Its been 12 years and I have had only 1 enhancement 5 years later.and am due for another however, I highly recommend this place. Always choose a large company and opt in for lifetime enhancements. Some smaller clinics go out of business or the doc retires or passes and there goes your enhancement. This place is a large company and is franchised. Its not going anywhere. Best service. I had the all lasik laser eye correction on Thursday, January 11th. So I’m now almost a week post surgery. Everything has been amazing so far. I think this would be the expected result regardless of where you get it done. What I think sets LASIK MD apart is their level of service and professionalism. I was a bit anxious prior to the surgery, but they did everything to make it as comfortable as possible. They had a lot of different people working there that were all friendly and knowledgeable, able to answer any questions I might have. They were always in regular contact - both leading up to the surgery and afterwards to make sure everything was good and to check up on me. 100% I would recommend this to anyone that needs it, and I would recommend they get it done from here.

All staffs are very nice and friendly during my consultation. The process is quick and smooth. Information were provided clear and easy to understand. Especially Sukhdeep explained all details very carefully. Overall recommended.

Great experience here. I had to postpone my original surgery date due to an infection and they were able to accommodate me a week later. They explained the procedure well, and answered any questions I had. My only recommendation for improvement would be more comfortable glasses for after the surgery - they’re definitely not comfortable to sleep in, but that’s such a small issue in the whole scheme of things.

I got the advanced waveform procedure done about 15 months ago. The procedure was quick and painless and recovery (aside from sleeping in the sunglasses) easy. The staff have all been lovely and highly knowledgeable. My eyes felt quite dry all day/night for the first six months, and I had an allergic reaction to a preservative in some of the extended use drops (not the ones prescribed for right after surgery), and they were dry just at night for the first year. I used non-preservative drops and ointment. The dryness did clear up. I have a very slight prescription still in my right eye, and could get the touch up, but both eyes together are 20/20, so I will wait and see how things go over time. I absolutely LOVE not wearing glasses! Going through the dryness was worth it. Thank-you Lasik for the life altering gift of good vision.:)

Edit: it's been 5 years now since Lasik. Best thing I have ever done for myself! The slight prescription in one eye disappeared over time and so there is no need for the touch up. I have perfect vision and zero issues with dryness.

I would 100% recommend lasik MD, definitely a game changer. The staffs were very detailed with their explanation of the procedure and it was super quick, no pain at all and the recovery was smooth. Dr. Thomas Nagy is excellent and makes you feel at ease during the entire procedure.
If you’re thinking of lasik, get it done.

The overall experience was very good! I feel comforted, supported and secure in my decision to get surgery. The surgeon was helpful and experiences which made me feel at ease, and the whole team of staff at the Lasik MD office in Surrey are amazing!

The staff here are awesome. I had my surgery a couple years ago now but the staff are the same at the front desk and are so sweet. The doctors were great. My surgery went well (I had to have PRK which is more painful and I was well warned) Two years later my vision is still excellent, especially with use of some drops now and then.

This place is very unprofessional and unorganized. I had mis information prior to my appointment. I was told my eyes would be dilated so I arranged a ride as I can't drive after being dialted. I had even called to confirm this. When I arrived they said I was not supposed to be wearing my contacts for 24 hours prior, which I was not told and did not revieve this information in any emails following up to my appointment. I double checked when i was there. No email. Then they told me I would NOT be dilated. I had arranged a ride and waisted 2 hours of my day due to their unfortunate lack of organization skills. I am very nervous to have this procedure done and this did not instill my trust in people who want to put lazer beams in my eyeballs. I will go elsewhere for my surgery.

I had lasik surgery at md lasik, they did good job, they provided all the information, it was really painful after surgery, though next day I got my 20 20 vision back, I am happy now I can see without contacts or glasses, overall it was good experience at MD lasik

The staff was attentive and answered all my questions. I felt that I was in good hands. The procedure went all to plan and I’m loving my new, amazing eyesight.

They were very kind and understanding of my anxiety towards the surgery. They did everything they could to help me calm and everything went so smooth. My vision is great now! Would highly recommend.

Probably one of the worst decisions of my life. What I feared most happened. I now have farsightedness instead of nearsightedness. I specifically made sure to verbally voice this concern but I was assured that I'm a good candidate. I used to be able to read text messages and watch youtube videos on my phone easily but not anymore. The text is too small. When i watch hockey highlights I can't see the puck. I can't sleep at night knowing this is irreversible. My vision now is worse than when I used to wear contacts. I was happier with my glasses. It was easier to read text on my computer screen before this. It didn't feel like my eyes couldn't focus no matter what the distance.

Absolutely devastated. I should've listened to my gut. I have to live like this from now on.

I got my lasik done 2 weeks ago. I was really nervous going into the surgery but my experience went really well. The staff were really nice and friendly. Dr. Nagy was really quick with the procedure. The only thing was that the waiting time was a bit long to get the actual procedure done. Also I feel the prescription drops should be available to purchase at the clinic rather than having to go afterwards to the pharmacy to purchase. Overall a great experience

I was supposed to come in September 3rd but had to delay because of a work promotion so I ended up coming in on the 15 totally worth it I only wish I did this sooner! Staff are friendly and helpful they offer xanax for anxiety or nerves (which I took if I have to get a touch up I won't bother) procedure was very quick you get to talk to the surgeon before they start. I noticed my vision improved quite a bit after surgery. Came back in the next morning for check-up and all is well. I cannot reccomend these guys enough. I should add that I have had surgery in the past for strabismus and I also have astigmatism. I have to say my depth perception seemed to have improved aswell.

This is on of the best decision I have ever made. I had my surgery a few days ago and my vision is very clear and I have zero pain. All of the staff at LASIK MD were great and made me feel comfortable every step of the way.

I was booked in for early August and they called me and cancelled the night before due to machine malfunction. They rescheduled me for 3 weeks later. 48 hours before the 2nd appointment they cancelled again, something to do with their system. Incredibly frustrating considering I arranged for childcare, took time off work and arranged for rides from someone who also took time off work. Such a waste of time. I find it very unprofessional. They do not take deposits so clients regularly back out and they keep changing your booking time based on who drops off that day. Im happy to be taking by business ANYWHERE else.

My experience with this clinic had been fair/good until recently. I had difficulty getting a Restasis eye gel prescription for dry eyes, possibly due to miscommunication with call centre. Worst mistake of my life! Do not waste your money! I spent over $4000 just to have my vision go back to what it was before the procedure only 5 months later! They don’t even call you for a follow up. I had to call them myself multiple times to ask when I need to come in again. The doctor never meets with you again after the procedure, it’s random people every time at the follow up appointments who don’t even answer your questions properly. I’ve had sharp pains in my eyes ever since & they can never tell me why.they just brush it off like it’s nothing, not to mention the last time I went in the girl didn’t even know how to work the machine. Scariest experience of my life & biggest regret, I wish I just stuck with glasses!

My entire experience with Lasik MD was exceptional. The initial virtual consultation was detailed and informative. On the day of the procedure they completed scans, vision test, etc. While this made for a long day (about 3.5-4 hours), every single staff member there was kind, patient, and knowledgable, and helped put my nerves at ease going into the procedure (I had the all laser lasik). The procedure itself was quick and painless, and the staff supported me through every second of it (I was quite anxious, and they did a fantastic job at helping me through - especially Alyssa!)
The post-op care was well explained and also provided on a take-home sheet. My eyes feel great, and it's been amazing to have perfect vision without glasses! I've been using the prescribed drops as directed and lubrication drops as needed (no out-of-the-norm dryness).
Overall, I would recommend Lasik MD to anyone looking to get this type of procedure done.

I have just had laser eye surgery done 3 days ago and I am amazed by the results! I am truly so happy with the results! Friendly staff made setting up my appointments and surgery a breeze. The counsellors made sure I knew exactly what I was paying and what for, and my surgeon was super friendly and made the process feel way less scary. The healing kinda sucked for the first few hours obviously, but just 24 hours after my surgery I feel like I never needed glasses to begin with. If the rating bar had 1000 stars to fill I’d give them every one no question, but for the review I’ll give ‘em 20/20.

Got All Laser Lasik done yesterday. I was so nervous but the staff was so caring and thoughtful and made sure I was comfortable. I was being driven to my check up appointment and saw trees out by the mountains for the first time truly, and I was so emotional I cried.
