Really good customer support.
I have been there three times in last 2 years, all team is great specially Renu.
Really helped me with my eye tests and explaining everything properly.

Yesterday i went to Lens R Us Eye care for sunglasses renu help us to find good pair of glasses She is so helpful and kind. I'll never go anywhere else to buy my sunglasses. The other staff were also very welcoming. I Highly recommend this place!

Today we decided to buy pair of sunglasses and we went to Lens R US and what an experience. The moment we walked through the door we knew we were gonna walk out with sunglasses, the hospitality and the costumer service was outstanding. We ended up buying 2 pairs of Dita sunglasses!
If you’re looking to buy sunglasses/prescriptions or want to do an eye exam, I 100% recommend this place than any other shop.

I walked in without any appointment to look for some sunglasses. I was greeted by Gio who was very kind, friendly and polite. He introduced me to many selections of eyewear and was really helpful in deciding which coating/tinting to choose. Overall great customer service from Gio highly recommend him. As far as the rest of the store, they offer a vast variety of brands and products to choose from and the other staff were also very welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Lens R Us, and I must say, their customer support exceeded my expectations. As a discerning customer, I value not only the quality of the products I purchase but also the level of service I receive. In this regard, Lens R Us truly shone, and I am delighted to share my experience with them.

First and foremost, the product selection at Lens R Us is impressive. They offer a wide range of lenses for various brands and models, making it easy for someone like myself to find the right fit.

Starting if they would be neg ranking. I would give that. We went today and the staff was laughing and staring at us as we were wearing simething wrong. I had to call them out for that a d still they were doing same. Such unprofessional staff and poor customer service. Dont waste your precious time.

Place is very poor low grade especially if you're spending good money and or buying cartier i'd suggest to go somewhere else like a family ran business where they are passionate about this type of stuff. This store just has a bunch of sale associates that are worried about their commission.

It is a good place but some employees are not nice. Most are nice and the store offers good glasses

I went for my eye check up and decided it's time to look for some new frames since I've had the same ones for close to 4 years. Bonnie is my go to person at Lens r us for the last 15 years. She is and has always been so helpful and very friendly. She not only provided me with all different styles as I am very indesicive, but she was so patient and let me know which ones suited me best. In the end, I found a pair and the process of ordering them went smooth and easy. If you need someone to help you find your next new pair of glasses - go see Bonnie. Thanks again:)

I booked an appointment for an eye exam (the first time in years) as I noticed some changes in my vision. The office was accommodating to my schedule and Dr. Lail was helpful in answering all of my questions during an exam. Bonnie was fantastic with helping finding a set of designer frames that not only fit well but were also in my budget. I would highly recommend seeing them for your vision care.
