It’s good. You need to lead the pony by yourself. So if you have a toddler, you probably need 2 adults. Their facilities are a bit old, but works.

We had a great pony party last weekend and stayed inside the barn for our event. The kids had a blast and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Thx again for the great experience

Disorganized we got ponies for two hours but the ponies were really hungry all they wanted to do was eat grass - should have only done an hour there was nobody to talk to or ask questions for when the horses refused to walk and just wanted to eat there was no water for horses
If you have toddlers or preschool children the bouncy castle is fun but it's old and the stairs to the slide are really hard for children to climb as they are broken

I wanted to thank the Staff of Laughing Stock Ranch for going above and beyond for my Sons Birthday Party. I couldn’t have pictured it going any better than it had. They were very accommodating and professional. Constantly brought different animals out for the kids to see/pet and learn about. Thank you once again to Cynthia, Danielle, and the other Ranch Hands who made it an amazing and memorable experience for my Sons their friends, and all of the parents as well.

We just hosted our daughter’s 3 year old birthday party. It was amazing as kids enjoyed pony riding as well as bouncy castle! It’s spacious, so it allowed us to have 20 kids with their parents. Although there’s a miscommunication with my time booking, the staff still accommodated us to ride ponies outside the trail, eventually we got to enjoy both indoor ranch and outside scenery.

This is the best place for kids, so friendly and happy staff! So many fun things to do for kids! Will recommend for any age and birthdays and just a days fun! This is the fun that just never ends!

It's pretty cool to have the kids be able to ride on ponies in a circle and bounce in a bouncy castle. (I see kids up to 8 or 9 years old enjoying this.) But in terms of what they provide outside of that, it's just tables and chairs.

They have one public toilet for the whole place. The door doesn't lock unless you can lift the door up on its hinges a bit and move the lock over. A kid can't do that. Their soap was a 2L plastic container without any type of nozzle or pump. A kid has to lift a 2L container of liquid with one hand, and drip some soap in their other hand. A kid can't do that. It's a joke. It's also a disgusting bathroom.

$30 per 30 minutes ride without reservation and $25 with reservation. However no idea where to book in advance

I had booked 2 pony rides for my daughter and her friend, with handlers, as I wasn’t comfortable leading a pony. When we arrived, we were told they didn’t have the handlers available and had to lead the ponies ourselves. The pony my daughter was riding DID NOT want to move or go on this ride. It was very stubborn and most of the time was spent with this pony not walking, refusing to move and acting rather stubborn, annoyed and miserable. And that is exactly why I wanted a handler! It made for a pretty miserable experience, to be honest. I don’t know why they can’t be bothered to make sure they have enough staff available for the bookings they’ve agreed to weeks in advance, it’s very unprofessional.

It was it was such a great experience. Had my four year old's birthday party there. They were kind, laid back, helpful and fun! I highly recommend it to anyone. It was well worth the money and my kids can't stop talking about it!

Great place for taking kids on a pony ride. 1 hour $40. Great people working there as well. Their hearts are into everyone having a positive experience. Got to see Pumpkins baby. Will be there next year again.

I brought my daughter here for a pony ride for her 3 year old birthday. We requested a handler as I'm not comfortable leading a pony myself. The handler was such a nice man and really went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday special. One of those people you can tell is a parent themselves and cares about the kids. My daughter was scared at first but warmed up to it as we went along and eventually was smiling and giggling. I got some really cute pictures and videos of her that we will always treasure. He even let her see the new puppies after and didnt rush us at all which she really enjoyed.
Very positive experience for us and we will definitely do it again. Thank you so much for the great birthday memories.:)

We were here for a first son's 3rd birthday party.

Such a cool location and the horses are so lovely. The barn itself is huge, clean and outfitted in cool decorations and props. And as mentioned the horses the toddlers rode were gentle, had great temperament's, and were clearly well cared for.

All the kids, while apprehensive at first, loved riding the horses.

The was a handler there too and she was very friendly, accommodating and well skilled at her job.

Our friends hired a bouncing castle, and we had food. The kids loved it! It is also very easy to get to and about 20 - 25 minutes from the Port Mann.
Good amount of parking. So yeah, would for sure recommend, great venue, especially for a kids party.

The ponies were so friendly and the bouncey castle was a hit for the little ones. Such a perfect place for a birthday party.

Bad bad pony riding experience! We have booked two ponies. None of them are working properly. They just want to eat grass, not be ridden. The staff can't give any help.they are just concerned that the time is up. This is a terrible place. If you want to make your children happy, please don't come here！

We rented 2 of their ponies and a bouncy castle for our girls birthday and it was INCREDIBLE! From the moment we picked them up, to drop off was amazing. The handlers were great and the ponies were SOOOO well behaved! Everyone had such a great time and we would HIGHLY recommend them for every and any party! Thank you!

Worst pony riding experience ever, the lady keep saying the pony is stubborn, if the pony is not fully trained, then don’t give it to your customer

My 8 and 10 year old nieces absolutely love it here! The pony trail is beautiful and relaxing for the adults too! The petting zoo is always their favourite part. All the farm animals are healthy and well cared for. Great birthday party destination!

Had the best pony party for my daughters 4th birthday. I booked last minute, the day before the party and still everything went amazinggg. The ponies were even decorated with sparkles. If your doing a pony party this is def the place to go to!

Was my first pony rides birthday party. The kids were extremely happy and the staff was very laid back and friendly bring your walking shoes tho because your the one leading the pony around not them lol

Bought my gorgeous puppy from them and they kindly gave my friends kids free pony.they loved it so much they had their Birthday party there.it was the best birthday party.kids had a blast

Went here for my sisters birthday. I hate horses but they really had great staff here that knew their stuff and cared if you had a good time or not. Cute petting zoo too!

Laughing stock ranch is an Amazing place for kids and families, wonderful people well cared for animals, just a all round fabulous place to take the kidlets. Very knowledgeable, kid friendly and some of the sweetest well trained ponies you will ever meet.

I had an unfortunate experience with Cynthia. She confirmed my daughters birthday party and 2 weeks before the party, she emailed me claiming she is short staffed and busy with the ponies at the PNE. Surely she must have known they would be at the PNE when I originally asked for that date. Now, we get to tell our daughter who was so excited for her pony party, that she can't have it. Super disappointed.

Great experience for my 4 year old daughter who really enjoys riding the friendly tame pony horse, very memorable outing and will absolutely return again. The only downside we can think of is just the lack of hand washing stations which is kinda non-existent hence the 4 star rating.

A great facility if you want to ride ponies or host a birthday party! They have both indoor and outdoor areas for rain or shine. For birthdays I hear the can turn the ponies into unicorns. Worth a few visits!

We booked here with our daycare and it was completely unprofessional. Despite multiple calls with the lady who booked us, assuring us there was lots to do and we didn't need to bring anything, they were woefully unprepared!

When we arrived they asked us what we wanted to do.you tell us! It's your facility and program!

The "craft" they had prepared for us a was horse colouring sheets and a mishmash of dry markers, unsharpened pencil crayons and crayons.

They asked us to be divided into 4 groups, but had no horses ready for riding or grooming when we arrived (a booking they confirmed over and over). My group waited over 30min and still no sign of horses to ride.
Not to mention, the helmets they had provided were very broken, dirty and very few of them.

When they finally brought out the ponies after probably 45 min, the 2 staff (the only 2 working for our group of 40 kids) expected us to lead them. What if we know nothing about horses? What if theres an emergency? Are we supposed to ignore our other kids in our group while we take TWO only on a super short trail ride?

The staff seemed upset with us that we weren't taking charge or jumping up to lead the horses.

There were puppies for sale in a stall, living in their own filth. At the "petting zoo" all the animals were in cages.

The grooming station was me by myself with 10 kids and 2 horses. The poor horses had glitter glued into their hair and were also hair dyed?

The kids loved the bouncy castle, but we didn't come to a "ranch" for a bouncy castle.

Completely lives up to the name of being a laughing stock. This place is a complete joke! And they charge $15 per kid! Do not come here unless you want to pay too much for basically nothing. Seriously not even worth 1 star.

It was my son's graduation party arranged by Cloverdale Montessori Pre- School. It was a great experience.

The booking system and staff communication was unprofessional, unclear and lacked any sense of customer service and they were completely unprepared upon arrival for our booking.
When we arrived there was no staff expecting our arrival, and after confirming our booking time via email just days before. The ponies were out in the rain, we walked around for 10 minutes with nobody in sight, before anyone drove up to the site. We were simply given a pony, after they hurriedly got one together out of the rain, and showed us how to lead it around the undercover barn. The staff left and we were told we could stay for an hour while the two staff did their work. We stayed for 30 minutes and left. It was awful. Thankfully we didn’t let our extreme dissatisfaction show for our 5 year old niece, who had been looking forward to this experience since Christmas. The Laughing Stock Ranch has overcommitted on what they can deliver, and are clearly struggling to offer services they do not have the capacity or facility to deliver.

I took my kids (age 5 and 6 at the time) to this place for a birthday party last March. The pony riding area was very poorly run. The rules said that helmets were mandatory but there were no helmets offered by the staff. There were supposed to be two employees managing the pony rides but only one guy was there so parents had to lead the ponies around the barn. I didn't mind leading the pony for my own kids but there were children running wild into the ponies' path poking at them and the staff did nothing to keep kids who were not riding from taunting the ponies. Additionally, one of the ponies got spooked when a child who wasn't riding came up to pony suddenly and tapped it on the body, the pony started bucking and tried to throw my child off-the worker did nothing I had to try to get my child off the pony to prevent injury but it was difficult. I finally caught my child who was terrified and the employee said nothing and offered no apology at all. PS I also don't think these ponies enjoy being covered in glitter, paint and wearing unicorn horns.

Was a great experience! They had the party room all decorated before we even got there. The pony rides were awesome and the kids loved the bouncy castle as well. Great staff, they were always checking in and making sure if we needed anything. Will definitely come back again!

We did a double birthday party, the kids all had fun riding the ponies and jumping in the bouncy castle. Good value for the price.

Really nice and helpful staff. Have a great setup for kids and events like birthday parties.
It is an indoor farm type environment so don't expect to leave clean like you came in.

I had issues with emails not getting returned until I called in. Things seemed a little unorganized when we showed up for a birthday party and other kids were on our ponies for the last half of the birthday making the lines too long that our 20 kids couldn't ride them.

Had our daughter's birthday party there and all the kids had so much fun. Great customer service and super nice staff.

We were only invited to a birthday party here so im not sure how much info was shared with the person who booked the party. The idea of a pony ride party was fun, i realize and am somewhat familiar with barn lige vut there were rat holes all over, one specifially directly under where the piniatta was placed so all the treat went down the rat hole as the kids reached their hands down there to fish them out. There was also alot of rat droppings covering the washroom, these things are just not child friendly and could be fixed every morning. We went in February, i reccomend this be a srping ir summer activity even though it was indoors it was very very cold. There were 2 bouncy castles but about 4 parties at the same time so we ended up sharing with another party. There was also a pen with rabits and chickens, several stalls with dogs and puppies and stalls with large and mini horses. Most kids got bored after a couple rounds on the pony so these were nice ways to keep them engaged.
