather! Now my dress shoes do look and feel like new! Great job guys and thank you very much!

What a professional, friendly, customer service oriented business! I had a small repair done on my shoes which they did just while I waited. It exceeded my expectations. I will come back again and will refer my friends to come here for repairs.

Amazing! I have a Guess purse that lost a very tiny screw that holds the strap to the purse, I contacted guess and tried to get it resolved but I was pretty much SOL. I was so sad my 100+ purse was ruined because of one small screw. I went to so many stores to find a screw but its not a stock size that is carried.

Then shoe renew saved my purse! It took literally 5 mins, he had the screw & tightened all the other screws on my purse and it is like NEW!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Support your local small businesses!

How lively to find an old fashioned shoe repair shop! The people are super friendly- and if you can't find parking in front go behind the shop for lots of spots.

My legs have different lengths, so I thought it is easier to make one shoe higher at the bottom of my high heel shoes. I took four pairs with me, but the owner advised that I had better try two first and if it works, then I can get the rest fixed. He did not think about making money for himself after lockdown for COVID-19, instead, he prioritized my needs. I will definitely support this kind of local shop!

I took my motorcycle boots in for a resole and he did an awesome job. It was a little more money then I thought it would be but like they say you get what you pay for. After visiting a number of different shoe repair shops in the Lower Mainland, this is THE place that I will now frequent, even if it is a bit of a drive for me.

You can be assured of friendly and quick service. Even though I had some challenging items to modify, the work was done properly and in a timely manner.

I went in to have holes put in my belt, the guy was nice enough not to charge me for the service.

Very friendly guy working the front desk. They replaced the zipper on my backpack, $40. A bigger thicker zipper so that it would be strong. I was a week late in picking it up, which was no problem for them. He joked that he left $1 million in it for me. Unfortunately there was no million, but I have a fixed backpack and a pleasant customer experience!

My favourite pair of boots were in dire need of repair. They looked absolutely brand new and it cost me less than $60.00. Best shoe repair ever!

Decided to come here because I could not bear to go to the HORRIBLE shoe repair place one more time in Willowbrook Mall (they are truly awful and extremely rude), and wow what an opposite experience. This place was friendly and welcoming, & did the repair quickly and for a good price. They even thanked me using my name, which is a nice touch as a first time customer. It’s a little further drive for me, but I will still come here in the future. WILLOWBROOK SHOE REPAIR: take note.
