The staff who assisted me with the dress that I was looking for, along with the cashiers provided great customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you!

There is always someone to help you. They have the one thing most stores lack. And that is service!

I'm sure the staff are very nice, they were busy at the time. My main discouragement is they have all these beautiful dresses UNTIL you get to the plus size then it's hide your assets, heavy fabrics and more what my grandma would wear to a wedding fashion. I'm in my 20's, just showing in my pregnancy and gone up to a size 16. Wasn't impressed by this Laura or the coquitlam one.

I have always loved the clothing options that Laura offers. Unfortunately the closest Laura to me is a long 4 hour drive away and it is not always easy to take time to spend probably 10 hours on the road.
Thankfully, our daughter lives in Langley, BC and when I went down to visit and to try to find the perfect dress for our Granddaughters wedding, I was thrilled that the first place our daughter took me to was Laura.
Not only, after only an hour I not only found the "perfect dress", but was so very pleasantly served by the great staff at the Langley store.
Love Laura, love the dress I found and absolutely will be making more trips to find that Perfect outfit in the future.

Great customer service, the staff work as a team to help you find the right look and fit. Wendy was the main person helping me, she was excellent. I am highly recommending this location of Laura to everyone I know. The clothing is beautiful and very good quality.

We called ahead and asked if they have plus size prom dresses. They do however the moment you walk into the plus size area the selection is so incredibly slim and the selection looks like prom dresses for “old woman”. If you want anything very cute and flattering for prom and you’re larger then a size 14, I do not recommend this place.

Went to the store yesterday to look at some dresses I had seen in line. Nav was my shopping assistant- she is amazing! After trying on all the dresses I pulled my favourite one was the one she brought for me to try on. She can read her customer and gives honest feedback. I haven’t left a store so excited to wear my purchase in a looong time! Can’t wait to wear my new dresses- yes plural- I bought 3.

I purchased 3 dresses today for 2 upcoming weddings! The customer service was one of the best experiences I have ever had! All of the staff are friendly and beyond helpful! I will definitely be back soon! So grateful for the fabulous experience!

One of the best clothing stores. I order on-line if I find good deals and visit regularly their stores in Langley, Coquitlam or even in Tsawassen Mall.
I totally recommend very good quality and great service
