Lectric Avenue Electronics

I went to the Apple Store in Creston and was told that my iPad HAD water damage so I bought a new one. The old one seems to work perfectly. I wouldn’t trust anything they say.

Our Mac Desktop was having some problems and Apple Support sent us to Lectric Avenue from Nelson. We brought in our computer at 11 AM for our appointment and the gentleman in the back was wonderful. We didn't catch his name but he was so fast and gave realistic time frames for the possible fix and diagnostics. By 1 PM we were picking up our computer after a minor software update. Everyone was friendly and we got the sense that everyone is extremely hard working and loves to problem solve for their customers. Highly recommend this spot if you need help with a computer fix or need to purchase electronics/accessories.

Had a great experience at Lectric Avenue Electronics today! Went in to set a new phone, was a problem and Travis had helped me all the way through and was super friendly. After all that hassle, I had to go back into to switch the phone as it wasn’t the one we had wanted. He had helped me with that also. Absolutely love dealing with the Telus there here in Creston! Always great service and the people are wonderful!

Do not buy any computer components from this store we bought a motherboard and a HDD from this place and when I built my PC when I got home the hard drive made the pc shut down right when I hit the power button fans spun around once and shut down so then I tried another ssd and another HDD on the motherboard to see if it was just the hard drive but matter of fact the motherboard wrecked those as well so the day after I went to return the products I got from them they said they wouldnt take the motherboard back as we put a CPU in the motherboard but thats bad business as I used to get PC parts from memory express from the coast when I lived there and they had no problem taking back products that did not work also I would just like to point out a few things we have bought from here seems like they have been opened and then put back on the floor

I was gifted a Jura E8 coffee maker purchased from Lectric Ave Electronics. The customer service has been outstanding from the initial enquiries to questions about the best ways to use the machine at home. It's obvious they LOVE the machine and brand and we love it too.

Needed help with cell problems. Staff was able to fix it in no time! Customer friendly! Recommend this store! Thank you for the excellent service!
