I brought my Daughter in for her first tattoo, and what an amazing experience it was for her! The tattoo is amazing, she was getting compliments from the minute we walked out of the shop! She showed off her new tattoo so proudly! The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and Shoko is so incredibly talented. The crisp lines and detail in her tattoos are stunning. So much so my 69 year old Mother saw it, and decided she wants her first ever tattoo! We can't wait to go back! Shoko is a very experienced lash artist. I have done many eyelash extensions before, Shoko's lash extension was the best. Her lash extension never irritates my eyes and feels very comfortable. Most importantly, it stays for a long time! I was impressed she is still trying to be the best in her field and learning more to improve her skills constantly. Shoko, did my eyebrows months ago and because of this very positive and happy experience I decided to get a small tattoo of a cat on my wrist. With having Asian thin eyelashes, it's difficult to find a confident and skilled lash tech that'll do mega volume. I'm glad to have met Shoko and wished I had found her sooner as she is professional, friendly, funny and the quality of her work is amazing. They look super full and fluffy, and bold as I wanted them to be. I'm sad to say it was my first time and my last time going to her as we are moving, but it was a nice way to end our Victoria chapter.

Shoko was lovely! From the consultation through the procedure she was so considerate. As a woman over 60 having lost most of my eyebrow hairs, she was compassionate and understanding. She took the time to explain each step of the way and why she was making the choices due to my skin age. Having never had a tattoo I had no idea what to expect, but the discomfort level was minimal. After the procedure Shoko explained how to care for the brows and sends a detailed follow-up email. I would have no hesitation of recommending her for this service.

Shoko was extremely detailed when doing my brows and did them perfectly! I really like them so far. Shoko has a really friendly and calm demeanor and it put me at ease in what would be a stressful situation as brows are so important to the face. I had full confidence in her as she spent alot to time perfecting my brows to be more even which is what I told her I wanted. This place was suggested to me by many people. I assumed that it would be high end considering the price it was extremely expensive. All of my lashes fell out in one week and she still charged me for a new set when I came back. All of those lashes fell out after less than a week and considering it took over 4 hours for her to do my lashes I never went back. I unfortunately cannot recommend. She also still just uses a regular massage bed with no cushioning and so my hips and back were killing me for 2 days afterwards.

I got a fine line tattoo from Shoko. She was amazing to work with. It was my first tattoo and she not only made the process of coming to a decision very easy but also made me feel calm, excited and comfortable throughout the tattooing process. She took my ideas and feedback well and designed a beautiful piece. Her recommendations were helpful and she was very patient with me as well. I would definitely go back for more tattoos with her:).

Literally love shoko she is such a hardworking girlboss. She is basically my therapist while I get my lashes done and she kills it every single time. I’ve tried other lash techs before her, but my lashes from shoko have the best retention ever and she works with my eye shape so well! <3

From the moment I layed down in Shoko's chair, I immediately felt comfortable and confident in what my end result would be. Shoko was honestly one of my favorite people to meet this week. She was very professional, warm, understanding, and is an extremely talented artist. It was very important to me that whoever was doing my brows was cognizant of my face shape, my needs, and certain perfections I wanted to meet with permanent brows, and she met that on every level and more.

I really liked how she paid attention to my face structure and the was able to correct it in ways that made me look as beautiful (with a sprinkle of more) as I arrived that day. She made sure to listen to concerns and did not rush my decision process which I really appreciated.

Overall, Shoko is an extremely professional and talented artist. She is also a awesome person to build a beauty service relationship with. I love my brows so much after my appointment and I would highly recommend her services 10/10.

I told her my past experiences with microblading which was super painful and didn't last more than 6 months. This time she recommended me to try ombre brow. I'm so glad that I trusted her. She was so gentle and always making sure if I was experiencing pain. I felt hardly any pain almost nothing!

I’ve been going to Shoko on and off since I was 16 and I am 21 now. I’ve been to other lash techs before but no one else compares to her. She is amazing at what she does and I don’t trust anyone but her with my lashes anymore. My retention is insane. I get my volume lashes done by her once a month and by the 3 week mark there not even bad. This is just with her as well. When I used to go to other lash techs my lashes would be falling out after 2 weeks and I’d have to go get a fill so bad. Anyways, couldn’t recommend someone more. I’m obsessed ️

I have been seeing Shoko regularly for almost 2 years, after being through MANY other lash techs and spas in Victoria. Once I went to her I never went back, for many reasons. She is speedy, clean, funny, and most importantly. A PERFECTIONIST. She has never messed up a set for me and knows many different styles so she can cater to everyone (she is 5x certified!) Yes lashes are expensive everywhere, but I have seen other local artists charge more for the same service and with less impressive results. You are 100% paying for quality guarantee. I recently had an issue with my previous lash lady as I got really red inflamed eyelids and thought I had developed an allergic reaction. I waited 2 months and then went to Shoko at the lash bar. She was more worried than I was when I told her what happened, however i was adamant on giving it one more try. My lashes turned out looking AMAZING, and no dry redness has returned!
