I feel they were a lot better when they were fountain tire. The guy who worked on my vehicle was a bit rude and failed to tell me my tires were rubbing slightly on my upper control arm as well as another slight issue. Things that would have easily been noticed doing my alignment. $170 for 20 minutes just to be told my vehicle was fine and didn’t need an alignment. If you need a nail pulled out or your tires swapped, they are probably just as good as anywhere for the basics, but anything else I wouldn’t trust them. They aren’t going to go the extra mile for you, that’s for sure. So even the basics, that’s all they are doing. Also waited forty minutes past my appointment time for them to get my vehicle, so if your time and schedule is valuable to you it’s something to consider. I’ll find another tire place in the future, you should as well.

I came in to balance my tires but before I did Jayson came out and said I might just need to wash out my rims. So nice they insisted I not waste my time and money. Best customer service ever.

Amazing service, got me in the same day to switch over to new tires. Staff was super friendly and informative. Highly recommend

Went in just before they were closing for the day, on a Friday asked if they could get me in to fix a screw in my tire…. They were more then helpful got me in right then and when I left the price was right…. Life savers again!

Used Legacy for my first time last winter. Terrible experience.
I bought a brand new set of winter tires for a decent price.
Staff did not listen and put my tires on the wrong rims.
I found out a week later that my brake pads were worn down to the metal… I feel as if I should have been told this when the tires were being switched over.
And now I come to find out that I needed an alignment so badly that I cannot use the new set of tires I purchased last season…of course I was not informed of the alignment issue at the time of the swap over.
So even though I saved a little bit of money on the original purchase, it is costing me a whole new set in the long run. Extremely disappointed in the lack of inspection and communication from this business.

Excellent staff and service this is the 4th time I've been there and I'll definitely be back again. 10/10

I had a whoopsy and lost all my lug nuts and my key for my summer tires and I was recommended to call these guys as I was super embarrassed not only getting my winter tires on in December but misplacing… everything.
Tyson booked me in and Kevin took great care of me upon dropping off.
Huge shout out to these guys and doing exactly what I needed done and not giving me too much trouble over my whoopsy.

They are absolutely amazing! They are very kind, polite, good pricing, good communication. They were also able to store tires which is so convenient.

Not only did I get there with summer tires on and leave with winters (what more can you ask for) but they also have great customer service and they said it would be an hour and they got me out of there in 30min.

They are also the cheapest price of any other tire shop in Kelowna as far as my research proved. Most places charge the most outrageous price for a basic tire swap.

They are very friendly. There work is amazing and quick. Will be going there for all my tire needs.

The guys at Legacy Tire are on it! They had my winter tires on and a repair on one of my summer tires (that I noticed last minute) dealt with and had me out the door within the hour.
I purchased both my sets of tires at Legacy and have them change them over each year. Every time I visit my experience is top drawer. Customer service is exceptional.
