Well Organized, Pay Full Price for Empties and even have a Courtesy Customer Washroom available.

It is funny that someone says it is stinky and dirty. It is a recycle port and alot of people don’t wash their bottle and cans before recycling. To ke, they already tried their best to keep this place clean and easy to access.

Friendly. Not busy. Not as sketchy customer base as the Metrotown bottle depot by the mall. PReferred location.

I just wanted to give them a positive review for being friendly and clean. I have been coming to this place for how long I can remember and so far the treatment I received from them is nothing but positive. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I’ve been taking refundable containers ever since my son graduated from Glenwood Elementary 5 years ago.
They had an option whereby if you donate your refund to certain elementary schools, they will dump all your bottles in a big box and you don’t have to sort them out.
They always look a little put out when I say donate to Glenwood.
The last time was worse though, I said donate to Glenwood about 3 times and he asked me to sort them out, then he tried to give me the 5 bucks. I said No, I wanted to give to Glenwood. He said he didn’t understand, “Next Time “.

Lots of parking. Lots of sorting stations. Hand wash station. And the people running the place are very efficient.

The staff are friendly and helpful as this was my 1st time usually the drop off method. You have to go right into the place to get new labels as they’re kind of hidden. Tagged bags go in bin in the back. You can access it on the south side so you don’t have to into the place if you already have t your labels.

Everything that you'd want from a recycling depot. Typically it's not too busy so you can get in and out quickly.

Great layout and they are open most of year. Great service and friendly staff. Little grungy and the bathroom is below standards but my favorite place to bring my empties and my number one choice. Thanks for being the best in Burnaby and full refund on alcohol. Can't go wrong.merry Christmas guys!

This place is just a mess. Filth everywhere. There were about 10 customers and only 6 carts available.

This Bottle Depot has been super busy since COVID-19 started. Today was no exception. All the bottle stations were taken except for one when I arrived (my lucky day!). The stations are spread out with carts or garbage cans maintaining the necessary distance. The staff were working as quickly and efficiently as possible, having to dodge people and bags of cans, bottles, and containers, while trying to provide empty carts and crates for us to use. Job well done to these hard-working long-time employees of Lee's Bottle Depot!

Mixed review, before Covid-19, this place was a solid 5/5, since Covid-19 a score of 2/5 might be generous especially if you are using the Express & Go system. I understand they are busy, but it is taking way too long to get your account fully credited. Drop off 6 bags full of bottles and cans, and even 2 months later, only 3/6 bags have been processed and credited. Not good enough.

A bit slower to process due to covid-19 and very crowded with stuff, but a wide variety of things that you can recycle and get rid of.

Excellent place been going for years nice and helpful but also give you your space hard-working and friendly

The people who work there are really friendly and hard working. Employees sort out my bags really quickly.
