Lazy Den Tea House

I go to this place regularly coz I like their bubble tea. They have so many options. However, I was extremely pissed by their customer service. I asked for coconut jelly in my drink, looks like they have two flavors (Pineapple & Lychee) which I didn’t seem to know at the time of ordering. So, I just asked for coconut jelly. When I got the drink, it had pineapple jelly in it which I really didn’t like. When I went back to ask, lady at the counter told about the options. They could’ve asked me what flavor I prefer when I ordered which they didn’t. Her answer was “apparently, if the customer doesn’t specify by default they would add pineapple” Wow what if the customer is allergic to pineapple? They’d let them die on this drink I guess. NEXT TIME ASK THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY WANT.

Some of the best bubble tea I’ve ever had! And the staff are so kind and welcoming. And very reasonably priced.

Was quite surprised to find the store empty on a Sunday afternoon. As far as service goes, staff is very friendly. Drink options pretty decent and the drinks themselves were perfect! Got the strawberry banana slush and house tea with pearls. Did not disappoint and will be going back again soon for a quick non-alcoholic drink date.

I had the worst experience ever in bubble tea here in the whole Lower Mainland particularly for the customer service. I thought I ordered Chocolat Slush and they said they ran out of regular pearls so I ordered coconut jelly instead. It turned out a Coconut Slush with CoconutJelly. I told the 2 cashiers I wanted Chocolat Sluch with Coconut Jelly but she insisted I didn't and she literally said they both heard coconut slush. It's possible I ordered wrong but it's a pity they force you to get what you didn't want and usually they change your order in Canada and made it right. Poor service and also the slush was really bad.

Love this place! It’s more affordable than other bubble tea places and they have so many options! Very nice and friendly staff:)

Club house Sandwich is delicious! This place has been around during my uni time 10+ years ago, food quality is still top notch!

This has been my favourite bubble tea place since 2012! Best bubble tea and customer service in vancouver! I moved away last year and i still think about them all the time! My go to orders are a green apple green tea half sweet with pearls or a lemon black tea half sweet with pearls! I miss this place soooo much! Take care ️️️

I've been coming here for years, since before they moved from Coquitlam. Consistently great quality food and drinks for a terrific value. Customer service is also fantastic! They also take COVID-19 protocols seriously, which is appreciated.

Amazing bubble tea. Get the tiger milk and the milk cap. The pearls are chewy and the drinks are perfectly made.

I like these Taiwanese drinks so much. It's authentic and cheap!

Cute little mom and pop place.our tiger milk tea was delicious and the boba was perfect, just the right amount of chewiness and texture.

Honestly, probably my favourite bubble tea shop in greater Vancouver. The drinks are always delicious and the service is always amazing. Prices are well priced and they have a small but mighty selection of food.

Been going to Lazy Den for over 10 years and love how it's still run by the same people. They have great BBT choices and snacks. Very reasonably priced too!

They were very rude to me and ignorant when I said I was waiting for my friend and I was about to buy bubble tea they said get out this is a private business I was so shocked because I didn’t expect this from them

No dairy-free milk options. Can't order off-menu. One of the women behind the counter is consistently rude. I only go because it's two blocks from my house.

A very chill environment, with sofas, decent speaker music, and cheap prices for noodles alongside the bubble tea. Good place for travellers of the highway/transit as it's right by Highway 7, across from Port Moody Station, subsequently popular to local students.

I come in and buy things here often and today i came in just to ask if i could sit inside for a couple minutes to wait for a ride cause it was night time and cold outside and they told me no cause i wasn’t buying anything this time.no longer a customer: (

Authentic Taiwanese drink / snack place! No bs, just simply delicious stuff with reasonable price. Love their noodle soup and sandwich.reminds me of 美而美 in Taiwan

The best Taiwanese bubble tea around. The a-yi's are super nice. The tigers milk tea is the best I have had outside of Taipei.

I am a huge fan of bbt, was seriously craved it for a couple of weeks. Today, I decided t give it a try to this place got off at moody center station. It Was good decision.

Love the bubble tea and food here! Good prices! The ladies who work here are so sweet. I come often, and one of them always greets me with a smile and remembers my usual order. Great spot to relax and study as well.
