Great products however POOR CUSTOMER service.
Stood at the till with the products i was wanting to buy.compleetly ignored by sales staff.
Not even acknowledged.
Was told they dont have a product i was looking for.later i found the very product i was looking for on there online catalog.
Unknowlegable staff with even worse customer service.

There's some good stuff (shrimp skewers) and some bad (metal tool wallet). That's why 3 stars. This thermometer? Zero stars. Today it's off by 18 degrees. I'm done with buying the Christmas trinkets.

Incredibly slow service and no one on the floor to help you. Shop online, two people left after taking numbers due to the lack of service.

Neat shop, some stock displayed and some catalog order and they get it from the back - sort of like Ikea but way better! Had my router bit in stock: D

Love love love Lee valley. You can go in and work with the tools and try them out. You wont be disappointed. All the staff are great BUT.go in and ask for Robert. He is fabulous

Needed some odd sized replacement screws for cabinet hard ware.found them quickly.in and out of the store in a few.minutes, great service

The store is very well organized and is a pleasure to walk through. They have an amazing selection of high quality woodworking tools, kitchen utensils, gardening equipment, and more. I thoroughly enjoy shopping there.
