I bought a replacement tire, was given the wrong type/ accidentally got the wrong type, they understood and gave me a complete refund! Would recommended!

These guys have amazing customer service. We take our vehicle there for all our automotive needs. We would highly recommend them.

These guys (and gal) are second to none and not only the BEST mechanics I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with, they are also incredible, incredible humans who go above and beyond and I cannot say enough good things about them. Super helpful staff! Had a warranty related issue with my Michelin tires that came stock on my car. Other places I called weren’t willing to help as they said they only deal with warranty claims for tires they sell. I called Trail Tire Penticton and they said to just come in to start the process. Came in and they made the process super easy. Trish at the front helped guide me through the process and gave me recommendations on what tire to replace them with (and didn’t try to upsell me). They were able to get me in and had my tires changed and balanced within 90 mins of my appointment. I will definitely be going here again for my tire needs!

Larsen is our go to for tires and mechanical work. They have been the most reasonable quote for us multiple of times. They are prompt, and honest and always deliver what they promise. We will continue to use them for most if not all vehicle needs.

Larsen’s tire has the best “Tire Balance Machine” in town. I had my tires done a few times at different shops and the “Wheel hop” was never eliminated.
With Larsen’d doing the job, the problem was instantly eliminated. I will only deal with them from now on

Got a tire change here. They did a good job on that. But they told me i needed to replace a ballpoint and quoted me 600$ for it. My truck was going in for a full inspection at dodge the following week so I opted to not get them to do the work. Dodge did a full inspection on my truck and found nothing wrong with my balljoints. I didn't tell dodge about what larsens told me until after and they actually showed me my balljoint and the play specs and everything was fine. Not hating on larsens but seems like they wanted to fix a problem that didn't exist.

Darren went above and beyond to find the rims I was looking for and he and Tricia did an amazing job scheduling to make sure my truck was ready for my upcoming trip.

Absolutely phenomenal!
I was driving to Penticton and all the sudden my tire was losing air fast (10lbs in 3 minutes), I called them after I checked it (it was hissing and I could put my finger in the hole) and he said come in quickly. I drove there, he checked it out and quickly took it in the shop before I lost all air. As I waited, the gentleman at the counter kept me well informed of what was going on and what they can do about it. An old plug wore down and the plug came out, hence the loss of air fast, they couldn't fix said tire so he called around and found me the same brand/type/etc with completely close to the same tread wear close by. Lucky!
With everything, I was in and out in under an hour and the price was great!
Got it retorqed after the allotted time, and she was great too. You can tell they enjoy their careers.

The service and honesty has saved me almost $2000. The place i use to go to for vehicle repair was trying to sell me on getting work done that didn't need to be done. I felt something wasn't right so by reference of some friends I took my vehicle to Larsons.

I am so pleased with my excellent service at Larsen’s! The hubcaps on my old car needed replacing, and I searched the city with no luck finding any that would fit my tires. By chance I found Larsen’s on the internet.
The kind and attentive staff there found a set of four that fit my tires perfectly and actually made the car look much better than before! I really appreciate the low cost too. I just wish I had found Larsen’s first, and thus could have saved hours of fruitless search.

Best price for my winter tires that I could find on town. Extremely helpful over the phone and in person. Booked appt same day, took one hour and included a whole vehicle check. Covid sanitizing protocols followed. Sanitized inside car before and after service. Highly Recommend!

I have been a customer of Larson’s for 10+ years and have always had impeccable customer service. This time was no different. The team behind the counter is extremely knowledgeable. They were able to provide my with numerous options for rims and tires; all of which respected my “line in the sand” when it came to budget. As of right now, I can’t even think of a reason why I would ever switch shops.

Absolutely excellent service every time I go in. Very informative and thorough. In buying winter tires the representative was also wanting to get the best value for my particular driving rather than the most expensive tire. I am planning to get my brakes and servicing done by them now. The service is honest friendly and excellent.

I was recommended to call Larsens from a few people. Very glad we did.
We were unsuccessful at not only locating winter tires but getting them mounted “if” we did.
It was no issues, from initial call to completion. We had two vehicles done in a short time. Professional, knowledgeable, and knew customers by name.
They remembered we were having to travel far this winter and how important it was for this to happen!
I wish we were not moving away as we would have made it our go to for servicing all our vehicles.

I took my car into Larsens Exel to have winter tires put on. They are very punctual and following the Covid protocol, I felt very comfortable and safe. The tires were inspected and a report of their condition immediately given to me. I was very pleased with their service.

Larsen's has a great team! After stopping at several tire shops from Osoyoos to Penticton Larsen's was the only shop that had the tire we needed. They were able to get it on the same day allowing us to get back on the road. Very great full for their quick professional service and honest pricing.

We arrived in town via Hwy 3. Coming down the Salmo/Creston we had rather severe shaking when braking. We showed up at 7: 30 on Monday to see if there was any way they could take a look at our truck. Confirming what I thought, they replaced the front rotors and put new pads in as well.
I now know why my dad dealt with Larsen brothers when he needed work done. There is a reason why they have been around as long as they have. It is nice to know that there are still people around to provide service that you can count on.

They worked hard to find what I needed in the used category but in the end I had to buy a new tire. Very helpful. They worked in my wheels and tires until they got it right and u really appreciate it.

I reccomend Larson excel tire since moving to penticton I have 3 sets of tires there. I have shopped around but always end up back at excel.the free rotations also include a detailed vehicle inspection as well

Larsens Penticton were a great help on the last day of a wine tour. My car got a flat tire which turned out to not be repairable. Larsens did not have the correct size of tire on hand but Lee and Trish called their contacts at some other nearby stores and were able to find us a replacement tire. Their great assistance made a stressful situation so much better. I would highly recommend Larsens Excel Penticton. Thank you so much.
