Everything is overpriced and I got a 120$ parking ticket for walking around the wrong side of the building.
Talked to the manager and was told there’s nothing she can do.
Disputed the ticket, waiting on results.
Don’t recommend…

We went there shopping with the family and received a $160 ticket for parking at there parking location. Turns out you not allowed to walk off, so you not allowed to walk away from your vehicle. Not certain on how we can do shopping if we not allowed to leave the vehicle? ! Maybe someone could explain this to me, or to the other people who already received a ticket for the same matter.
Never going there again and will spread the word at the Fine Art School where my kids go to.

The worst customer service ever. Great job.

I've been a Lee's customer since I moved to Fort Langley in 2005. Back then, it was an old but quaint local shop, with skinny aisles and wood floors. The day it burned down was heartbreaking.

Their new story is bright, airy and has everything you need. The prices, as expected, are higher than the big boxes, but it's close to home and family owned. Support local!

This is a great little market with lots of fresh and healthy ingredients. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the area where the till are is incredibly small and the line ups go into the isles which is frustrating.

Fantasia grocer! The customer service is really awesome. And they have a lot of good healthy products!

Cons:
Extremely high prices, even for items that are not specialty items and same brands can be purchased at a much lower price elsewhere. I have purchased discounted items and almost every time the item was spoiled: apple cider beverage that had turned to vinegar, chocolate that had turned chalky, buns that were stale etc. These items had no expiry sticker/stamp that I could see. So I avoid discounted items. You expect discounted items to be near their expiry date, not past it.
Pros:
Great deli and good for specialty items and organics.

If you're looking for a nice little outdoor cafe patio in Fort Langley, AVOID Lee's Market. The store was open until 7pm the day I went, but I was told at 5: 50pm that I'd have to leave because they "needed to start cleaning up". I was not being a nuisance, quite the opposite, I was quietly sipping my coffee, minding my own business.

Also the grocery store prices are ridiculously expensive, but I guess that's to be expected in a tourist trap like Fort Langley. You're much better off driving ten minutes into the city of Langley. You'll find everything you need at much more reasonable prices.

As far as I know, the only grocery store in town. Reasonably good selection of products. Friendly staff.

This place has a fantastic variety for it's size and lots of local stuff. More like the supermarkets of old.

Owner contradicted the information provided by one of the staff, and was very rude. Staff very nice.

There are cute products that aren't found in regular supermarkets, so it's great to browse. Local supermarkets worth stopping by in tourist spots

Good selection of specialty items. Lots of vegetarian options for lunch at the deli. Left another coffee shop because the line was too long and got a coffee right away at Lee’s and it was delicious. I would just request some bike racks by the patio.

Ok well it's super expensive, like crazy prices I honestly cant afford but my friend bought some strawberries and cherry's there and they were so delicious. Wow best I've ever had

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE, shopped here quickly for few things worth $35.00 and put my stuff in the car. My niece wanted to use the restroom quickly and we ran back to the grocery store and the restroom wasn't available. Ran across to the Little Donkeys and I was ticketed $86.00 parking fine. WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE. Tried to appeal it and it was denied. COMPLETELY UNFAIR PRACTICES.most of the parking lot was empty. Terrible. Do not go here.disgusting behaviour of the owner and the diamond parking. Take your business elsewhere.

Stopped in briefly for snacks on a roadtrip. Parked in the lot for. 20 minutes maybe, and only went in to the market. Have now received a notice in the mail that I am past due on a 125$ ticket for parking in their lot despite not receiving a ticket on our car. Don't bother!

Love coming to this small local shop. We usually make the drive from Abbotsford to go here once in a while and the veggie calzones are amazing! Last time we came there, they mistakenly gave us the meat ones but replaced them on our next visit in the store. Make sure if you have an error in your purchase to have some proof for the owner to see and confirm the issue even if you called ahead to confirm, but otherwise this place is great!

So many vegan alternative options! Lots of local stuff too! Some things are pricier but a lot of it is competitive. Highly recommend! Also saw a young man who works there helping someone in a wheelchair do their grocery shopping. Very nice staff!

Terrible. Do not go here. We went in to buy groceries and we got a $86 TICKET when we’re not even from BC! Disgusting behaviour and very cheap of the owner to not even cancel the ticket after we told her the situation. Take your business elsewhere.

Wonderful little market. It's small but is tightly packed and has all the necessities and a great selection of food. They have a fantastic variety of ready made meals, which they will warm up for you, and are perfect to grab for a picnic along the river. The staff are friendly and helpful and the layout of the store is easily navigated.

Expensive, but local and convenient. There are some fun varieties with whats available, products that Ibjavent seen in bigger grocery stores.

Absolutely the best place to shop for food in the north Langley area. Lots of product selection at fair prices

Such a cool market. They have everything you need and don't need. Their deli is awesome. Ordered sandwiches are grilled for you. They have a covered outdoor seating patio.

Not good customer service experience anymore, after witnessed some worker yelled at their customer right before the market. I prefer the traditional old lee market with nicer customer service

Lee's is a great local market. Great selection of produce and an awesome deli counter. They also carry hard to find items from smaller producers.

If you live in the Fort this is part of the experience they carry a little bit of everything designed well for those camping on the river. Quaint market. Well stocked and the produce looked fresh. I stopped by for a takeaway deli sandwich. Service was prompt and the sandwich was tasty.

Love this store & all the people that work there, have been coming for years. Now I come in with my toddler and things can get hectic, but I can always count on anyone that’s working to give me a helping hand if needed. Best tenderloin In town, & the produce is always fresh, store is clean & the friendliest staff!

Left the parking lot to take my dog to the bathroom after my wife was done shopping here as we used to regularly do. Come back after a quick walk, maybe at the most 10 min. And we have a parking ticket on the vehicle. Have now been getting thretening and harassing letters in the mail about legal action. Apparently the owner of this market only cares about raking in fees from parking tickets and sending out false legal documents. Would not recommend this place at all!

Been coming here since I was 5 years old in 1975. Worked here when I was 15.such an amazing family.

My office is across the street & I go there almost daily, either for lunch at the deli or for something to bring home at the end of the day! Always friendly staff. Today on my way out, I noticed this wonderful display of peony flowers just in - Thank you Rachel for hand selecting the most beautiful pink bunches for me to take home! Thank you so much!

Store and cashiers were nice, however I was ticketed, somehow in the 15 minutes total I was on the property, for buying drinks from their store and waiting for my Fiancé in front of little donkey.on the road.that touches Lee's Market. I never left the property but somehow some person ticketed me. (Keep in mind the parking lot was at roughly 40% capacity and it remained so when we got back.) We spoke to their manager and she was at first attempting to seem understanding but her tune changed very quickly. The customer is not always right at this place. She took the ticket from me and kept it. This was my first and last experience at this place. It is unfortunate because my diet is very restricted so I would have benefited from their products.

Great little store! Has most everything and their produce and meat items are very fresh. Prices are not bad for a privately owned grocery.

Bad experience at the Lee's Market. Parked there to get my groceries and went for a walk for less than 10 minutes. Came back with a ticket on my car. So went go talk to the manager and Rachel Lee who is the manager there was rude and just start accusing me if I saw the ticket and went to buy my groceries. That is not how you threat customers. I could have backed my statement with a receipt with times but they just denied it.

NEVER GO THERE! And NEVER PARK THERE! And lastly, DO NOT SHOP THERE

Great little local grocer with a big grocer selection of products. I usually do click and collect from another grocer closer to home but for fresh vegetables and fruits I go to Lee's. I spend a lot of time in Fort Langley for sporting reasons and I am glad to have found this place. Prices are reasonable and the service is great.

This review is regarding the muffins.

We used to get muffins on daily basis from Lee’s Market.
Not long ago maybe a year or so they were $1.25 and were very generous size. Two ppl can easily eat one. Above all these muffins were to die for! Very yummy!

Ofcourse I used to shop many other things while getting my muffins.

Few months later price changed and size was still ok. Flavour was ok.

Last week I paid $10 for 5 muffins, size is half of what used to be and flavour is with all due respect really really bad! My kids wouldn’t eat them! They were sticky, not well baked and all taste the same, no proper flavour! $1.99 is a lot of money for one muffin!

I understand life is tough now and people like to support local stores but how can I support when I’m having to throw my money in garbage? It makes me feel not valued when low quality things are sold for high prices. Very very disappointed

A fantastic little place that’s just off the main road through Fort Langley. The isles are filled with a variety of brands, flavours and choices to take your meal to the next level.

The deli has a good selection of meats, cheeses and in-house made meals. I could give a criticism and say their paninis are on the smaller side for my taste, it that’s just me.

The staff are always friendly, and willing to offer a hand whenever you need it. It’s all family owned, and a must-visit if you’re in the Fort. It has its own, unique charm that you’ll just want to take in, even if you’re just grabbing a drink from the front cooler by the tills.

Super little grocery store. I say little but there's still a lot of choice in products. I use it mainly for a weekly top up on milk and eggs but it would definitely be possible to do all your groceries here.

Loved shopping here until today when I parked, went to the bakery and then to Lee's to see an $80 ticket for parking less than then 20mins. Asked to speak with a manager and was promptly denied. "No, no manager for you! " I can appreciate the fact people abuse parking in lots in Fort Langley. But when I still shop at your store and am parked for less than 20mins that's an abuse of issuing parking tickets. Had I not gone and spent money at your market then yes issue a ticket but the fact I did it means I will shop at all other stores in Fort Langley and not Lee's market.
Maybe if the cashier allowed me to speak with a manager when I asked politely three times this review would not be posted.
If the owner or manager can contact me I'll consider retracting the review.

Such a cool.llace to shop. Nestled just off the main drag in downtown Fort Langley. Such a great variety of every type if grocery. Fresh produce is excellent.

I really enjoy Lee's Market's community-based environment. The bakery offers fresh bread that is delicious. Plus the people that work here are really nice!

I don't grocery shop here, but just come here for the delicious food on offer in their deli area. The food is always top notch, fresh and delicious. The staff is always friendly and almost always super efficient too. There's also lots of indoor seating and a nice big patio in the summer.

Best. Grocery store. Ever. Seriously, get a sandwich here or get the coconut curry soup! It's to die for. And the staff and owner are all amazing and will go out of their way to help you no matter what. Some of them even know my name 10/10

I was in line at the cashier, and overheard a woman saying her bank card was giving her trouble. The Asian lady cashier's response was "that's because you don't have any money".
The cashier didn't know what finances the woman had, so who the hell is she (cashier) to be rude like that. The woman customer muttered " never mind" then left the store looking quite upset. I purchased my groceries and left. I don't think I will shop there anymore. So rude!

Love this Market. The staff is very friendly and caring. It's very community oriented. It has a great variety of foods in just about any area. The Deli is excellent and it has a good sitting area. If you're visiting Fort Langley, this is a sure spot to stop at, whether you're getting full groceries, snacks, just veggies or a bite from the Deli. The Deli offers a great variety of fresh quick foods, even gluten free Quesava Somosas.

I wish Lee's Market was a Chain Store. Unbelievable Qaulity and Service.

Great place for a lunchtime bite to eat. Did I mention to order a custom sandwich? Their staff eats there, so it must be alright, right? Friendly service, only gotten hangry once after many months of going there so that's not terrible at all. Lots of other bits to choose from but a sandwich is all I need despite my ever-growing waistline.
