My common-law spouse and I wanted to apply for permanent residency for her through the spousal sponsorship path, so we contacted Larlee Rosenberg and were put in touch with Krisha. I'm happy to say that our application was approved without incident in less than a year.

Larlee Rosenberg is one of the top ranked law firms in Vancouver, if not the best (personal opinion). I dealt with a couple of law firms when I first came to Canada and no one was as invested as Hannah Lindy (lawyer) was. Hannah was with us through it all, our refugee claim wouldn’t have been that easy without her. From the beginning and she was extra helpful, professional, trustworthy, and aware of the whole process.
Hannah helped put everything together for us, she even helped my wife cross the borders from USA to Canada to start her claim here as well. Hannah was our missing piece of the puzzle.

It’s been a long journey but it’s worth the wait.
I had a problem with my PR around 2017. My employer recommended Larlee, I was about to be deported for undeclared family member, (spouse) not intentional. I met Larlee and Krisha. They are both very helpful and straightforward. I only have 10% chance of winning my case.
2017- I was
denied to stay in Canada after a fairness letter and I have limited time to appeal my case. Krisha and Larlee helped me to apply on IAD. With all the hard works of gathering all documentation.
2018-The case was dismissed and I applied and received my Canadian Citizenship. With all the help of Krisha and company, together with my employers help, my family and friends support.

I am writing this review to share my experience with Joshua and his team, so that the people with similar situation or problem get the correct feedback to reach out to the right problem solver.

We were struggling a lot to get PR for my 2 years old innocent daughter because she was born outside Canada. My entire family was disturbed due to this. It was a very bad time for me, my kids – one in Canada and one outside, and my entire family, who were going through tremendous stress and emotional pain daily.
