Customer service from the looks of it seems generally good, how they treat their staff is demeaning and absolutely disrespectful. From what I heard NATALIE treats her coworkers with absolute disrespect treating them like dogs. I saw this poor girl crying about quitting her job there as she was constantly accused of being on her headphones after being just caught once. Natalie as I mention prior was always picking on her and seems to be the money hungry saleswomen who cares not for your experience but for the extra change she can put in her pocket. If you ever go to this store never request help from Natalie. I’ve seen her multiple times disrespect staff and the one girl I saw crying.

Love shopping at Laura. The clothes are beautiful and high quality. The staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely a five star experience every time.

A sales associate, Gurveer, helped me find some clothes that fit me perfectly, after describing to her what I as looking for. She was an amazing help! Will definitely be back and will recommend this store to others.

Went to return two items in Surrey Store which I purchased online. Payment method Sezzle. First of all Lady on counter do not know how to proceed the return through Sezzle. Behaviour of the Lady doing return was so rude as i did the crime by returning. I cannot believe all they have to do just email the receipt to the department.

Personally, I'lll never go back and or recommend this location. Cx was overbearing, imo and didn't give you personal space she just kept hounding you.the quality is alright, not 5 star rating but not 1 either.

Went to do new year shopping at my favorite store. I usually don’t end up buying anything from this location most from Tsawwassen mills but today was my lucky day because the store manager Leslie just made my day by being so helpful, knowledgeable and an amazing human being. Now this location will be my default.
