Reading only the last review I thought I could call to make an appointment. No.

Do not call - it is NOT APPOINTMENT ONLY ITS NOT A walk-in whatsoever. Appointment or not. Do not waste your time. Receptionist must get sick having to be rude there is no one to see you … this is NOT A WALK-in.

Zero stars should be available.

A walk-in clinic that you can't walk in so you have to call, in which, you get instantly sent to voice mail where I left a message TWICE and BOTH times DID NOT EVEN GET A CALL BACK. So, not only can I not go in, I can't even make an appointment or get a doctor or receptionist to call me back. ZERO STARS. STAY AWAY!

Online service does not work. The last three weeks three phone appointments. For some reason his calls aren’t coming thru my phone, as it does not ring. So they say my fault not picking up and going to charge me. This is them telling me this when I call
Right back after I see he tried calling. Why not just pass the phone to him instead of giving me the gears receptionist Every other person in a day gets thru to me on my phone. Hmmmmm cash grab maybe Can’t seem to even talk to doctor Let alone get my hernia fixed up. I’ll try another Doctor. Given up on this place

Called last minute as it’s no longer a walk-in clinic so it’s appointment only.
They happened to have a slot for my daughter, the woman at the front desk was so wonderful going as far as to put an animal show up on the tv for my daughter.
Doctor was wonderful, very informative.
Highly recommended!

The most unfriendly receptionist Ive encountered in a long while. She says shes ony been there 2 weeks. Seems they like to hire unfriendly people.
Walk in clinic that the walk in doctor is on holidays for weeks.
What an absolute joke of a business!
I should of known it would be the Walmart of clinics.lol

I was looking for a walk in visit, they had openings right away, and fit me in quickly, the doctor was very nice, and knowledgeable, would reccomend

The doctor listened, and the receptionist picked up after hours and even helped me hand in forms even when the clinic was closed. Surprisingly pleasant 1st experience.

Diagnosed me over the phone. Would not see me in person. How lazy is that? Will not be dealing with these people again.

It's been awhile since I left this review and I just want to say that my wife states dr. Beverage has improved and is being more attentive now. We do want to give credit where it's due.

Wish I can give 0 stars. My wife has episodes of breathing difficulty. After testing negative for covid, she consulted with Dr. Beverage on the phone.

He gave her a puffer prescription and send her on her way. He talks fast and wants the session over with as quick as possible.

The breathing difficulty comes and goes. This is the fourth time the breathing difficulty occurred, he still just gave her a puffer prescription and said it's probably a cold.

It's troubling that he makes up his mind and does not ask more questions to get information. I'm livid because he is not doing due diligence to get the full picture.

We got a second opinion. The other doctor did her job properly by asking more questions and noticing that it's not normal to need to take a puffer multiple times a day. Normally 1 puff should be fine for a day. She concluded that my wife most likely needs steroid treatment.

We really hope Dr. Beverage pulls his act together. This attitude can kill a patient.

I was lucky to get through their line with no difficulties and was able to talk to the receptionist. She managed to get me an appointment with a doctor that very same day. I forgot the name of the doctor but he was really nice and I felt at ease talking to him. Making another appointment for this week. Hope it'll be as easy as my first time.

I need to call in to book appointment for my surgery medical history check, but every time I call, the receptionist don’t pick up the phone. I left many voice mail and none of it was replied.
This is the worst experience I have with family doctor clinic.

Worst receptionist in clinic!

Last Thursday, January 5th, I got my phone appointment with one of the doctors there. It’s about my shoulder and back muscle pain. I asked for massage and physiotherapy prescription which the doctor agreed. He even mentioned to me that this is not covered by MSP and I have to pay.

So, at the same day, I went to the clinic and paid for my prescription. However, the receptionist it seems like she doesn’t what she’s doing. She didn’t give me the prescription not even any doctors note. She was just there to receive my payment.
I asked her about the prescription and it seemed what she’s saying was off track. In the end, she said she’s going to send the prescription through email.

I have tried contacting the clinic many times for follow up but no luck.

I would not recommend this clinic. The doctor that I have talked to seems to be good. But the receptionist is really have no idea of her job.

Update: Finally, got the prescription! I would say, do not phone them if you make a follow up. Email them instead. It’s super fast!
I updated my review rating as well with four stars. Still, they have to properly train the receptionist.

Another update: Really, it's the worst receptionist ever! She sent me doctor's prescription which I was so glad. But, until I submitted that to my insurance to make claim, it was rejected because there's no any doctor's information on it such as doctor's name and even the no clinic's name. It's issue after issue, after issue. It seems like they don't have any knowledge.

They have a terrible phone system for a clinic that requires you to call ahead to book your appointment. I still have never been able to get through.

I don’t understand all these negative comments. I have always had such a pleasure dealing with reception and Dr. Toor

I call and always get an appointment for the next day. Dr. Toor has always taken his time with me and is very knowledgeable.
