This is a great place to get a car, they are in great shape and drive very nice too.
All employees are very nice and helpful with people, but specially Greg, he is the man! He helped me throughout the process of getting a car and made everything very fast and clear.

I do recomend getting a car from Legacy!

It was, overall, a great experience. Greg the salesman was great, Very helpful and kind, I appreciate the small details, like leaving the tank full of the car when we pick it up. I hope they never change that.
I also had a small chat with Nick, one of the owners, who was very friendly and with a good disposition.

The prices are reasonable, in line with the market.
I've had my car for almost 3 weeks. I see that it is in optimal conditions, but the 6-month guarantee that Legacy gives me peace of mind is Priceless.
Finally, I left with a very positive feeling due to the excellent cordiality and good disposition of the people at Legacycar.

Just an amazing team. I contacted Gregg and was great on our first experience getting a car, he is so experienced and never made us felt in a hurry to make a business. Legacy Cars team was very nice with our daughter while we signed all the forms and documents. We really enjoyed Gregg's and Albert's chat during the approval process. Also Moh was super helpful sharing his personal experiences to make us feel more confortable during this experience. Nick explained to us in detail everything regarding our financing request, approval, car documentation, and warranties. This was my first visit to Legacy Cars and after a couple of hours we were leaving them with a great car and incredible experience to share to everyone who is looking for their first, second, or third car. I am thrilled to share my wonderful experience with this dealership. I wanted to wait for the perfect moment to write my review, as my experience was truly exceptional.

My wife and I had visited several dealerships before discovering this one, and unfortunately, as newcomers, we experienced some neglect from other dealerships who judged us based on our appearance. However, we were thrilled to meet Gregg, who was different from the rest. His expertise and super friendly demeanour won us over within the first five minutes, and we knew we wanted to buy the vehicle from him.

We visited the dealership on a weekend evening, and we were amazed by their flexibility. They even planned to deliver the vehicle to us on the weekend, and we could complete the paperwork later in the week. This level of customer service and flexibility is truly rare to find, and it made our experience even better.

The people at the dealership, including Mike, Michael, Gregg, the insurance team, and others, were all amazing. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly remarkable, and it made us feel valued as customers.

Great people, Super helpful.

I bought a Prius Prime 2020, despite having mediocre credit score they got me the best interest rate in the market and also assured me with the in house warranty of the Car.

Overall a great experience!

They sold me a car with a dead battery. When I contact them to ask for the warranty they gave me an email and never reply.

The Legacy Cars has the best customer service in town. Adolfo has provided me with all information and support needed to find the car I always promised myself in a good deal. As an accent, Adolfo speaks Portuguese which was significantly helpful and made it really easy for me to buy the car. All the staff there are very accommodating and helpful. Nick offered the best negotiation towards my car loan, specially nowadays with the bad interest rates, he worked hard to get me a good rate. I am very glad I had purchased my car from them. I super recommend to everyone.

I have been going to a lot of car dealerships to find a vehicle to replace my vehicle which the engine blew. And I came across Legacy motors, best thing I done. Greg the salesman was very excellent, very helpful and attentive. He made me feel important and Mike the numbers guy was equally excellent. Will totally recommend Legacy motors to everyone I know. Not worth it working with these guys. Bought a car from them and after 2 days figured out some issues and they claim these issues can not be covered by us. During sale they said if any issues found or don’t like car you can replace it or we will fix it within a week. Sales guy was good but the manager their who controls the whole deal, command sales guys to refused if anything they come up.

Unfortunate experience. The pre-purchase service was great, everyone was very kind and helpful, and I love my car. However, similar to another review, there was a $3000 extended warranty fee that we were not clearly notified and explained of (and my mechanic tells me that the extended warranty I paid for was essentially a waste of money) and before we walked off with the car, I noticed a chunk was missing off the tire - which they said to have inspected and that it did not impact the tire lifespan but I recently heard a different story from my mechanic that it will significantly shorten the tire lifespan. There was also a piece missing in the grill and I have proof from a picture on the day we got the car that it was already missing. We tried to contact the dealership and got an initial response but as soon as I tried to discuss about any of the above issues, my messages were all ignored and not passed along to anyone that could help me. It’s really disappointing that the customer service stopped after they essentially got their money and there were no efforts to address any of the issues we tried to bring up multiple times. I delayed making any public complaint like this but I’m past the point of frustration and disappointment with what started with great service and ended very unfortunate.

Terrible place. Got scammed by the salesman named Sunny. He sold me a Mazda Cx-3, I didn't have the best credit so I had to get my 80 year old grandpa to sign the loan for me. He secretly added a $4000 rip off 2 year warranty without letting either my grandfather or me know. He knew my grandfather was old and he took advantage of the fact he most likely wouldn't read the entire contract. This man should lose his license to sell cars.

Gurj helped me out in seeing some cars. Ask for him while you’re here. They were reasonably priced used cars in good conditions. They have it all here. Even a lad named rush who takes care of insurance needs.

It took me 5 times over to write this review to try and find the right words express my amazing experience I had at Legacy Cars.
On May 20th I stopped in at the dealership to see if I could trade in the vehicle I was driving. I was met by Nick Terezakis (a wonderful person). I told him my story about the horrible time I had at another dealership. He immediately went to work to help me find something that I would love driving and put my money into. At the end of it all they found a 2021 RVR Mitsubishi with payments that I could afford.
This dealership is family run by caring and friendly staff. They really go above and beyond to make their customers happy.

My family had ans extremely good experience at this dealership, we were handled by Nick and he was awesome. He helped us find a vehicle that we'll exceeded our needs when nobody else could help us. They were very welcoming/patient to our crazy kids as well. Deffinetly recommend this place 100%!

My daughter and I met Nick on 8th June 2021 to view a car. He was super helpful, enthuastic, shared all the info about the car and was going to check with the workshop if certain items could be addressed. We felt his honesty and genuine intention to help aid our car search. We ended up not buying from Legacy but wanted express thanks to Nick for his amazing customer service!

My experience here as Legacy autos was amazing. My dealer was Peter. Gurj is really awesome person and he helped me a lot in paper work. Really great experience.

Best dealer in town! They are truly there to help. Just got everything done within an hour and drove the car out, great experience!

Peter Olson is undoubtedly the most knowledgeable and experienced sales person I have ever met. My wife and I went to check out some pick up trucks at Legacy Cars and we were fortunate to meet Peter and Sami, his rookie. He answered all of our questions truthfully without any embellishments. This quality endeared him to us. We bought a truck from Peter and we have no hesitations in recommending Legacy Cars to anyone looking for a fantastic vehicle shopping experience. Peter is simply the best.

Excellent staff. Prices are awesome as compare to the other dealers. I also bought 2 cars from here cars are still in the new condition.

i edited my post as i learned that the car i purchased had 5000km more than the carfax or inspection report. (I should have asked for an updated one) It needed an oil change, which they arranged to be done and covered the cost.

Had a great experience with Peter. Mike was great taking the wife through all the paperwork while I talked to the bank. Overall very happy with how everything was handled.

Peter and Tony were an amazing duo to work with to buy our new vehicle. Their process of understanding our needs was second to none (we have seen our share of bad dealerships) I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Looking forward to doing business with them again soon!

Amazing service!
I looked online for a reliable dealership and saw this high rated option in Surrey, I live all the way in Vancouver but wanted to make sure it was a good place and it was SOOO worth it. I've first contacted them by e-mail, which Peter connected me with Mike to help me pre-approve me for financing. It was all good, when I got there they offered me different options and were so patient with me. This was my first car and I had lots and lots of questions. Peter was nothing but calm and helpful, he answered all my questions and helped me a lot. The whole process was good, it took some time (due insurance processing) but I left there with all settled and without any doubts if I should have gone somewhere else. Honestly, when I change my car I will go back there. Honestly, don't even go anywhere else if you are looking for a good, reliable and honest service.

We first visited this place and looked at a car we really liked. We thought we would check out other dealers too and make a decision accordingly. We checked all the places we could but came back to legacy and that was the best decision we ever made! Sunny was wonderful in being absolutely transparent and informative and this is what we were looking for in our dealer. We are super glad we trusted the right person and found the car we wanted! Mike was a great help with financing and it was the best deal we could find. This was our first car and we are extremely happy with how smooth the entire process went.
