I have been to a few Physiotherapists and Urvi is the best. She is supportive, knowledgeable and has helped manage my pain and ease my symptoms. She has helped my partner, and is now helping my mother in law too. Thanks Urvi.

I love my massage therapist at this health clinic. She is so kind and helpful. The front end staff are usually pleasant, but it can get busy there. One piece of feedback I could offer is that there is a plant in the waiting area that nobody seems to ever water. I would think in a health clinic you would expect that all living things would be nurtured and cared for. That poor plant looks so neglected. I have watered it myself on my last three visits.

Dr. Glen has been absolutely amazing! He has helped me go from struggling to walk a short block to regularly walking 12,000+ steps a day again which I haven't done in nearly a year due to a hip injury. His patience and attention to detail when I describe what's going on is always on point! Thank you Dr. Glen for all your help and kindness, I appreciate all that you do and have done to help me! I would recommend him with the highest marks to anyone struggling with pain or a lack of mobility!

Best chiropractor - Excellent service - successfully helped with shoulder and back issues.

I was in a lot of pain when I went in, Dr. Tomson thoroughly reviewed my health history and my current state of health. He was able to fix me in one visit and alleviate my pain and discomfort.

I went in with a bad back I could barely stand up and came out still a bit sore but within a day was back to my normal self.

I have been coming here for RMT sessions with Ian and honestly it has been great. Ian is professional and respectful and always attentive to individual concerns &to ensure you get the most out of each session.

I came here to see a professional RMT regarding my frozen shoulder. After the 1st session, I could move my left arm with little pain. After my 2nd session, my arm is loose enough that i can go back to exercising without it bothering me. RMT Matt is very good and very professional. Highly recommend this place if you have any soreness in your body and you need help.

Alinah is the best RMT I have ever met. I like the way she loosened my back, felt like layer by layer of muscles had been separated from one big stiff piece of back. Strongly recommend!

As much as it pains me to share my most favorite RMT in the lower mainland, the truth must come out! Colin is one of the best RMTs I've ever experienced and it took me about ten different RMTs to find him!
I go in for massages fairly regularly and know a good massage when I get it. Colin listens to my problem areas, is a magician at finding my pain points, and focuses on my health. Colin brings an incredible positive, healing energy to his massage that shows his passion and love for this field.
I deal with frequent headaches and Colin spends extra time on my neck and scalp that leaves me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
If you're looking for a high quality massage from a skilled and brilliant RMT, look no further. I'll have to learn to share!

He is spectacular! I requested a relaxation massage and Colin does an awesome job! We talk a bit at the beginning and then it is quiet and I enjoy every minute! My body is soooooo happy! Thanks Colin!

Dr. Glen Thomson is a magical voodoo ninja! I am a professional dancer and martial artist, I know my body very well, and am always seeking out the best practitioners to help tune me up when it's needed, and I'm so glad that I came the Legacies and got treated by Dr. Glen. His professionalism and application for my specific and unusual needs was absolutely incredible. I literally cartwheeled out the door! I can't recommend Dr. Glen and Legacies enough.

Dr Ranjbar was always great with me and my oldest son who required a few adjustments. Dr Ranjbar was great with my son and he felt comfortable going to see him. I had seen a chiro in Vancouver and felt Dr Ranjbar was able to help provide relief.

April was also at the Nordel location. She was intuitive & had great strength. April’s schedule fills up quickly and I started seeing Michael at the Byrne Rd location. Michael has always been professional, highly knowledgeable and helps explain why. Michael has provided me with many recommendations for stretches and exercises to help me get better. Michael has been thorough and always respectful to pressure levels. I would highly recommend all 3 of them!

I like this place. Easy to get to. They bill your insurance directly. Clean. Lots of parking. The staff is courteous always. The physiotherapists are knowledgeable and friendly. Have been there a few times. Back for the first time after the Covid19. They are doing their part to keep everyone safe.

Unhealthy atmosphere. I checked my blood oxygen before visit 98%
After wearing a mask at the end of my visit my blood oxygen had dropped to the dangerous level of 91% (Hypoxia Range)

What a great location between surrey and Vancouver! The staff is super friendly and they have placed an easy floor plan to follow for covid 19, social distance regulations! So happy I finally found an amazing RMT with such great staff!
