Loved going to Lansdowne mall since it opened when I was growing up. Of course, it's changed now. Has a lot more Asian stores now including T&T, Anna's Cake House and Daiso. It also has a Best Buy and Homesense in it. Plenty of parking. Also ICBC is there. Will review individual stores instead.

I spent four hours shopping at Lansdowne Centre. Lot of items I bought with affordable prices.
The food court is very packed on public holiday lunchtime, and it's kinda hard to get a table.

Lansdowne Centre is the largest mall in Richmond, I think, located in No. 3 Rd at Lansdowne Road. The parking lot is extremely huge, larger than Richmond’s Costco, Costco should exchange its location to here. Well, let’s go back to Lansdowne Centre. It has a big T&T supermarket inside, Daiso, Dollarama, Best Buy, Toy R us, Sleep Country, furniture shops, Chinese restaurant and hotpot restaurants and of course, a food court, with KFC, Bubble Waffle Cafe, A&W, sushi, Vietnamese and Chinese food and more different cuisines. It could have been a better mall if the mall is newer but there’s a news said Lansdowne Mall will renovate to a business mall soon, I’m looking forward to it! Besides, the transportation is also convenient, you can take Canada Line SkyTrain to Richmond or Downtown and buses.

Many thanks to the girl who was working today at the Christmas train. She was AMAZINNNNNGGGG super friendly, full of energy, spotless job and costumer service, non stop, and everything by herself even trying to get the kids attention for parents to be able to take a picture.

I wish she gets all the complements she deserve and hopefully good salary and appreciation for be so charming and hard worker.

All these attractions and decorations are so nice! They could do something similar on Halloween, it was empty and depressing.

Good experience with staff. Not a long queue for driving tests. Test experience went good, examiner instructions were loud and clear about the test. Professional and friendly. Keep it up

I like to shop at Lansdowne mall where I can buy the things I like, such as groceries, bakery, electronics, Chinese food, etc. The mall is spacious for hanging around and not as crowded as other malls

Really disappointed in how Lansdowne has fallen apart over the years.
The stores are no where near what they used to be.
Won't be making a trip there anytime soon.

First time come to richmond carnival, compare to PNE it’s very pricy, suggest you to get the wrist bands if you love the rides, since it cost at least 4 tokens for each, and you need to spend $45 for 40 tokens. The good thing is that adults don’t have to pay if they don’t want to join the ride, also the height requirement for kids to do rides is lower compare to PNE, so the little kids it’s more fun.

Our table had XLB, wonton soup, pho and Taco Luis! Where else can you get that kind of multicultural dining that is high quality

Center spot, tons of parking
Various stores provide almost everything you need.
Nice atmosphere of shopping.

Went to this mall a lot when I was younger. Recently came here for the carnival, it was nice with almost no wait in the lines. Had a couple good rides that you would want to go on many more times. As for the games the only good one I saw was the hit the bell. Where you use a hammer to try and hit a bell. The biggest prize was a big inflatable hammer, but even if you don’t hit the bell you get a mini one. Making this worth the 5 dollars

If you are COVID-19 conscious, this is not the place to go. Lots of people and no way there is any social distancing.

Great parking and accessibility but the inside is kinda dull though, if you are looking for a better vibe go to Richmond Centre

I have been going to this mall since I was younger and it is always a great place to go with family and friends, especially going to the carnival in the evening. For the carnival, the staff are kind, lines are not too long, the food is amazing, and it is not that crowded. For the games, the one where you use a hammer and hit the bell to win a small hammer toy, you get a toy even though you don't hit it, which makes the $5 worth the game to play.

Been coming since I was a kid. Maybe I'm a bit old school but I much enjoy this mall over some of the ones with big stores that I don't shop in.

One of my favorite places. I always go to TNT, I can buy everything I need there, and it has a amazing flower shop inside TNT.
09 August 2019 16:14
Couple shopping and dinning options are available at the plaza. Very big free parking lot available. Bus stop and the skytrain station is just nearby in very short walking distance. Many Chinese restaurants are available nearby. Easy access.

I absolutely hate this mall I find it to be extremely racist and Catering more less to the Asian culture as Caucasian female I remember coming to the mall and it was extremely exciting now when you walk into a store you have people following you around if you are not of Asian descent like us Caucasian people are going to be stealing from them to me I find that very racist and very demeaning not very impressed with the mall Administration and security because they did not do anything when I brought my issue up to them bad business I will not return

Never even thought of visiting until moved over to Richmond. It's now our favourite place to roll by.
13 July 2019 5:06
This mail has been pretty dead for years. Lots of places have come and gone. There is however a Toys R Us here and a decent little food court. Recently T&T opened up in the old Target/Zellers location. Usually plenty of parking spots available and there's usually a carnival there in the spring

Just another mall doing it's best to bring in shoppers, before it meets its demise next year. (The whole complex is going to be flattened and replaced by a forest of condos) Shops include T&T and Best Buy among others.
It's a great place to grab some Chinese food at a reasonable price with a couple of outlets on the west side.
26 June 2019 12:45
One more choice of shopping, parking ok, take skytrain is convenient, some people with big truck take 2 space, some have no courtesy of lead people change lane to slow lane.if not plan to buy lot of stuff, take a transit.
18 June 2019 22:16
So dingy. Needs an update. But the Chinese dumplings place in the food court is an actual hidden gem. I haven't had dumplings that good in years! It's better than din tai feng. It's so cheap and so good and the noodles are great and everything has a strong fresh flavour.
04 June 2019 13:50
This is such a bright airy mall, the food court was nicely spaced out and not clustered like usual places
30 May 2019 7:29
Love the #9 Restaurant in the mall, and have been to Earles. There is an ICBC office in the mall.

In Spring Break this year, they held a fair in the north west corner of the parking lot.

It is a busy place as kids and teenagers come to enjoy the rides. Tickets are not cheap - 20 tickets cost $23. Or, you can buy wrist bands for all day rides for $40. Most rides cost 5 to 6 tickets, or about $6. Add snacks, and you are spending $30 - $40 for the older kids.

There is also a new T&T store on the east side of the mall.

Great one stop location for produce, housewares, baby/children gifts, electronics, banking, and ready to eat food! Will be sad to see this mall go in the future.
04 May 2019 16:30
Classic mall with almost the same brand as everywhere. Maybe little bit more Chinese stores here because of location - Richmond. TNT as a superstore with full assortment of necessary for home goods.
03 May 2019 20:54
Pretty quiet, except the driver license renewal centre. Food court serves mediocre selections, incl KFC, A&w. There's T&T supermart. Nothing fancy and nothing great about prices
02 May 2019 14:17
Who needs PNE when we got Richmond spring carnival? ! $40 day pass for the kids and adults didn't need to pay admission.it's the best thing since ice cream!
26 April 2019 13:35
Giant shopping center in the center of Richmond! Lots of event in this mall.

Eating and shopping in one place. Chinese styles. Enjoy.
20 April 2019 19:58
Quieter than most malls but has many good shops and department stores. Ample parking space is a rare find in Richmond.
11 April 2019 4:07
This crazy mall, all the bathroom signs just make you go round and round like a dog to lead you to the longest route!
