Lefevre K Dr / Kelowna Neurosurgery

That receptionist Shelley is extremely rude, she should be removed. I am earnestly inquiring about my mother's surgery she had two months ago. Her back is ten times worse now than it was prior to surgery. I simply wanted to know what care I could take to help her recover or if the pain was due to getting adjusted to her new back. This woman is evasive, sharp and extremely rude. She has no business working in a doctor's office. You need to find someone new. No excuse for it.

I found Dr. Lefevre is an absolute rock star and his assistant was very professional and helpful with my many visits and phone conversations. She showed a lot of kindness to me and was very helpful. No nonsense and to the point. Many thanks and so much appreciation. I thought her and Dr. Lefevre pack a perfect one two punch. Thank you so kindly for all your kindness.

I haven't even seen Dr Lefevre yet as I am waiting to hear when my appointment will be, however I felt that I needed to share my experience with the receptionist.
She is extremely rude and condescending. The last time I talked to her she hung up on me. If she can't show kindness to patients, then I suggest she gets another job where she doesn't have to deal with people who are in pain. I can only hope that Dr Lefevre has more compassion than that terrible receptionist

Which is a shame because Dr lefevre did both my surgeries with great success.its just a shame to have such a horrible RECEPTIONIST destroy his facilities image.

I had my back surgery July of 2019,
I had been sent to other surgeons however none could see what Dr Lefevre saw.
After 5 years not being able to walk far and enjoy life.
Dr Lefevre and his team put a stent in my spinal canal and stabilization of spine, I’m feeling pretty fantastic!

If I do lots I get a bit stiff, I’m still getting stronger as well. Thank you so much! Changed my whole world absolutely the best Dr
