I met Dean by chance while he was working on Promatory in Chilliwack. I asked him to give me an estimate on cleaning my overflowing gutters.

Dean is honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Without his help, I wouldn't know that I need to get full torch on for my low-slope roof. Not only did he come for an inspection of our roof right away, but also recommended other roofers for us to get torch on pricing (as he doesn't do torch on). After we got the quotes, I discussed with Dean and he provided his professional input on the quotes we received. I have to say Dean is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Even though we didn't get to work together this time, Dean earned our trust. With trust, Dean sets himself and his business apart from the rest. It's such a pleasure to have Dean in our neighbourhood. We highly recommend him and his company to everyone out there.

Furthermore Dean is a man based on good virtues such as being honest, Fair and punctual. I couldn’t think of a better contractor to work with in the downtown chilliwack n surrounding areas such as Sardis, Fairfield island and Vedder area.

Dean came over on a Sunday to repair an asphalt single roof. The wind had blown a few shingles of my roof and I needed it repaired before the weather changed. Dean was happy to come to have a look. Well that look turned into a quick repair on the spot. He even repaired small damage to neighbors roof at no cost to them. He gave me a detailed report with pictures on the state of the roof and gave me sound advice on what should be done. Can't find better service than
that.

One good thing about windstorm damage was finding a great contractor and that was Dean! He understood the urgency and came out to take a look the same day. Dean completed the work when he said he would and for the price he quoted. His work was top notch and he took the time to point out a few areas which should be addressed proactively.

In Dean we found a contractor that was knowledgeable and a man of his word. He’s definitely in our contact list we will be happy to work with Dean again.

We have a small cabin at Cultus Lake that was impacted by the flood as far as rain to the roof which resulted in a small leak in the ceiling. We as a strata council at Mount Baker Estates have used Deans company in last year and a half and will require his services again this year. He did a variety of work for us from fence repair, chimney repair gutter cleaning and roof repair. His work was always quality. If we had an emergency he would respond right away or as soon as he could. He would always update/keep council informed of the work he was doing. He answered any and all questions and offered suggestions that were helpful to our complex and Council. If he could not do a particjlar job request he would not hesitate to recommend someone else. We are very happy with the job Dean and his crew did on our re-roof! After personally knocking on doors to get first hand reviews of other bigger companies and hearing of leaks etc, right after job completion, we felt most comfortable going through Leadworth for our re-roof on our house. They were on time, quick and Dean even did our playhouse roof in the grueling 40+ heat to get it all done on time. I was very particular about how I wanted our roof to look with color matching flashing where existing flashing was built into the existing stucco siding. Leadworth was willing to do what it took to get it done while other companies either said they wouldn't do it or offered a shotty alternative solution. Also, I like to know exactly what I'm getting and asked Dean literally a million questions! He was happy to answer them all and put my mind at ease about the whole process. And did I mention they were quick! After paying close attention to other re-roofs going on around our neighborhood I have a greater appreciation for Leadworths process and efficiency. Thanks again!

We have used Leadworth twice now (roof leak and downspout) and both times they have been fantastic to deal with. Company is very knowledgeable and transparent with any needed repairs. Dean was fantastic! He made time at the end if his busy day to come by and replace 1 single shingle a massive windstorm tore off. He inspected the entire roof and notced some nails were not fully nailed down around some vents and hammered them back into place. He also found a spot of older damage and took care of it with some special sealer. On his way down from the roof he noticed that our gutter was full of junk and he took it upon himself to clean it out without being asked or charging us for it. Highly recommend Dean and Ledgeworth Contracting!

After calling 13 different companies! Dean was the fastest to get back to me and made our job feel like a priority. It was a small job so i felt to a lot of companies it wasn’t worth their time, but Dean was on site within an hour.

Jordan did the job the following morning, he was early, efficient, profressional and easy to work with.

Buyer Beware! We were in the process of buying a home, when our inspection report showed a few questionable areas on the roof, even though the roof was only 5 years old. Before we could comfortably remove the inspection condition we needed to have the roof looked at by a professional, in a short amount of time. Contacting several roofing companies, leaving messages, not hearing back from anyone, we came across Leadworth and Dean answered immediately. Understanding the nature of our situation, he was out the next day to inspect the roof. Upon further review Dean was able to determine the entire roof needed replacing. The work was beyond shotty, and most likely water damage was already occuring. Supporting his findings, Dean followed up with a report and photos for us to send to the owners who were in disbelief because of the age of the roof. Unfortunately we had to walk away from the place we thought was our new home. Fortunately, Dean saved us thousands of dollars we wouldn't have been prepared to spend in addition to the purchase of a home. We can't thank you enough. We'll definitely be using Leadworth in the future, when we do have a home, for any of our roofing needs.

I had contacted a large well known roofing contractor through Home Stars previously who couldn't be bothered to follow through with actually doing my repair. Multiple contacts and a month later I finally gave up and called Leadworth. Well what a different and pleasant experience. Dean promptly contacted me back within minutes and said he could come by in an hour for an estimate or to complete the repair. Well sure enough he did and the work was excellent. I asked lots of questions about roofing in general, the condition of my roof and Dean was just a wealth of information and so pleasant to do business with. I feel confident in recommending his business to others as well when the time comes for a full roof replacement I'll be contacting him first!

Woke up to a leak in my living room after a bad storm, called Dean and he was in my driveway within 15 minutes. Dean's knowledge and experience allowed him to find the problem in a few short minutes. He was very honest with what needed to be done immediately to stop the leak and what could wait until another day. He was very reasonable with his price and gave me worst and best case scenarios. A few hours later and the problem was fixed, good quality work and was even a few bucks cheaper than his quote. He showed me some spots that required further repairs but could wait until spring time. Will definitely be calling him again for future house repairs. Highly recommend him. Professional, polite and takes safety very serious.
