My first appointment, Nov 22nd, was with Greg Yurechko, I thought I was getting a massage but he said it was an assessment, I told him I already had one and this was approved through Worksafe but he insisted and spent 45 min asking me questions and typing on the computer. He then spent 10 min rubbing my back with a flat hand until the friction was hurting. I would never see him again! I had to rebook as it was a worksafe claim so I called back and asked to see someone else. I got an appointment with Anthony Intendencia and he is AMAZING! He listened, did exactly what I asked, and helped my arm and neck sooo much! Ask for Anthony

I thought this place is good for massage but when i get the service.i really disappointed.i came here because my all muscles are so tight and i want to relax my muscles as well tissues but after i get the treatment, its more severe.it’s didn’t help me out. I feel more pain in my body and i didn’t go to work because of their treatment. Moreover, there massage bed was worse as well as head rest is like a metal piece.i put my face and head on the head rest after that i saw marks on my face.when i go back home, i felt pain on my face. Moreover, their bedsheets are so disgusting, its fade and smells coming out. They charge more than other massage therapists, i thought they gave really good service thats why i choose them. I highly recommend everyone, please don’t go there for massage.its worse place, i experienced in my life.

Appointment was with Dr. Nafeez Syed. I would just say that his good humor and upbeat attitude really helped the patient to keep trying even when the patient was as feeling discouraged. Thank you again for all that you did for us. Stay blessed

Dr. Osanti (naturopath) is incredibly kind, honest, and thorough. She is welcoming and does her best to make you feel comfortable. I would absolutely recommend her.

I had RMT session with Chad. He is really good at his job. I am feeling relieved from pain. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Ankur Gupta is an amazing physiotherapist. It's great that he was able to provide me with exceptional care and personalized treatment. It's always important to have someone who not only has the expertise but also shows genuine concern for your well-being. I'm glad I found relief from my lower back pain after some sessions with him. In future, if anyone needs physiotherapy, I do recommend to visit Legacies health care and meet to Mr Ankur Gupta.

Ankur gupta is great.he has helped me out huge with my sciatic pain and knee pain.went from 10/10 pain to almost 0 pain in less than a month.highly recommend this man!

I have been going to Legacies for just under a year now and I am always blown away by their receptionist team, especially Jas. Her genuine care, clear communication, and remarkable organization truly is a reason for the numerous appointments I have made at the clinic.

I received an excellent care. The chiropractic treatments from Dr Parmar and rehab exercises I did with Morgan helped me to regain my health back. They both care and adjust treatments accordingly especially if I’m feeling blah.

Highly recommend Ankur Gupta if you’re looking for a physiotherapist! He was very friendly and professional while helping me get through my ICBC accident injuries. Highly knowledgeable and passionate about physiotherapy and went above and beyond to help me. 10/10!

Lazy company.does not send ICBC report yet keeps asking for more appointments. They keep telling me they sent the report but 6+ after, they tell me they never did and need another appointment. Waste of time. Avoid this company if you need active rehab. They keep hiring new therapists and have a high turnaround, meaning nothing important gets done which includes filing reports! They may have filed the report and it is an ICBC problem, but they are not even sure themselves if they filed the report. So, they are not on top of anything, and have no clue what they are doing. I am not going to pay for a 3rd assessment or waste more time. 1+ years down the drain.

I wouldn't come here at all. I chose this place after my car accident and right off the bat, they don't seem to take ICBC patients seriously and can tell they loath dealing with us because of the admin work that comes with it.

I got a massage by one of their top booked RMTs there, and when I couldn't get an appointment with her, they gave me an appointment with a male (who still works there). During my appointment with him, I felt as if he went too far when massaging my lower back. I was wearing a pad and he was touching my pad and my bottom. There's no reason your hands should ever go that far to a patient. I expressed this concern to my regular massage therapist when I saw her next and she brushed it off saying that it's not the first time that he has had complaints like that and did absolutely nothing about it. I felt powerless and completely dismissed, as I struggle with anxiety and depression which they knew about. I will never come here again, and will continue to encourage all patients, as well as family and friends to not come here. If your health matters, choose someplace else where they actually care.

I've been seeing Nathaniel for 2 years now for various problems. My upper and lower back, my shoulder, my legs from running on the pavement. He has worked me back to 100% each time. He educates me on the condition and tells me ways to prevent it from happening again. Ever time I go in its good energy from Nathaniel, I appreciate the effort he puts into his work!

The staff is very disrespectful and lazy. I took my mom in for an appointment with Anthony. The receptionist at the front, welcomed her and told her to take a seat. While seated for 30 minutes my mom finally got up and asked how much longer she would be waiting. The receptionist then decided to tell her, while laughing that Anthony is not at work neither will he be coming in. My mom raised the concern, the service provided is terrible. Instead of telling my mom that her therapist cancelled and do their job, they decided to chat among themselves. The receptionist continued to giggle and smirk while my mom was expressing how upset she was with the service provided. This is not the first time Anthony has not shown up to a scheduled appointment and not tell his customers. Overall the staff is disgustingly rude, lazy and unorganized. I would not recommend anyone to go here at all.

I saw Ankur Gupta, who was excellent. Very thorough examination to discover the root cause of the problem followed by precise treatment for healing. Ankur was kind and explained what was happening throughout. I came in with pain, and left with none.
I also recently went to Legacies for an RMT appointment, it was excellent. Jasleen Johal did a fantastic job of locating the knots in my shoulders and back and the muscles already feel much better. I wish I could give 6 stars.

I have visited Legacies Health Centre for physiotherapy service’s lately, Ankur Gupta did an excellent job on my Neck, Shoulder nd Tennis elbow, would recommend anyone in acute pain to visit him awesome Gentleman, friendly, Courteous. Also Kyle Ebuna is an excellent massager (5 Stars) keep up the gd job guys

I was in so much pain after my car accident, I came to legacies for physiotherapy and RMT treatment. Physiotherapist Kiran is very knowledgeable, professional and very down to earth person. I had headaches for 6-7 days in a row but with her treatments I felt so good. She takes her time in explaining what’s going on, and what kind of exercises I can do at home.
Kiran is the best physiotherapist in Bc, I have and will continue to recommend Kiran for physio care
