Worst customer service ever. Little old man at the counter was accusing me of doing something I wasn't. I think he may have some mental issues. Threatened to call the police on me for something I wasn't doing. I had no issue whatsoever. I would have liked to show the Police that he was wasting their time. Will never go back. A very creepy, hostile environment. If I could rate it less than 1 star I would.

Was looking for a sweet wine to make one of my newest recipes. Couldn't find the sauternes. The gentleman at cash helped me a few times to find an alternative. Thank you for going out of your way to help.

I got a case of 14 beers room temperature and I realized I need it cold I came back to exchange it and i got a 24 cold, the guy charge me the extra but I didn't realize I got a bigger one, when I tried to ask him why I need to pay more if was the same (it was not and I was wrong) but he explained this is a super rude way yelling at me, I apologized for my mistake when I realized since the case was heavier and I double check to find out he was right and i apologized but I told him he don't need to be rude, he keep talking to me super rude, raising he's voice, being in Vancouver for so long and this store have the worse customer service I ever had, he is an old Asian man I don't even ask his name, please don't buy here up

I ride my bike most of the time and glad there was lots of bike racks there. I bought 6pack of Budweser Beers and to my surprise it's less expensive than the Government Liqure Store. So will be buying my beers from Lennox Liquor Store. Thank you.

The Best Liquor Store! They have so many choices, even some Chinese wines. The staff are friendly. The wine they introduced to me was very good! The prices of many wines are even cheaper than government liquor store!

Workers there are super nice and always willing to help (a bit too much sometimes if you ask me). They have a great selection and you can usually order if they don't have in stock.

The Staff as always is very friendly and courteous. I was out of power on my cell phone and asked if the assistant had a charger for my Motorola. He did have one and he put my phone on charge for me. I was able to make my call to my friend to ask what else I could buy to make the party a real good one! Thanks for that.
