Lao Feng Xiang Jewelry

We wanted a special gift, we spoke to Lucy at Lao Feng Xiang Richmond CF. We explained the importance of this gift and freedom, love and unity was the key factor.
We wanted it to be pretty, sweet and cute.
Lucy put this necklace and pendant together for us, she paid attention and cared about how important it was for us, she took the time to really show us that our story mattered. Lucy also tried it on so that we could see what it would look like on our sister. This kind of care for customer is very special and in the final, we got the perfect gift for our sister.
We can’t be more happier and satisfied with the service provided and purchase.

Note: I saw a review that Luk fuk has the same Jewlery, this is not true, I bought a earring that was 24k gold that was very heavy and could only wear it two time and it broke! I also bought a necklace at luk fool for over 6k in 24k and regret it because they add copper and not silver! Of course the cost and labour will be cheaper because the longevity and quality is not there.

Just red flags everywhere.

If you ever see a store without any prices. Just run. Run far far away. Especially if they cannot negotiate with the prices. Like a budge of very marginal price.

They added a bs tax on top of sales tax + rush environment. They had a rate roughly 6% higher per gram than Luk Fook.

Where as Luk Fook shown prices at a fixed and transparent prices. Not pushy, just legit. Bought our item there.

This store had a crazy labour fee compared to Luk Fook for essentially the same item

Went to view their Jewlery many times and never made a purchase. First time we went into this location the sales woman was very nice and sweet. Second time, it was weird. Third time met Lucy!
She went out of her way to really let me know that something was better, but she never pressured me, she was brave, she listened to what I was looking for and she pulled something that wasn’t on display. I didn’t like it at first, but she put it together to show me and suddenly, it was like a wedding dress, this is the one! I felt it. I see it, I like it, I want it, I got it. And I paid for it not my husband. Thank you very much.

Completed the 24k mission. Would’ve loved to spent the 10k with them if prices on labour wasn’t so high for certain pieces. I made the purchase mainly because Lucy made me feel very positive and that reflects onto the energy of my piece of jewelry.

I bought a gold pendant for my little niece and a jade for my sister's mother-in-law from Julin in Richmond store. Julin is very professional and knowledgeable about the products. I didn't like the display items. She went to the back storage and found the two I really liked and purchased right away. She's got a great sense! She made a pink adjustable necklace string for the gold pendant which was very cute. For the jade, she made a long green string which means longevity. She also taught me how to check jades. She turned on her cellphone light to examine the jade I purchased. The jade looked clear through. It has a certificate too. I told Auntie that she could sell it. She loved it and said definitely not. Thank you very much Julin for these two best Christmas gifts chosen for my family!

I was looking for a lucky gold pendant for chinese new year. There I finally found one thanks to the sales person Julin. She was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. She took her time to help me find the design I like and I love how the way she made the personalize knotted cord matching with my gold pendant. It was perfect. I will definitely come back to her.

Luxurious gold and jewelry store but served customers like selling veges in the market. Sales person just wanna rush and finish each customer as soon as possible and serve the next one. Or possibly because i spent only $400+ on a gold pendant which is a too small amount for them to serve you well? Not sure with others sales person but the one served me named Julin, doesn’t make me feel comfortable at all. She over burnt the necklace string and decided not to make a new one for me, upon my insistence and request to get a new string done, said her: this is a free necklace string for your purchase. Nice, so your customer deserve a free broken string when you spent almost $500 purchasing a gold pendant, well trained I have to beg and make a three time requests to get her make a new string for me but forcing me to receive a shorter than usual string. Overall experience she made me feel pathetic for myself for only afford to purchase a $500 pendant for my husband as a birthday gift. Good job, Thank you.
