Launder All Coin Laundry

Based upon the reviews of Many people it seems like your service in general is excellent. Will consider it a rare oversight on your part what happened. I don't think you'd jeopardize receiving a negative review for a few dollars. Btw, I came in by 5: 30pm which was within the allotted time to finish before 7pm which is the time you close. I even stayed by my laundry to ensure I would leave before 7pm which I did. Your service is appreciated by many people that gets serviced by you. Unfortunately just not for me that day. We all have 'off' moments.

Be aware that if you have a washer but not a dryer in your home, this place will NOT let you just use the dryer. You have to use both the washer and the dryer. Ridiculous rule.

This is the best laundry service experience ever. The receptionist was really helpful. She was very straightforward and made everything so easy. I didn’t have Canadian cash and was unable to get cash from all those ATM machine. Fortunately they also accept U. S dollars and made the process so easy. Price was reasonable. I only spent $6 for both washing and drying. They don’t have seats inside and the store is kinda small, but their service is too notch.

I used their pickup/wash/delivery service yesterday and had a great experience. The price was fair, the person I talked to on the phone was friendly and helpful, and they also got a huge stain out of some of my stuff. Can't recommend enough:)

We went there to wash our duvets. The lady who works there was really nice helping us learn how to use the machines and giving us change because we didn't have enough coins. Big washers are $7 and the dryer costed around $2 for 30 minutes

It is a very good place to do your laundry very nice people run the place they are very helpful if you need it and always there for you. Happy joyful employees love the place I wouldn't go nowhere else even though I have to travel to get there

I had four loads of laundry and it cost me $7 for two huge washers and about $6 to dry totally worth it I'll go again south was amazing and friendly the place was clean and I was done my four loads of laundry under 2 hours

Their pickup and delivery service is amazing and makes my life so much easier. They do everything and fold them really nicely. Can be pricey if you go over weight. The service is worth it though.

Amazing service. I have been using their pick up option weekly while our washing machine was broken. Communication was very easy, pick up and drop off was always on time. Clean laundry was professionally folded and sorted. I also loved their unscented detergent option. Highly reccomend.

Dropped off winter blankets and coats to be washed and dried. Excellent, timely and friendly service. Very impressed.

Dryer broke down in my building, came 6pm at night. My loads dried in 24 mins, in that time spent time talking to the awesome people that worked there.

Each time I drop off a load of laundry, I’m greeted with a huge smile and a genuine welcome. Inexpensive, fast turnaround time and honestly the best and friendliest service I could ever ask for.

The girl working was super helpful and I was able to get my laundry done and feel a bit more accustomed to the facility now because of her help. The staff was very friendly and I had an overall good experience there! Also their machines did a fantastic job at cleaning my clothes!

Staff are very friendly Im usualyy in and out fairly quick. Drop off service is very quick usually next day and they treat your clothing with care. Fair price too:)

What a great experience I have when I come to Launder All! June and Phillip are so friendly and nice to me. They helped me on my first visit and showed me how to use their machine. I used their drop-off service after that and it is nothing short of amazing. My clothes are always clean, nicely folded and packed very nicely. I would definitely recommend Launder All to everyone with any laundry need.

Easy place to come and clean your clothes. The location has parking, a change machine, a bathroom, longer hours than most places, and easy to use and understand machines that are large commercial sizes. The lady who runs the place is always eager to help, and greets you when you enter. They try hard to make sure your experience goes well, only negative is that its not the cleanest place but still better than others ive gone to.

I have come to this laundromat many times due to the convenient location. From my experience the staff have been friendly; though the place is quite dirty.
Today I stopped in to ask to use their washroom and was told that it was for customers only. The girl would not let me use their washroom even though I had been there many times (almost weekly) to wash clothes.
I will now no longer be returning to this location due to the fact that I was turned away today. I would rather support businesses that show compassion to others and believe that public access to sanitation is a human right.

Awesome service! The lady on shift was super polite and helpful. Washer machines are $3/$5/$7 depending on size. Dryers are 25 cent per 4 mins. Would recommend!

I took a dress and a few tops to get dry cleaned here and they shrunk the dress and the tops all have stains they didn’t have before. I told my friends about it and one of my friends said they also stained her sweaters that she took there!

I had an fabulous experience when I went to this laundromat. I had never been here before and when I went in with my many bags of laundry I was wonderfully recieved by the attendant who was working there. I think that she said her name was Judy (I am sorry I dont remember) she was very helpful as well as friendly. I feel that she went above and beyond "the call of duty". Not only was the service friendly but also the place was very clean and organized. There is also parking at the back of the store. And you can sit outside in front of the store while you are waiting for your laundry. If you are hungry there are many places to grab a bite to eat.

Clean machines and friendly atmosphere. Staff is always friendly and keeps a close eye on the machines, so stepping away while your machine does its thing is never an issue.

Donny was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. The laundromat was very clean and maintained in an orderly manner. The machines were very clean and maintained too. I highly recommend this place too because it is surrounded by cool shops you can go to while waiting for your laundry to finish washing and or drying. The machines are reasonably priced too. The drums are sized according to the size of one's wash.

These are the best humans and they are so very sweet and it is a lifesaver to be able to drop off my laundry. Any time I accidentally decide to do a load in the Coinamatic machines in the apartment basement, I am reminded of how much easier and more convenient it is just to hand it over and come back later.

People write whatever they want these days it's hard to tell who's telling the truth. So I came here today under the impression that they where both bad and good. And I can tell you its a laundry mat.the washers and dryers work well and the staff is nice and informative. Same price as all the other coin laundry mats. Can't complain got my stuff washed and dried in a decent time frame.

Had a great experience using the jumbo machines to wash a duvet that was too big for our own washing machine at home. Wash cycle was fast and thorough, large dryer was also excellent. Owner was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended!

Saw the great reviews so took a stack of items in for dry cleaning. When we collected and brought them home we discovered that 2 lovely wool sweaters and an expensive suit had actually shrunk. Dry cleaning, by its very nature, doesn't shrink things, in fact the main reason items need dry cleaning is because washing them would cause them to shrink. So they had managed to do exactly what shouldn't happen. An $800 suit I'd worn once, for a funeral, now had sleeves that were too short, and the two sweaters were ridiculously small. We took the items back and complained. The owner, May, was very lovely and understanding. She agreed that the items shouldn't have shrunk, but instead of taking responsibility, she instead tried to shift it to the company the contract out the dry cleaning to. I explained that we had brought the items to her business and paid her for the dry cleaning, so it was her job to fix things. We went back and for over quite a few weeks, but all we got was, "they (the other company) will only give you back what you paid. " The clothes that now had no value to us, would have cost us $1,400–1,500 to replace, so we asked for $900. We didn't necessarily expect to get $900, but thought that was a reasonable start point. But no, nothing more that just returning the money we paid for the dry cleaning would be offered and May kept pointing to the 'other company' as the problem, as if none of this was her company's responsibility. In the end it was just do depressing to argue and further, so we gave in. This is why I am writing this review. Don't take any items you value to Lauder All for dry cleaning.

I really have no time to do my own laundry so I drop my laundry off at launderall and the ladies are very professional and my clothes are so properly folded and they smell nice I am so happy with this place I highly recommend.

I come here from the Hastings-Sunrise neighborhood about once a month to do all my laundry. I love their extractors. It's like an extra spin cycle for your clothes. I took a picture. It lessens the time your clothes need to be in the dryer. Just that convenience alone is worth the $1/load cost. It's also supposed to help your clothes not get worn out so fast. After my clothes have been in the extractor for all of a few minutes, I only need to run them through the dryer for about 30 minutes and they're totally dry. They have a variety of double loaders, triple loaders and Jumbo machines for the washers. The dryers are huge and easily take my three washers worth of clothes in one. The people running the place are very helpful. There's plenty of tables for folding and baskets for transferring your clothing. They have a change machine and a vending machine for laundry supplies. They seem to be one of the locations doing washing for the one of the hospitals? As they're always doing massive loads of whites or what look like regular issue surgical scrubs. They have a wash and fold service for people too busy to do their own.
